Hello, We are currently on 22R2 for IFS Cloud and we have encountered an error. I created a quick report to pull some values via SQL and we want to schedule this report to attach an excel file of the output onto an email and send it to our users.We scheduled the report and have the emailing set up properly, but we never received any emails. The only thing we received was this error on the print manager logs. Thanks,Bryan “Exception while generating Plugin Output Caused by: Error while rendering the report. 11 retries were made. Hi There, I am looking for a solution to perform the revaluation of fixed assets as a bulk. In the real customer scenario they want to revalue 20,000 fixed assets, which is not possible to do manually one by one. Is there a possible way to perform it using external files?

HiWe would like to provide Customer Invoice .pdf’s to an external Customer facing application using standard IFS API’s. I would view the invoice .pdf in Aurena via report archive using a result key. Has anybody successfully integrated a similar solution?We are using Apps10 UPD15. We don’t have Boomi. Here is what we have found so far:Using the log window we have found the Report Archive projection and enabled compatibility. We have then viewed an invoice .pdf and can see it makes an API call and gets an ID related to the Result Key. From there it seems to construct a URL and opens the .pdf in a new browser tab. Here is an example URL generated:https://IFStestSystem:58080/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ReportArchive.svc/ArchiveDocumentSet(ResultKey=2739813,Id='da20f8df-9bea-496f-9866-6db9381f65b8')/PdfWhile this works I can see a couple of issues with this approach:It requires authentication to the Aurena client and once the user has access to the pdf if they knew how they could past

Community,How to fix below error?I am trying to connect a Repair Work Order to a superior work order which is connected to a project, i got below error message. Same error message is also prompted when I am trying to connect the same Repair Work Order to the project using Project Connections. see below error. 

Hi,Is it possible to duplicate parts linked to contract to all the contracts of the company ?For exemple, I create a purchase part on the first contract and I wan’t it to be duplicate on all the contracts of the company (even when it’s modified). 

In 25R1, I am trying to add a comment to an Outwards Transmittal. I cannot figure out how to do this, The Steps I followed are :1.Create Document Transmittal 2.Connected to a Project3.Entered Expected Send Date and Expected Latest comment days as today4.Connected Report to Transmittal5.In the Files to download section , Original and Comment files were enabled6.Added Documents to the Transmittal7.Documents were Quick Released8.Changed the Status of the Transmittal to Sent9.Added Acknowledgment10.Status was changed to Acknowledgement Received11.??? Need to add Comment - NOT SURE HOW TO DO THIS ?  

My Org is looking to implement mWO for internal maintenance tasks, and we want to be able to automate the transfer to mobile process so an incoming fault report can be put into the pool quickly and without supervisor intervention (faults can occur on 2nd/3rd shift and there aren’t always supervisors then). Seemingly the only option for this is scheduling Transfer Work Assignments to Mobile task to run every 15 minutes.when one manually transfers to mobile, there are the two sliders for pool and pool-keep, how can the database task Transfer Work Assignments to Mobile be configured to do either? Specify the “Allocated_To” setting as “pool”?(I also wish the transfer window option wasn’t “beginning of time until today plus x days”)or is there an API call I can make with a workflow or pl/sql event action to transfer on fault report creation vs. the scheduled task? I can’t find any obvious APIs to use for this.

Clicking Share > Print on a purchase order created from a distribution order results in an error, “The operation is not possible for a purchase order created from a distribution order.”Is there a workaround or setting that will allow users to print a purchase order created from a distribution order?

Hi, My customer has created a page as an action in mwo and added several fields to that page. In one section they have created two fields; a LOV and a Text field. The customer wants to enable to Text field based on the value they add to the LOV.Ex: make the text field visible only if the LOV value in ‘Other’.This has been setup in page designer configuration in below manner and working fine there.   However, the problem is that, this change does not apply to mobile. Any idea why?We have initialized the app, refreshed cache and disconnected and connected the app.Best Regards,

Dear all.IFS has introduced the IFS Ai feature where it is possible to extract invoice header level information using invoice image file to load invoices automatically.I have extracted the desciption from the release notes of 25R1“To facilitate the supplier invoice data capture automation, the Azure Invoice Model is integrated with IFS Cloud to automatically extract relevant data from supplier invoices uploaded to the system. It supports various file formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.​Upon upload, the model captures key invoice details and facilitates the creation of corresponding Supplier Invoices within the application.​The extracted data includes the following fields:​Header Level – Supplier, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Invoice Recipient, PO Reference, Gross Amount, Net Amount and Tax Amount​”. Where can I find a help document which can help me configure this functionality. Hi All, Do we have a way to create two work assignments for below requirement.There should  be two or many assignments where one assignment is primary (task leader) and others are secondary.  Only reporting should be done by the primary assignment. Others are supportive and do not report time to the work. It is like booking of few other resources to support main assignee.Crew functionality does not matching with this since these grouping are dynamic and short term. In IFS, if you create assignments all has to complete the work to automatically transfer the work task status to “Work Done”.Is there a way to work with a primary assignment and a dummy assignments? TIA.

Hello,I have a conceptual doubt regarding how CALLOFF and PLAN schedules work together within the Master Scheduling (MS) module in IFS Applications 10.Current situation:We are working with Customer Schedules from an automotive customer, which sends two types of documents:CALLOFF with line type FIR (Delivery Authorized) — short-term firm demandPLAN with line type VIS/PRE (Delivery Not Authorized) — mid/long-term forecast demandBoth documents are in Released status.Expected behavior:Our understanding is that when importing Customer Schedules into MS, both documents should feed the MS as follows:CALLOFF/FIR → Sub MS Receipt (firm demand)PLAN/VIS/PRE → Register Forecast (planning demand)This would give us a complete planning horizon: firm demand in the short term covered by CALLOFF, and forecast demand in the mid/long term covered by PLAN.Current behavior:Only the CALLOFF schedule is being imported into the MS. When creating a Customer Location I have the option to assign a Validity period against the location with a start date and end date:There doesn’t appear to be any enforcement of this parameter when I am creating a Service Request/Task at the customer location if the end date has been passed. Is this by design or is this possible a bug? The idea would be that the customer Location shouldn’t be shown on the LoV after the end date has passed.Thanks

Is it possible for end users to view a report created in Business Reporter from Order Report without having to install the BR add-on? The users already have the correct permissions, but when they try to export from Order Report, the report appears in blank and does not load any information, even in the PDF document.The report was saved with the “disconnect” option and the “generate PDF” option selected.Thank you!

Hi All, I tried to use an IFS API call which returns a struct but the return structure is not added to the debug values list. Is this not supported for workflows or is there any other way to call an IFS API call with a struct?My example API callWorkTaskHandling.GetPartSerialInfo(PartNo)  Debug value list.Notice that previous steps which return string are added in the debug values but not the struct GetPartSerialInfo struct response format

In 25R1 environment ,I was uploading the following file with credit values through OCR -capture  supplier invoice data ,nevertheless the negative values were not been fetched and they were fetched as positive.Any one experienced this kind of situation?ThanksUdanee
