Hi, In the DOP releasing process, where we net everything, IFS will take parts on a arrival location into account and will not create additional PR’s for these parts. However, the parts on the arrival location are not netted or reversed, which means that if they move into stock they could be used for every other order as well. Is there any way to go around this issue? Thanks!

Where can we see the remaining amount of a supplier invoice?

Good Afternoon,  We are working in Apps 10 EE in the Manual Supplier Invoice Module.  We just created 4 new companies in IFS (separate from our main operating company) and need to generate supplier invoices to pay shareholders.  Based on our knowledge, we have set these companies up correctly but cannot get to the posting proposal screen when testing from the manual Supplier Invoice.  The new companies are setup from an AP authorizer perspective in the same manner.   Any thoughts on why we cant get to posting proposal? Thank You

Hi All.  I have a couple of questions regarding device locations in IFS Cloud. Question 1. How often does IFS cloud track the device? is it every-time it receives or sends a message? or is it a set time like every 3 minutes. If the latter can this be changed? Question 2. Can device tracking be turned of in IFS Cloud for certain devices? (i know i can disable location permissions on the phone but wondered if there was a setting in IFS cloud).  Thanks for all your help

Hi,I’ve done a reservation of an article in multiple locations in IFS Apps10. I’m trying to prepare that article using Wadaco, however the current configuration prevents me to access the second location when completing the first preparation, the article is tagged as prepared and is no more available in the list of items. I’ve tried using loops but I have no idea how it works thus I did not manage to have something that works in the end.

I’m looking to add a custom field to the ‘Customer Invoices’ view that returns the number of attachments of a certain Document Class.  Does anyone know if there is an existing Function I could adapt to retrieve this, please?  Apps9 (moving to Cloud soon...)  Many thanks!

When a new employee is created, is there a way to populate the employee’s Job Specification Elements in under Employee>Qualifications>Competencies section without assigning any dates? The way the system is set up now, it automatically assigns the date the Job Specification is assigned. This is confusing when reviewing the employee’s list of Elements – it makes it appear as though the employee has already been trained, when in fact – they have not. Is this where the Competency Point values come into play?

Hi, I would like to change the button text on the time clock (time clock in production). However, the default time clock that we are using is in English, but the buttons get translated to the local language. Where can I find these translations and change them? So If i change the text in ‘Time Clock Type Details’, it doesn’t do a thing as it gets translated anyway. It could be an option to block the translation, as we use 1 language anyway.

We would like to create a notification business rule that is triggered when someone changes the server log level settings.  To create this rule we need to know the table (and column) that is being changed but so far we have not been able to determine the name of the table. Hello everyone.Does anyone know? What is the key between the inventory transaction history table and the sales invoice lines. The customer's order_no alone is not enough, because many invoices can be issued to it.

Hi team, a fixed asset added to a Q voucher   but it doesn't show in the object transaction. and gives the below error message when activate the object

Hi.Why IFS delete the cost set 1 from the Work Center if you are copying an inventory part cost from, for example, from cost set 2 to 1 and one the work centers do not have the cost set 2? I tested this case in  IFS 9, IFS 10 and Cloud. I think this is a BUG because the Cost Set 1 is the unique mandatory cost set. I tested this case in  IFS 9, IFS 10 and Cloud.

We don’t have checkboxes in Cloud, we have slides.  Our documentation is riddled with the wording that refers to the checkbox.  When we used to use checkboxes, we would say “Check Receive Application”.What is the correct name for this? Is it a slide button?  Or is it a slider? How do we refer to it, would we say “Set Receive Application” to TRUE.  Or, maybe, we should say “Enable Receive Application”?   Example slide button.
