It is about the Operation Reporting with Barcode page.In this screen fields about time reporting are automatically filled in with the routing time once the operation ID is completed.Is there any impact of following setting on the “Operation Reporting with Barcode” process ?Work center setting (screenshot 1): - auto report labor time with qty => never- auto report machine time with qty => neverSite settings (screenshot 2):- default remaining time to report => noWith these settings, in the shop floor workbench, it actually works (screenshot 3), need to fill in manually the times to report. But unable to see any effect on the Operation Reporting with Barcode screen (screenshot 4).

In the standard process on Mobile 14.4.4.0, where an order is resolved at first visit, our engineer has to let the customer sign before he can complete his activity and resolve the order.But if the engineer cannot solve the problem, the activity is fulfilled and based on the stop code a new activity is created to be dispatched again. Before the engineer can complete the activty, he has to let the customer sign.But when the second activity is dispatched and the engineer completes his activity, the signature page pops up with the previous signature already filled in.Can the signature page be empty for the second activty, so the customer sign again for the second visit because it is not always the same person ? (the first signature must also stayed attached to the order)

Under work task → resource->demands , when trying to assign resource there is button for multiple visit but it not editable . 

Hi All, in screen ‘Move Into Stock’ RMB on any line and select ‘Move to One Location...’ option, a dialog window will open. then whn I click on OK, I’m getting an error message ‘Customer Order.you are not authorized to issue RANDEX lines ’ How to resolve this issue.Thanks in advance,Hari

Hello, I have run into a rather interesting challenge I can’t seem to solve.I create a Migration Job for the Excel addin, its purpose is mass change shop order dates.The Source Mapping was auto generated via the default settings on the migration job.When I Open the Migration Job in Excel and use the search and try to search with a date field, the search does not convert the query into the appropriate date logic. Is this something I need to somehow program into the Source Mapping itself?Migration Job:Excel IFS Search:Checking the Advanced Tab to validate and resulting error:Manually correcting this makes it work. This however is not great for the end user as they need to know to make this change when searching for dates and becomes more difficult to use.Looking forward to some possible solutions.

I am only able to see the Won% column represented in the pie chart. How do I configure both of these columns to show up on the pie chart? 

Hi, We have an ADExport.csv file which overnight imports users into Assyst via ETM. Sometimes, a user fails to import so we manually have to import that user via ETM. I’ve written a basic PowerShell script which prompts us to enter in the Email address of the user that has failed to import. Once the email address has been entered, the script then searches for that user in the ADExport.csv file. Once the user is found in the file, it copies the following file headers into a new .csv file: "sAMAccountName","userPrincipalName","SID","GivenName","Description","sn","physicalDeliveryOfficeName","Department","mail","telephoneNumber","userAccountControl","MobilePhone","Manager","ManagerName","ManagersAMAccountName","extensionAttribute11","DistinguishedName" The script then copies the users info found in the ADExport.csv file then pastes it into the new .csv file created above. Dear all,One of my client receives supplier invoices (related to goods purchasing) with freight cost included.The freight cost does not appear in the order (because the purchasing team is not able to anticipate this amount).The accounting team deals with the discrepancy, when entering the invoice in the books, by reallocating the cost in the right account or directly in the purchasing account.They would like to know if it is possible to breakdown the cost of freight directly on the related invoice on each line/article taking the full amount of each line as the ratio of breakdown.Their final objective is to impact the cost of freight in the total cost of stock for valuation purpose.Thanks for your help 

Hello,We are on IFS 10 with a MWS running WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3.0. Has anyone imported into the MWS a SSL certificate, whose key has been generated using ECC 256 instead of RSA?  Hi all, I have a question about a specific window behavior which is Background jobs.Can background jobs be deleted from Aurena? It is possible to delete background jobs from IEE, but there is no such option in Aurena. Can someone confirm that running the report “Aggregate Shop Order Costs per Shop Order” has no general ledger impact?  As I understand it, this just recalculates shop order costs that can be queried for analysis.  Thx

Community,User reported that there are 4 purchase receipts cannot be found in supplier invoice receipt window. in window Receipts, they do have status Received. In Invoiced Purchase Orders, we cannot find the 4 receipt references are receipt matched.wondering why?these 4 receipts are received last year. you can see they are connected to activity sequence. in below activity sequence, it is still in Released status. 

Hello,I currently have a workflow that takes the sale amount of a customer order line and places that value in the customsvalue field automatically. We do this because customsvalue is the only field with prices that moves over to shipment proforma invoice. I am fully aware that IFS wants the order taker to define this field manually, but it is a requirement that we handle this automatically. The workflow that we currently have works fine, as it goes off of the event when a customer order line is created, but the only issue is when a sales quotation is converted to a customer order. I get the error message “Error occurred while processing the request: Unknown property used in expression, ${LineItemNo} Cause: Cannot resolve Identifier ‘LineItemNo’”How do I get around this issue so even the customer orders that are created from sales quotations work, and their customsvalue field gets populated? Any and all advise would be greatly appreciatedThanks,Bryan

Hello,  When we use IPR we can check calculation details with simulation file.Into this file there is  a column “Order day”  : States Yes if a order can be placed on that day othervice No.So it look like IPR and or MRP can take it into account to schedule orders, but how or where can we configure this data in IFS?    Regards

Hello.I have a BOM that containsComponent 1 Reserve/Issue Method = Reserve/backflushComponent 2  Reserve/Issue Method = Manual (Qty Per Ass = 1)Both components are allocated to an operation (Qty Per Ass = 1) I have created a shop order / released the shop order and reserved the shop order. The result is that component 2 is fully reserved.When I try to approve the operation for qty of ‘1’ I receive the following error (expected) I manually issue a qty of ‘1’ of this component and try to approve ‘1’ against the operation again - It works as expected.I try to approve an additional ‘1’ to the operation against (total 2) and it allows me, even though there isn't enough components issued to allow the approved qty - I believe this should error???The application will also allow me to receive the goods into stock. It even allows me to receive the full qty and close the shop order, even though all the materials haven't been issued.I have ran debug at the approve operation stage and simplified ma

We’ve recently noticed that everytime we create a new customer address, there will be a GEOCODING application message generated which would end up in Failed state since there’s no routing rule/address configured to intercept that message.I’d like to turn off the generation of that application message, but I’ve no clue if that is even possible.What I’ve done thus far:→ checked event actions → there’s no event action creating this Application Message→ looked up in System Parameters but I couldn’t find anything that would refer to GEOCODING functionality.Any ideas on how to turn this off?I’ve also read the documentation from below, but it doesn’t say how to turn off this functionality.https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/050_development/060_ifs_applications_business_components/150_application_services_development/#geocoding

I have a need to modify my mWO pages (via Apps for Page Designer) using several ‘Contexts’ which seems all well and good until I try to add these Page Configurations to an Application Configuration Package. My hope was that I could select only the Page Configurations that are associated with a particular ‘Context’, but it would seem that any Page Configuration that is of the same Projection is added to the ACP as well. I only selected one Page Configuration when choosing “Add to package” and IFS selected the second Page Configuration (associated with a different ‘Context’) and added it to the ACP as well. Is this the default behavior for ACPs that include Page Configurations? Is my assessment correct that it relates to the fact that these Page Configurations come from the same Projection or is there some other link between the Page Configurations? I really want to manage the Page Configurations by each ‘Context’, and not by ‘Projection’. Does anyone have any insight into the matter? BT
