This will be deployed via SCCM to ~6,000 Windows endpoints, so the script must be non-interactive and safe to run under the System context.Current facts: Install path (identical on all devices):C:\Program Files (x86)\SapphireIMSAgent\ A residual process named SapphireBackupTray.exe remains running after the current uninstall attempt. Relevant services are present and running on all endpoints. Requirements for the script: Stop and remove all Sapphire-related services and processes (including tray processes). Remove all associated registry keys and startup entries. Delete the installation folder and all files (including locked files). Hi everyone,I noticed that the ITOM Agent installer for Windows is currently provided as an .exe file.Could you please confirm if there is an MSI version of the ITOM Agent available for enterprise deployment on Windows devices?If not, what is the recommended or supported approach for large-scale Windows deployments — for example, is it acceptable to repackage or wrap the EXE, or should the EXE be deployed directly in silent mode?Any official guidance or best-practice recommendation from IFS would be greatly appreciated.

A comprehensive Wiki document, available here outlines the necessary steps to upgrade the default MySQL installation, v8.0.33, provisioned with assyst ITOM 5.8.4.1, to MySQL v8.0.41. Hi, Currently running Assyst ITOM 11.4 and have successfully set up a WMI based discovery. The server in question is now visible under Inventory > Resource. My question is, how do I export the System Information data captured by the WMI discovery (summary, hardware, software, and resource) that includes all data captured by WMI easily?  Thanks!

We have meshcentral working in ITAM. Is there a way to tie it into AssystWeb so we can get there directly from a ticket or a user? Can we create a link that takes us from the ticket or user to the ITAM inventory item?   Note- we were actually able to figure this out. We can import the URL from ITAM and then just click on the mesh central link

We’re working with an organisation that’s interested in the ITOM suite. We have a question raised during a technical deep dive relating to the SKU information we keep in ITOM against each Software License. In ITOM, we have the fields for SKU information (SKU code, downgrade rights, software assurance etc) – however none of this is auto-populated from the current version of the Software Dictionary.In the short-term, has anyone created a reconciliation report to address this or experienced a way to get this SKU information into ITOM without the manual effort?Thanks

We need to add feature for creating or exporting report for Critical-Important-Normal deployed Patches,This is a major need and feature we need to so we can categorize or filter the type of patches that we deployed, without this feature its not possible to identify the severity of the deployed patches

Hello Techs,We have a requirement where ITOM agent password should be in encrypted format and should not be visible by any means.Encryption of the password is to be enabled across the entire installation process. Reason being, the server does not have the password in the encrypted format currently which indeed a vulnerability by all the means and has been picked up by the Cyber Security folks.We need the password to be in encrypted format in order for us to make sure it does not show up anywhere while the entire process takes place.
