Community, would like to borrow your mind here. we are testing external supplier invoice with ABBYY system. ABBYY will send XML files and SFTP to IFS, IFS will call BIZAPI. External supplier invoice is loaded, but there is one issue, invoice document is not checked in. wondering why? please refer to the screenshot attached. Thank you.

Hi Everybody.I am wondering if anybody has been able add the certificate “open-banking.pfx” into IFS version 10.8.I have tried the following in our DEV environment.Install it manually on the server, Export the .cer file after the install and with that file I have done a re configure. Install it with CMD prompt into Java directly.When I test in routing address I get 403 forbidden error message. 

When i view a PDF in Aurena using the eye icon, the digital signatures in the pdf are not visible.  I can see then when i download and open the file. Is this an Aurena limitation or a browser problem? 

Hello,I’m working on Styling self-service portal, I have some questions below and would appreciate a solution.Need to change the "Favorites" sub-title to "My Favourites" just like how it is displayed in the menu, refer image-1 attached. Refer image-2 attached, (a) we need the boxes present on the below side in the image, to have outlines with color:            My Open Events - #3B86C7            My Decisions and Authorizations - #18A88A            My Reported Events - #F26B51            Major Incidents - #D91670Just like the boxes present in the above in the image.    (b) And the images associated with the boxes should be changed to the images present in          the above.     (c) Also, the text inside the boxes should be wrapped. i.e.            My Open Events, My Decisions and Authorizations, My Reported Events, Major Incidents -                     should be wrapped.  We are not able to make these modifications as we do not have access to the HTML and these styles are applied in HT

Hello,We are an Apps 10 customer using PSO version 6.9.0.22.We use Scheduling Web Interface within our apps setup for IFS to communicate with PSOWe have just updated PSO in our TEST environment to 6.10.0.12, and post update IFS is no longer able to communicate with PSO. It would appear IFS Scheduling Web Interface is no more based on not seeing it within IIS settings of the PSO Server compared to Live environment. I reviewed the release notes PDF, and I can see in release 6.10.0.4 “Removal of Scheduling Web Interface and changes to other components to work with .net6”My question is, how do I resolve our problems and what is the alternative method to use now going forward within Apps to allow the communication to work again?

Hi Team,I get below error when trying to transfer a work task to a mobile user (for all users), in sync task logs. If I init the device I get the work task and also any updates on the work task from device update backend without any issue.Looking at below error thinking that it has something to do with custom events and fields, disable all belongs to LUs JtExecutionInstance,JtTask,MobileWorkOrder and ResourceActivity, still no luck.Anyone seen this before ? have I miss any setup ?Your feedback is highly appreciated.//Sending push entity data failed: Fetching data from database failed - Failed executing query (ORA-00904: "A1"."CF$_YES_OR_NO_DB": invalid identifier)//Regards,Roshan

How to change default value for “Create Order in Released Status” for the Create Order from Quotation page?I’d like this to be defaulted to false and then, by removing it from the page via page designer, I’d like to remove this so no one can enable it.This field is labelled as ‘Status’ but shouldn’t there be a way to default this value in either the page designer, or in some setting?Would anyone know where this gets modified?Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

When I create an SPC chart, it seems that the system only considers the measurement result from result number one. Why isn't the average of all result numbers of a data point of an analysis taken into account?  In my view, this should be (100+39+39+39+39+39) / 6 = 49.167 Could anyone please help me resolve this issue or advise me on how to proceed?

As per customer when trying to return the parts using “register inspection result’ in the return tab system gives error message “Puchase order of type EXTERNAL SERVICE ORDER’ cannot be return to the supplier.How can handle this in application? Is there any workaround or solution?

Hi All, I’m having an issue when adding Custom Fields from Customer Order to Business Opportunity page as a configuration.As following screen shots I have added a custom field to the Entity Configuration and Projection Configurations mapped accordingly.   Now in Business Opportunity window I have added a list and trying to include that custom field (TEST) here, but none of the custom fields are visible in the attribute list when trying to add to the content.I have tried refreshing projection cache, but no luck. How do I force UPPERCASE in Data Migration type MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA? I have a Source column and I want to force UPPERCASE on import of data, how can this be done? Is it done at the Method attributes?  

Hello,I would like to have a popup or alert appear when a user prints off the Shipment Delivery Note. I initially tried to use a user task, but these can only be used with a projection action. I need values to pass through so I have access to the SOURCE_REF1 field for Shipment lines, so what is the best way to go about this?With the projection action, I don’t have access to SOURCE_REF1, and with the event action, I don’t have access to a user task to notify the user. What is the solution here? It seems like there is no good way to approach this issue. (Why is IFS intentionally difficult to work with?)Any advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

I’m looking for a way to display multiple user’s Assignments calendar in Aurena (IFSAPP10).In the Calendar function under Maintenance Engineer>My Assignments>Calendar there is a calendar where a schedule is shown for my user only. I’d like to see all service engineer’s schedules/tasks somewhere for coordination purposes. Is this available in somewhere in Aurena?We are using the Service Contract module only (No FSM).
