The Deployment Model is in Remote format.Some features are not available in Insight Studio. I checked the technical documentation and found that the following reports are not available in Remote format.・Usage Report・IFS.ai Token Consumption Report・Authentication Response Times ReportI am unable to view data for the following reports, even though the technical documentation does not mention any Deployment Model restrictions.・Database Tier Report・Scalability ReportI have the Report Studio Admin role.Is it a bug that I cannot use the above reports? I have confirmed that only the Audit Report is available.

Hello, we are trying to find if you can roll an environment back from 25R2 to 25R1 or any other major release in the use place if you wanted to go back? We are unable to find this information docs.ifs.com or knowledge base. And it is possible, can anyone please share steps or document on how to request that.

What are the challenges in 25R1?

Hello, has anyone installed 25R2 SU1 yet? We have leftover Custom Field Views after the update, because views like the RECEIPT_INFO_ALT were removed, but the RECEIPT_INFO_ALT_CFV is still there.Would you consider this a bug or is there a way, besides dropping the view, to get rid of the invalid views with IFS onboard functions? Best RegardsChristian

I am trying to use the IFS Report Migration Tool to convert an rdl layout to an rep layout. I get an error that states a file is missing and to please add the .XSD file to the same directory. The XSD file is in the same directory and I still get this error. I have tried both individual file conversion and the folder conversion.The file names are exactly how they were exported:SomeReport.rdlSomeReportRep.XSDIs there an additional naming convention that needs to be applied to the XSD file?

Collected logs from command:INFO: Creating namespaceUnable to connect to the server: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority (possibly because of "crypto/rsa: verification error" while trying to verify candidate authority certificate "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx")SEVERE: Failed to create namespace The above error occurred during a delivery installation; the delivery went well in TEST, but this occurred during MIG installation. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Just putting some feelers out there to try and understand the current picture from other users. We are trying to upgrade our Build Place to 25R2 (25.2.2) from 25R1 (25.1.2) however have hit a number of snags. Firstly, we were unable to take 25.2.1 due to a notice in the Lifecycle Experience portal that there were issues with certain modules in the solutionset that would cause a failure during installation. We decided to wait until 25.2.2 for this to be resolved.Upon release of 25.2.2 in the past week, we attempted to get the delivery into our Release Studio. Per step 3 of release studio (applying to baseline repo), the build failed. Upon raising a support case for this, it appears there is an issue with certain solutionsets of which we have to now wait until 25.2.3 until it’s resolved.Wondering if anyone else is having a similar experience? Without getting too subjective, we have not had a great experience with getting builds out of the Release St

The community Ingress NGINX controller (kubernetes/ingress-nginx) will retire in March 2026. After that:No new releases No bug fixes or security patches Existing deployments will still run, but without support.What is the impact on current deployments ? Will IFS change ?

HiWe are upgrading to Cloud and are in the process of converting Custom Menus to Commands. We are having a problem with custom commands that call ExecuteQuickReport where one of the parameters is a reference field. In IFS app10 when we call a quick report in a custom menu we can map Project_id to CF$_project_id, even if cf$_project_id is a reference field. In Cloud this still works but opens the quick report with the objkey instead.Is there a way around this behavior, how do people handle this when upgradginBest Regards

I'd like to know how to resolve this.・I haven't performed any customizations.・Which log file should I check?・When I check the screen, the Delivery Package status says N/A. 

Run release update to 23R2. DB step i ready, looks like it is a problem when setup of MWS or environment. No log files in Environment logs. Need to restart Sanity build many times to get it completed. Where do i find all log files? 

Our several customers use Oracle SE2 in IFS Cloud.However the IFS Cloud 25R1 Deprecated Features Log announced that SE2 support will become deprecated starting with 25R2 on September 2, 2025, and EE will be mandatory.Upon confirmation with IFS, we found that if SE2 remains unchanged, updating to 25R2 will result in compilation errors, and the update cannot proceed unless EE is used.After explaining this to our customers, there has been significant backlash.Being told this now makes it impossible to respond in time,but couldn't such an important announcement have been made a bit earlier?And are there any other customers experiencing difficulties? 

A Customer is migrating from APPS8 to IFS Cloud. Before migration process, we have some shop order in Apps8 in state “Parked”. All operations aren’t in state “Parked”, depending on what was already done. Could anyone explain the behavior of Shop Order in State Parked.

I created a post ~4.5 years ago about the challenges I was having when transitioning from EE to Aurena. In that post I listed many EE functions which were missing in Aurena. There were many positive replies with ideas / workarounds / alternatives which was great to see (the IFS Community working exactly as is should!).Here’s a link to that previous post: Aurena Vs Enterprise Explorer | IFS Community So here we are ~4.5 years later, I thought it might be interesting to re-visit that list, and see what progress has been made... Start pages – Still don’t exist in Aurena. Custom Elements on Lobbies offer some similar functionality, but there are some limitations and so it’s not quite as versatile as an EE Start Page.
