Hello, it is possible in lobby designer add multiple tables (views) through JOINing?  I want to join together views inventory_part_in_stock, customer_order_lines and purchase_order_lines? Or is better to use PowerBI?  Thanks

Hi Experts,This is about Request Quotation not sure I am missing something here.Once a Request Quote is created I cannot edit the lines where this is possible in standard Service Quotation. It should be possible to edit lines in the Quote like adding more Discount, change Prices, invoicing Qty, adding more lines etc but I dont see this is possible in Request Quote compared to ServiceSee below that I cannot EDIT the line? But no Service Quote this is possible, we can add, Edit lines etc Is there a way we can update Request Quotation details, there should be right? Thanks,KM

HelloThere is an issue where, after a change order has been updated to a PO, the PO still shows a box labeled 'Pending Changes.' The related change order status is 'PO Updated.' Has anyone else encountered this problem?   Thanks,Raana

Clicking Share > Print on a purchase order created from a distribution order results in an error, “The operation is not possible for a purchase order created from a distribution order.”Is there a workaround or setting that will allow users to print a purchase order created from a distribution order?  

When I am in a page such as Part Cost and I want to search by Part Description, how can I find against which record in IFS this search is actually being performed? Is this using the Part, the Inventory Part, etc.? Is it being performed explicitly against this LU or an underlying LU or view? 

Hi,I want to put default value = Tax on Taxliability field in Business Opportunity lines but I don’t find Default value set up in Page designer. I have seen and done it on some other fields on other pages but I don’t find it in this case. Does someone know if there are other options to fix it? We have 24R2SU2, thanks.

When performing a receipt of an order based item use the Receive with Serial/Lot no button, we were used that the Order Nr would be filled in by default in Lot Batch No field But this field is no longer filled since we updated IFS to IFS version 24.2.7.  Is this a functional change in this version of IFS, or could it be a setting is changed somewhere in IFS   

Dear community,more than 80% of our lobby data scources based on complex IALs. Our database is in cloud.And I am concerned about the lobby performance in the future if we have millions of data. Currently we are not live with IFS.So I am asking for your opinion.   

Hello IFS Community,Does anyone know how to send an email via a report rule using a custom sender instead of the default “ifs_noreply”?I’ve already created the custom sender and have successfully sent emails using the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event action. Hi all,we are using the NGSM with Requests and Request Work Tasks.When planning we face a big issue when it comes to transferring Work Tasks:If one assignment is transferred to mobile it is not possible to transfer a second assignment.So it is impossible to send a second technician to the same Task if required but not initially known.Or if some mistake was made during assigning. For example in the Dispatch Console if one resource demand is assigned and directly transferred before assigning the second demand, it is no longer possible to send the second one to the technicians mobile.We have now cases, where one assignment is already set to completed and the second one is not even transferred to mobile. But because the first one is completed it is also not possible to cancel the assignment.So the only solution is to cancel the complete Task and create a new one.Is there any way to get this done, that I am not aware of?Example: Second assignment cant be transferred anymore 

We have FNDGPT activated after subscribe to IFS.AI. It is installed and Access Studio is configured, Tentant is created. We have a remote deployment so using it with IFS.AI now makes it hybrid, I guess.We have everything turned on as per the documentation (Solution Manager User Guide - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud), yet the Copilot Chat does not show up. Is there anything we are missing?One question I had is that when adding the tags required in the customvalues.yaml, we saw it mention some tag the document does not describe: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/25r1/070_remote_deploy/600_connecting_to_ifsai/So for those 3 here bellow, we used what was in the printscreen.nxsUri Nexus Service URI mlServiceApi Machine Learning Service API URL xdivServiceApi XDIV Service API URL   Anyhow, the tenant shows up as configured. Thoughts?

Dear IFS, When creating a supplier invoice that references a subcontract, the automatic posting proposal authorization does not trigger - even if the lines are 100% matched with the subcontract certificate valuation.  This leads to unnecessary manual effort and time loss for the authorizers (every sub contract invoice must be authorized). Workarounds, such as assigning a dedicated authorization group to the subcontract account and automating it via workflow, are ineffective. These would authorize both fully matched cases (desired) and cases with deviations (undesired). Given that large invoice amounts are processed through this flow, our customers perceive this as an audit gap.This process is comparable to a PO receipt, where a 100% match results in automatic invoice authorization. Please extend this functionality to this subcontract scenario as well. Several of our customers have raised this request. I havce a business rule that fires off TASK_EVENT notifications, however one rule picks up a value from REQUEST (REQ_TYPE). The rule will not match the value in REQ_TYPE, even though it is the correct value and i have confirmed this in the Audit Table.  I suspect it is a join issue between the two tables. I have it set up as below, is this correct? are there any other things i should check?

Hi, We have a customer who has 800+ line items in the Project Deliverables Material Plans. When executing "Create Supply Request" for the total line items below error pops up.IFS Web Version: 24.1.14.20250702093228.0Date: 2025-10-06T03:25:57.448Z --------------------------------------------------------------------------- DeliveryStructureItemExecutionHandling/ItemDetails (server error)Database error occurred. Contact administrator.Error details: [{"code":1460,"message":"ORA-01460: unimplemented or unreasonable conversion requested"}]But when we execute it in two batches (350,450 each) the error is not there and Supply Requests are created without any errors.Is there a limitation on how many line items can be converted at one go? Any experience in handling large number of Material Plan line items?  

When I use the Failure Analysis Setup Navigator I can add a Function to an Item Class, but then when I select the Function I thought I was supposed to get the ability to add a Fault Type Code. However, I do not see a way to do so. I cannot find any screenshots anywhere that shows what this specific interface is supposed to look like, but I think a table is missing. Does anybody have any idea what is going on?

Hi, I have following scenario and would like to know any alternative solution that I can have.Company        Sites         Internal Customer      Internal SupplierA                       AA              IC-AA                               IS-AAB                       BB               IC-BB                               IS-BB Customer IC-AA and IC-BB having 2 address IDs (DLVRY ; BILL) and DLVR set as delivery address and BILL set as document address. I can add customer’s own address ID only for 1 address ID.  When I create Purchase order in site BB for internal supplier IS-AA it create customer order for IC-BB in site AA. However, document address and delivery address get same value even I defined 2 different addresses in internal customer order. Do we have any alternative solution to get the Delivery address and document address correctly. Best RegardsNarmada 

Hi,There is function call ‘Copy Postings’ in MSI. However, it didn’t get copy the postings from previous invoice even I select the invoice with similar values. Is there any other basic data setup that we need to set. I checked in the cloud documents too and couldn’t find any specific setting.Note - I checked with 2 companies and 1 company is enabled for ‘Supplier Posting Propasal’ and other company is not. not worked for any of the company.
