(Are these values same for whoever user uses IFS self service procurement portal to do purchases. Aren’t their user id/password needed ?). Also what are the values needed for <url endpoint> and <redirect url> ? can the redirect url be https://yyyyyy.ifscloud.com/, so that redirects to IFS cloud ? then the url endpoint be vendor web shop ?. Would the vendor supply these values upon us requesting? I

IFS Environment: Apps 10 UPD14.I created a Boomi process that uploads a file into the document attachment section in IFS.This was done using the Boomi HTTP Client connector using method PATCH.  I was wondering if this could also be done using the Boomi IFS Aurean connector?Projection: CreateAndImportDocument Object: EdmFileSet

Can these two run in different queues?As you can see these currently are in the same queue, but I am experiencing some slowness.Looks like Batch_Calculate runs and then Batch_Calculate_Details will run afterwards when both run. 

Hello,Ubuntu 20.04 is nearing end of Support (By 2025 April). Does anyone know whether there are plans to have a more latest Ubuntu version (22.04/24.04) for the Upcoming Cloud releases starting from IFS Cloud 24R2?Thanks

Hi I am looking into a business scenario where we are using project inventory and as a business we need to capture the material consumption cost to the project.Reality material will be stored in a remote location as Project inventory.HTo capture the cost we are planning to issue the material to a workorder using “unplanned material issue” functionality.Work order is connected to the same project activity that the project inventory is connected to. But upon issue of the material via the work order and consumption cost is not moving to the Project monitoring page.I cannot identify how much is consumed at a given time.Anyone worked on a similar situation?Does IFS has a limitation to capture the consumption when project inventory is in used? ThanksChamath

We have setup a report based on a quick information source - Business Reporter and Quick Report.  The query looks like below. The issue is - the results do not yield the end-user who is running the report. This must be an issue in HCM access, but haven’t found a cause yet. Appreciate if you can give us some pointers to look at. Thank you!

We are currently working to implement a single device policy for mWO usage since we have issues with technicians swapping to different devices in the middle of some operations, which causes sync issues.We are attempting to use iPads, but the issue we are running into does seem to apply to iPhones, Androids, and iPads all alike.When we implement our device policy on the iPads, then use mWO, everything seems to work ok, until we go to attach a document to a Work Assignment.  We do this frequently, typically it is a file that we pull from the equipment we are working on with a laptop.  We then upload that document to OneDrive and intend to attach it to the assignment that way.But now that we are implementing Intune, the button that lets us choose which file picker to use in mWO is completely missing.  It should be between the image file chooser and the camera button.  Both mWO and OneDrive are coming from our Company Portal rather than the App Store.  We have attempted to adjust a number

I’m testing new 25R1 functionality “Data Access Control” and creating a simple ACL that prevents users from modifying specific records in an Entity (in my case in AbcClass).I’m able to set condition on attribute AbcClass and that prevent ALL users from editing record for Class A but I want to add condition that some users (or user groups) are allowed to do that.So - I’m trying to use “Predefined Parameters” SESSION_USER and SESSION_USER_IN_GROUPS but in that case, “Save” button is not activated for some reason.Question is how those “Predefined Parameters” can be used? Hi Community,It is noted that, from IFS in any page, there are POST calls being sent to www.fullstory.com.This has been seen in different customer environments where no customizations present. Even in our internal Core enviroronment (25R1) has sending these requests as well. Payload seems to be encrypted, however, sending any data to a 3rd party is concerning. Does anyone know what this is and why this is happening?  Appreciate any input. Thank you./Nimesh

Hi All,I am getting this error when I am trying to reserve material for the maintenance material requisition.Is there any setting to control this. All material is available and I can reseve manually line by line but not using the reserve option.  Any idea why this the system is behaving like this?Thanks,Chamath

Hi,  I cant seem to find the incomplete comments inserted from MWO when incomplete a Request Task.  Its not shown on the Work task assignments line on the Task and also not shown when you click on the task in dispatch console and go to Events. (the notes are empty in the events log)we are running on 25R2 SU4 Event log on dispatch console

PPC often has unrecoverable errors without the detail required to troubleshoot further.Often it is not possible to save when this occurs therefore PPC must be closed completely and reopened. Has anyone in the community using PPC experienced this and if so kindly provide feedback. 

We are currently working on our IFS Cloud Upgrade project. So we have installed 25R1SU5 on test environment and 24R2SU9 on our dev.This week we realized that the Web DevTools are no longer working for both environments.I suspect the latest update(s) for MS Edge to be the cause of this problem. The problem manifests itself like this. I open IFS Cloud, active the devtools link. Then I press F12 and I can see the standard network traffic from IFS Cloud and I can also Inspect web page elements.As soon as I activate the IFS Web DevTools there is only the start page shown. No network or trace information:Also the network traffic is no longer recorded and stopped. I cannot inspect page elements anymore and the reload for the page is not working. Is anybody else experiencing this problem and has found a solution?

Hi there IFS Community!I have a hopefully interesting issue that I’d like a larger audience in reviewing. I received a request to expose the field CORPORATE_FORM, associated with the CustomerInfo LU on the Customers overview screen (Presentation Object ID tbwCustomerInfoOverview). I can see that there’s the option to make a mandatory field in the Properties > Mandatory tab, but no option to expose it via the column chooser.Is this normal behavior for this overview screen, or would I need to make “dumb” custom read-only fields to expose these fields? Other read-only custom fields are presentable just fine, so it has me a tad puzzled on whether I’m missing something, or need to bite the bullet and make this a “recursive” read-only field.Customers overview aware of Corporate Form field Corporate Form not available in Column Chooser (custom fields available) Thank you everyone for taking the time to review, and look forward to any discussions :)Regards,Randy

The Error Text field has a notice “This background job was set to state Error because the executing Oracle process was killed. ( Detected by cleanup process at 2025-01-08-23.49.11 )”. I’ve checked out a few other Community posts noting that the Light Cleanup process may be responsible, but the Light Cleanup job was posted / started executing 2 seconds after the time reported in the MRP background job.
