Hello,I have a Shop Order that I can’t close due to an error in costs.I notice that I had a product that was issued first and it was set by mistake as ‘Zero cost only’, then we notice and change it to ‘Zero Cost Forbidden’.Then we make an unissue and issue again, but it has costs already.Do you have an idea how to solve this?

We have customers that will calculate the Payment term discount, e.g. 10% 10 Days Net 30 on the gross invoice amount.  I.e  they calculate on the total invoice  before discounts.  How would you do this in IFS? e.g.  Total multi line invoice:    Units Price Line Total Line 1 Sku1 24  $       1.25  $    30.00   Line 2 Sku2 30           1.95         58.50   Invoice Subtotal          $    88.50 Trade Discount                 (8.50) Invoice Total          $    80.00             Payment Terms     10% 10 Days Net 30         (8.85) If Paid within 10 days          $    71.15

Hello IFS Community,I have a question regarding discount calculation behavior in IFS Cloud.When we configure both a Customer Agreement Discount and a Charge Type Discount, we are seeing that the Charge Type Discount is applied on the net amount (after other discounts are taken), instead of being calculated on the gross amount as we would expect.This creates issues in our pricing logic because certain charge‑type discounts—based on our commercial agreements—must be calculated on the gross line price, regardless of whether other discounts apply.→ Is there a configuration or setting in IFS Cloud that allows Charge Type Discounts to be calculated on the gross amount instead of the net amount?If this is standard IFS behavior, are there workarounds or alternative setups (e.g., charge methods, discount precedence, pricing rules, or custom events) that would allow us to change the calculation base?Any guidance or examples from those who have handled similar requirements would be greatly apprec

Hello, Currently attempting to upgrade my environment from 25R1 to 25R2 and with the new EBR Compliance stuff I must admit I’m a bit stumped as to what exactly I’m supposed to be doing to uplift any custom entity I created within the Cust Layer ? For context this is a Managed Cloud environment, so not a Remote Install. I generated the topic branch and I’m trying to order it as an environment but the install keeps failing, I got it to pass the model generation, but now I’m getting some errors that I’m not entirely sure what the steps to do are ? I think the customizations are super straightforward, basically a new entity model, with a .cdb file that handled the creation of the table/indexes, and both the entity and model file were uploaded to the customization repository for delivery to our use place, which has always worked flawlessly (was that the wrong thing to do?) When attempting to install the topic-ru branch now, after doing the typical bits (update of the solutionset yaml file,

We are in the process of setting up Group Consolidations.  We have transferred our balances from one company to the consolidation company and then ran the Consolidation process.  When I go to the Consolidation Balance Analysis screen, the isn’t any data yet my status is showing as Consolidated.  Any ideas why we don’t have any balances?  When I look at the Reported Balance Analysis screen we have data, so I know the Transfer Balances worked correctly.   Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Hello Community!I’m writing today because I have noticed that, when I attempt to migrate Posting Control headers (POSTRING_CTRL) using Data Migration Manager, nothing seems to be migrated even though the tool seems to disregard or swallow the exception preventing the row to be inserted. Let me describe my problem in detail, hopefully you have seen this before:I tried to create an Inventory Positing Control for Location Group. That is, posting Type M1 (Inventory) and Control Type C83 (Location Group). Our IFS environments are configured as “SSL Proxy” as we have a load balancer that acts as a front-end for user access as required by our business client.This load balancer has an SSL Certificate that was imported into our environments and allows access to the IFS Client (App10 UPD15). We also use a separate certificate (not expiring) to sign the application manifest.The load balancer SSL certificate expires on 01/06/26 and gets renewed each year. I would like to know the best way to re-import the load balancer SSL certificate into our environments to continue IFS client access. I have read documentation on the utility “update_http_certificates” but I’m not sure that is the thing to use here. 

Shipment order was introduced in IFS Cloud and our customers so far are seeing some great benefits.  However we are currently discussing with a large rental asset supplier who want to be able to trigger a move from the existing customer location to the new customer location. The enhancement request is ; Add “Location” as a parameter for sending and receiving parties. Currently on creation of a shipment order only site or remote warehouse can be selected. This would also solve an issue with reverse logistics as IFS has no way of creating ‘pick-up’ type shipment orders which does impact a number of our customers

Do we have any option in IFS to manage lessor accounting? The customer has two companies configured in IFS — one operating as the lessee and the other as the lessor. While the standard lease module supports lessee accounting, how can we handle the lessor side? Any workaround or alternative approach would also be appreciated.

There is a requirement of showing the capacity drop in the resource analysis window, when an employee is on leave. As shown in the screenshot, when the employee working full 8-hour days, the capacity line appears flat. When employee work partial hours (for example, only 5 hours), the capacity line drops accordingly, reflecting the reduced hours. Similarly, if an employee apply absence on any working day, the capacity should drop to zero (0) hours. How can we build this connection between employee absence and capacity in resource analysis in IFS cloud application? Appreciate your support. Hello,There is a PostedAuth customer invoice where the invoice’s Instalment Plan and Discounts Instalment ID status is set to ‘Created’, and therefore, the invoice cannot be used in payments. We are looking for a way to “take back” Work Assignments which have been transferred to the mobile app (MWO). Currently the only way open to us is by the App User to actively send it back.We have several cases now where going via the app is no longer possible.We have recently upgraded to 25R1 and I was hoping to use the DB Task Schedule "Remove completed/incomplete jobs” for exactly this case. But it seems to not removed the “transferred” as expected for incomplete jobsCan anyone give me the technical description? I cannot find this job in the usual place (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/25r1/030_administration/020_bckgrnd_processing/020_database_tasks/110_predef_db_tasks/) My current setup: I would have expected it to clean up any assignments older then 200 days.But for example this assignment remains “transferred”: Does anyone know of a different way to take back transferred work assignments?Thank you very much in advance. Hi all,We uploaded a long list of measurements for the object (~80000 rows). When we try to see them in IFS Cloud in the form Measurements for Objects we got error - question subject. Attachment meas_obj_1.But we try to have a look at uploaded measurements in the menu  Measurements for Object - we managed to do that. Attachment meas_obj_2Letter ‘S’ - the difference between menu names - can’t be the reason I hope. Does anybody have any idea about the reason and the solution for the issue?

Hi there.I try to change status on a Purchase Order Change Order to “Update Purchase Order”.But I get a error message “Purchase method is mandatory”.Any ideas on how to goo thru with this change order?  Some backstory:I wanted to cancel a work task, but a purchase order was connected to it.I then created a new line (via Purchase order change order) on the same part on the purchase order, updated the purchase order, then delivered the new line.I then cancelled the delivery (via Receipt) on the purchase order line with the task I want to cancel.And here I made this new Purchase Order Change Order that gets the “Purchase method is mandatory”. Application service update: 25.1.5Framework service update: 25.1.5
