Hi,

We have created HR schedule for an employee but it doesn't reflect in dispatch console , is there any other configuration needed too?

Thanks

Did you generate shifts after specifying the HR schedule?

Hi @Alexander Heinze

yes we have done that too.

Also these are the steps we followed for HR scheduling →

step -1

step 2    → HR schedule button is ON

step 3  ->generating schedule

Can you check if shifts were actually generated?

Plus Dispatch Console sometimes needs a couple of minutes to display new shifts.

Hi @Alexander Heinze

I can see shift in the following screen but not in resource availability screen.

Okay, so that’s the explanation why you don’t see available shifts in DC. Now the question is: What’s wrong with your HR schedule. Here’s one that works, can you compare?

This is the schedule:

And this is the day type:

Hi @Alexander Heinze

We did the above process but still its not coming .

In resource availability screen we keep the hr schedule on and then generate schedule and capacity , right ? If we do this than it gives following error

Any idea what happened ?

Also while creating day types we its gives 11:59 as to time every time , Is this the right way or we are missing something ?

Your “normal” working time is open-ended and you use “Current Day”, so it ends at 23:59. Which is probably not what you are trying to achieve, I guess you want to end the shift at 3pm? Have a look at this example:

Thank you , its working now ...
