Hi everyone.  Whats the best way to get a list of any invalid objects (including custom items) in IFS?

Can use ASFU license for replication DB & DR site?What are the Database options come with ASFU licenses entitled, such as Tuning pack, diagnostic pack, active data guard, data guard etc. Thanks a lot!

I have unchecked the “active”  checkbox to make a certain Scheduling Exception inactive, however this exception type still appears. is there another step i’m missing?

Could someone share knowledge about residual value rate setting for specific depreciation method? We expect different residual value rate based on base value in different depreciation method.

Hi all,does anybody have the practical expirience with UoM different than hours on the level of Work Center? How does it work together with UoM of the manufactured part? What is the impact on the lead time? Is there any documentation on this topic (not just describing that you can fill here different UoM than Hours which is the default)? Is there any typical industry where this setup can be applied?Currently on IFS Cloud 22R2, but accepting any information independently on IFS version:), wondering what was the idea behind in RnD, looking for an acceleration and a decision (applicable vs useless) on this topic and not having so much time to study PLSQL source codes.Thanks in advance.With kind regards,Zdenek

Is there a way to configure which fields are displayed on the order pop-up on the map view in mobile edge?

Hello,We’re on APPS 10 UPD16. On Procurement > Order > Purchase Order screen, we have already the “Order No” field automatically filled in with a # when we save/adding new records. I would like to have this field non-editable by the end-users, so that we don’t end up with orders out of the autogenerated sequences we programmed in. Is there a way to “grey out” this field, but still let the autogenerated numbers to be saved in?Thank you! paul.

Hello,I’m in 23R1 and working with Sub Contract/Sub Contract Approvals.  I have an Approval ID set in the Approvals section of this screen.  According to the materials I have and what I remember from the old days, I should be able to associate and approval routing to my approval ID.  I must be missing something.  How do I tie the approval routing to the approval id so that I need to have all steps approved before I can change the status to Awarded, for example.Thank youPatrick

Hi I had created a custom field CF$_PROJECTNO in ActiveSeparate logical unit, however it wasn’t required anymore so I removed it via the UI, but it is still there in the DB, please see views below - what is the best way to remove this field?this is the UI view - no PROJECTNO field at all Your help very much appreciated as skill set here to alter the database has moved on to pastures new.

Hi,We have a requirement in project time registration where hours should not exceed the scheduled hours of the employee.For instance, if hours in employee files>» employment>Assignments > scheduled hours is 8 then system should not allow that employee to book more than 8 hours Is there any options in IFS to control or we can archive it via configuration/modification.

Hello,I’ve created a custom entity (STTaskType) and deployed successfully. Trying to reference an Attribute (Task_Type) from this entity to another custom entity (STDispositionCode).Apart from the Referenced attribute (Task_Type_Ref), I’m able to Publish the other attributes in STDispositionCode.While publishing this attribute, I get the below error. What could be the possible issues? HelloWhen to scanner Kanban card no#  for replenishment, can we do some limit to avoid duplicate scan within 1 day interval and where to define this limit in IFS?   (eg: below barcode ID 101370 only can be scanned maximum 2 times or 1 time per day)Please help to check and feedback.ThanksSusan 

Hi All,Assume we have a custom REST API (POST) called by a third party.Is there a way to generate https 4xx error codes  for validations OR is it always 5xx for Business Validations.If IFS Business Logic raises an error using Error_Sys.Record_General, then it will be a 500 error (ORA-20110: ).Third party system who calls IFS Custom API prefers to have 4xx errors for business validations rather then 5xx errors.
