Hi,

I have a query regarding Dispatch console in IFS Cloud, I want to see the past allocation dates of the FSEs but I am unable to. Is there any way we can toggle to the past allocation dates?

Also need to understand the significance of the calendar marked in the snippet.

Thanks in advance for guiding.

Hi @MANI0202

The historical view is not possible at the moment in the Dispatch Console - we are aware of this and will work on that improvement for future release.

Regarding the highlighted part of the timeline in the screenshot you attached - could you elaborate a bit on what you need more information around in that area?

Hi @ajnsse , I am trying to go on a random date but no matter which date I choose, past or future, the highlighted area shows “Today” only. It somehow doesn’t allow me to select a random date. That is the reason I was concerned about why that tab is present and how I can use it.

Hi,

The date-selector can be used to move the view to specific date in the gantt. It only allows for the selection of dates that are within the defined scheduling window that has been enterred on your dataset.

In your example if you zoom in to viewing the current date of May 3rd - then select the date of May 6th in the date-picker, the view will move to show 6th of May.

Thanks for the information.

Hi @MANI0202 , regarding past allocations, how about this:

Viewing past allocations

The Dispatch Console only displays data from Today-1 to Today + # of Days defined in your Scheduling Dataset. To view allocations in the past, use the Resource Monitoring Gantt page.

This is where you define the timeframe that should be queried plus additional filter criteria such as site or resource group. The set of search criteria can be saved for future use. On the following pages, the search can be further narrowed down to certain competencies/groups and/or certificates/groups.

The resulting Gantt chart looks like this:
