I’m getting an error in Print Manager, (An item with the same key has already been added) but the report is still printing. What would cause this? If i print through ‘Order Report’ I don’t get the error. I ger the error if I print using  RMB sql action or when I print using an event trigger sql action. It happens now on two different reports with different views. Has anybody else seen this error when printing?Thank you,

Is it permissible to use HTML Coloured Text  in large text fields, such as JIC Steps?Example<span style="color: #FF0000;"> Red Text Here </span>or <b> <span style="color: #FF0000;"> BOLD Red Text Here </span> </b>It appears to work in our ‘Pre Production’ instance but wondering if there are any side affects. (Jasper Report Work Capture, etc).We are aware of the issue of non-printable characters when copy and paste from MS Office into fields (Unicode errors for apostrophes).Is Html Colour Text likely to create similar errors? Mx Ver 8.3 SP5ThanksRD 

I would like to make a field on Shipment have a default value of True/Yes...but it is not working for me.Have tried various things...hoping someone can spot it right off 

Using IFS Cloud version 25R1.We would like to have a custom action button on the Receive with Serials fly out window:We need to be able to assign a new internal serial number for a part that is coming in for repair and has never been assigned a Serial Number.It seems documentation is saying this flyout can’t be modified with form designer.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,I need to set a column value and save changes where the field is not present in UI. I tried using setControlValue, but it is not updating the field. How can we perform setvalue for a field using client script where the field is not present in UI but in the backend.

HiI have created all required handling‑unit related setups in IFS Cloud, including:Handling Unit Categories Handling Unit Types Packing Instruction Part Handling Unit CapacityHowever, when I go to Supplier for Purchase Part, I do not see the Packing Instruction I created in any dropdown or selectable list.Could you please explain why the Packing Instruction is not visible in the Supplier for Purchase Part screen and how it is expected to be used?  Thanks

Hi there IFS community!We want to manage both internal cost and potential sales price based on Time Type — without splitting the resource group? For example, electricians working during daytime cost the business $100/hour, but if they work at night, they cost $180/hour — all within the same resource group, but using different report code or Time Type? Is it possible to configure this in IFS Cloud without needing separate inventory parts or resource groups — just by using Time Type  and internal price configuration?  Thanks in advance!  

In IFS Cloud, we set up the customer order delivery lead time per customer adress with the customer supply chain matrix.But, when using single occurence adress; this delivery lead time is not updated.So, is there a way to create a supply chain matrix per county and not per customer adress??In others words, is there a way to set up lead time on higher level than the customer??Thanks in advancePhilippe

The application allows defining future valid‑from dates for tax codes only if the tax code is not a duplicate. While this behavior is understandable as the standard application logic, it becomes a limitation in scenarios where tax rates are expected to change in the future. In such cases, users are unable to maintain multiple future tax rates for the same tax code.Currently, the only possible workaround is to create a new tax code with a different ID, even though it represents the same tax code with a revised rate. This results in multiple tax codes being created in the application, as the system does not allow maintaining the same tax code with different rates across different validity periods.If the application could filter and identify valid tax codes based on their validity period dates in the tax codes window, it would be possible to define multiple tax codes with the same ID but different tax rates.For example, the tax code ST may have a rate of 25% valid from 01/01/2026 to 31/12

Hello Experts,I’ve been using the IFS.ai features (Co-Pilot and some of the use cases) in IFS cloud 25R1 instance. Now that 25R2 version is released with the loops digital workers, I have a keen interest in understanding how to actually set them up in IFS so that they can be used. Please note that I’ve already completed all the IFS Academy courses regarding different digital workers. While those courses explain and breakdown the concept and fundamentals, unfortunately none of them showcase the actual process of configuring them to use.Hence, I was wondering if there are any avenues for me to,a) Get my hands on detailed documentation on setting digital workers (e.g., all the necessary BD setups, System Parameters/Properties that needs to be enabled, How to access each Digital worker flow for audit purposes) b) A reference environment with test data like IFS demo showroom where this can be tested. Thanks for the support!Cheers!Sachitha D

Hi, When I try to build transformer model file, I’m getting this below mentioned MAVEN dependency error. Transformer modelBUILD resultI tried adding repository to the POM.xml file as IFS documentation says (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/050_development/024_integration/015_connect/050_transformer/550_maven_http_deprecated/). But didn’t work. Can please let me know a solution for this? Is there some configuration which I have been missed? BR,Hasith

We have a list screens with columns. In some cases three of the columns are not immediately shown on the screen, you have to go to the Column Chooser and move them from Available to Selected for display list. We have tested this with all new users with no personal profiles setup. In some cases the fields are immediately shown, and by default in the “Selected for display” list, and in some other cases, still with user with no personal profile saved, they are in the “Available” side.If we click “Restore to default”, which we understand as “show the fields the way they are programmed on the screen, the fields are still in the “Available” list.What is making the fields show in either the Available or Selected for display list? I know personal profile plays a role, but what else? Is it some meta data saved somewhere?We are expecting to see all the fields immediately on the screen.The version is 24R1.

Hi, We’ve just doscovered that whenever there is a customization in a module, an error occures if you try to access it from “My Favorites”.At least from ALLIANCE V15.4 SU13. I’ve been able to reproduce it in the QAC environment, for Service Order Any tips ? Should I log a ticket ?Thank you 

Dear Community,  We have in issue with Apps10 Projections, and maybe some of you faced the same issue previously. We did the following tests:Boomi connection to int API (“…/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => works well Boomi connection to main API (“…/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling') => failed Postman connection to int API (“…/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => works well Postman connection to main API (“…/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => failed Worked with Postman: Failed in Boomi: Failed in Postman:  Previously we had an other test environment and we didn’t realize the same issue.  Do you have idea what could be the issue? Thank you very much in advance for all of your thoughts! 

Hi ,I have created new committ  rule with rule type ”Commit overtask type”   our expectation is PSO should commit tasks based on  task types .but its not working for me could you please suggest.  Step:1 I have added  task types steps2: Created  2 commit rules and mapped with task types individually(ss1)Step:3 Created rule collection and mapped 2 rules under one rule collection. time horizon will be the difference  one is 4r and another one is 1hrStep:4  Mapped rule collection to a resources.Step4: mapped same rule collection at resource level  Thanks,Durga

This is in IFS apps 10 upd 25, local installation.We have 2 users with the same permissions, same company and site access, same business roles, etc. One has the access in the INVENTORY PART IN STOCK RESERVATIONS to the Move with Transport Task rmb option, and the other doesn’t. Where is the access for these rmb options on that screen set please?The permission sets granted to both users should grant this access already, so why does one user have it and the other not? Is there another setting somewhere within the Procurement part of the system to enable this?Thanks

HiWe just updated to the Release R25.1 and are running into a big problem in finance.Suddenly we have transactions on a Posting Cost Group ID ‘*’ even thought this group is not set up in Posting Cost Groups. And we are talking within 10 days of 300-400K. Can anybody tell us where we find the setting? Ususally if a basic data is not entered all transactions should run into an error but here they go right into the GL. Is it something we can turn off or do we have to open a ticket with IFS? Thanks for any help.JT

Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R2, when we remove the security group ‘ContactLists’ from the security grants by permission set for MWO permission, it should not display the ‘Contacts’ screen in MWO service. But even after removing the security group, the screen is still visible in MWO. This screen is unavailable in the Navigation designer. Is it a bug in 25R2, please let me know?  

Hello. I was able to import a budget file via Budget version > Import from File.  When I go to Budget Period Amounts, I see the amounts there. Budget status is active. But when I go to GL Balance Analysis I do not see anything appearing in the Planning Amount column, which I assume is where the budget amounts should show. Am I missing something perhaps?  I would appreciate any guidance on this.

Hello,Ubuntu 20.04 is nearing end of Support (By 2025 April). Does anyone know whether there are plans to have a more latest Ubuntu version (22.04/24.04) for the Upcoming Cloud releases starting from IFS Cloud 24R2?Thanks

Hello all, Today we have offline 5S and safety checklists that are filled out by an operator before starting work at their Work Center. I would like to integrate this into IFS, however I do not want to use the maintenance system, as this would require a technician. I have also looked at Subtasks, Control Plan checklists, and Audits, but nothing appears to address what I’m looking for, without adding more administrative complexity.I have seen POKA, and those appear to have what we would need, but cost is a factor for our company, and was hoping IFS had a native function that could be used to accomplish this. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
