Hi,In IFS Cloud 22R1, the tool check-out/in functionality was introduced in Asset Management, with the possibility to do self check-out/in for technician.I could only find how to perform this from IFS Cloud and not from MWO App.is this functionality available on MWO app in some way ?If not is it planned for it to be added ?For the customer I am working for, technicians will only have access to IFS through MWO App with LTU licenses. This tool check out / check in process was something of interest. But if it is only available from back office and not from MWO app, they will not be able to use it.Kind regardsLénaïc

I have a PO and all the  PO lines have been received by mistake. How do I cancel them?The PO is in status Received. When I make a Purchase Order Change Order and RMB > Cancel on a line “It is not possible to change a contractor type purchase order line that has project time or cost reported to it” message appears. So what should I do to reverse the receive status?

We need to connect 800 users to a Company and perhaps multiple Sites.Do we really have to do this 800 times manually in 2023 ? What about when projects have 20.000 users?I’m sure it’s possible to do this with a database run, but considering those can be difficult in Managed Cloud (this question got directed from a ticket to Community, so there doesn’t seem to be any ready capability for this) .Any pointers or good experiences you’ve had?There are news that 23R1 would enable Permission Sets for SCIM users, so that takes care of that part - but Companies and Sites remain an issue.

When using the Output option under a screen to output data on a screen to Excel, I expected the output to be saved in the default location set in my Excel if I click the Save button on in Excel while in the file.However instead of going to my documents folder on the PC, which is my default save location in Excel, after alot of searching I found the files generated like this in IFS are actually going to an IFS temp folder instead, so the next time I log into my windows, they are gone.Where and how do I set my default location for files output to Excel from IFS this way to my normal Documents folder, if IFS is ignoring the default path set in my Excel options?Heres what I do:Output file with this option: When in Excel, press Save (not Save As), and then file ends up in the temp folder below instead of in my Documents folder.In the path below, user id is my actual user id, and the 2 digit number directory at the end changes name at each Windows logout / login.C:\Users\<userid>\AppDa

I have successfully deployed delivery 2016 (UPD17+UPD18) to my IFS test environment, but have run into an error while applying the included Touch Apps manual installation on my utility server. The Touch Apps database is a separate database from IFS and I have verified IFSTAS and TASRUNTIME user/password within the the TAS database and verified the IFSMOBILITY user/password within the IFS TEST1 database, but received an "Access denied" when the installation runs.Product Version: 10.18

How can I change local checkout path ?It is not automatically set, after first time of checking in/out the document, and it is not possible to change it in the User setting even if the user has document admin access.

There is a requirement of a Cloud Customer to make a REST Call using a Custom Event.Jason Body is bit complex and has Array Elements on it.Is there a way to fetch Array of Data to a REST Event without doing any Business Logic Changes? Only possible solution I can think of is to eliminate array elements and to send multiple messages against each Array Element, but the customer prefers to sent just one message with all elements.Appreciate any advice or recommendations.  

Trying to solve an issue relating to a batch sync error on mobile with a baseline view.  Two views: MMA_request_history_view and MMA_task_history_view are returning the following error‘~BatchSyncError:Metadata not found for mma_task_history_view.modified_dttm. Contact your system administrator for assistance.~’I have updated the view to include modified_dttm, as well as added custom metadata to reflect the new field.  Both views use a similar line in their sync rule     <attr>MMA_REQUEST_HISTORY_VIEW.*</attr> to label all fields. My assumption is that the custom metadata entry for mma_task_history_view is missing something to link it back to the baseline view. Any thoughts?

Hello Community - On the external supplier invoices screen, I have an invoice with the load error “Payment method ACH does not exist for supplier xx”.  This is true but the supplier does have a payment method of check.  Why is IFS insisting they get paid via ACH?  We are on IFS10 update17. TIA 

Hi,    I have the below two tables with the mentioned fields and sample rows. Table GL_Ledger X has got a lot of actual details down to GL rows while table Budget Y has got budget amounts by Activity_Seq. I need to come up with one report where I have all fields of table X and one additional field for “AMT” coming from budget using the common filed Activity_seq. Two issues in my result:Duplication of budget amounts (in A1 rows). Missing budget for A3 and A5In other words, want to keep all details and rows of table X and pick up all records from table Y with no duplicates.Any clues on how to solve this issue? Also if I will use union all, is there an easy way to copy all table X columns properties to table Y and how to do it if that is the only solution.

Hello, I would like to export a quick report we have that was made with crystal reports and uploaded to one of our environments for IFS Cloud. It’s a .rpt file but when I go to export the quick report, it gives me an XML file. The reference of this quick report has the crystal report file listed, but I can’t do anything with the filename. Are quick reports stored somewhere differently than how Operational Reports store their report layout files? Thanks,Bryan

I am about to configure the above mentioned lobby element. I thought the solution would be simple, i.e. exclude demand Codes like Purch Order Trans, Purch order Dir, Int Purch Trans, Int Purch Dir.  However, I observed that there could be PO lines having Demand Code = Invent order, but still conneted to a CO in ‘Supply Chain Purchase Order Analysis’. Isn’t this understanding correct? If yes, what do you think would be an appropriate way to develop this lobby element?

There are some pending states containers when I installed a IFS Cloud environment from begining in a new server. All the processes have finished but can not access it successfully for the above reason I think. If there is someone know how to solve these problem, please help me.Containers detail please refer to the attachment. 

SWA has noted that you cannot find BATCH part-number based tasks while using the Task Search function. We see that if a task has been completed that you should be able to find it via the Task Search. We were able to see the task completions while reviewing the parent Requirement and Inventory details history. Do any other operators have a better way to search for BATCH, P/N based requirement tasks?

Hi experts,I just created a new company on IFS Cloud (no transactions). I can’t change the currency EUR to “not inverted”. It seems like it’s locked in the background for this specific currency. Couldn’t find any corresponding settings in window “Currency”. Does anyone know how to not invert this currency? Goal would be to not invert a single currency in order to have a consistent setup: Best Regards,Lukas
