Hello,I am currently working on automatically getting Pick Lists to get created once a Customer Order has everything in stock, while taking into account its backorder option.Is there an option in IFS Cloud to automatically generate Pick Lists for Customer Orders? Currently we have to manually create Pick Lists via the “Create Pick Lists for Customer Orders” page. I have the print agent set up so whenever a pick list is created, it automatically prints, but its getting the pick list to automatically get generated where the issue remains.How do I approach this? Would I need to create a workflow? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hi IFS Community,anyone knows how to change the homepage logo in IFS CLOUD?I didn’t find something interesting in System Parameters, there is an Url or path of the company logo file used in quick print but no impact on the homepage logo.I guess we need to add the logo on “Report Images” page (Logos tab) but I don’t know how to use the logo for the IFS Application homepage.Page Designer function is unavailable on the homepage: Report Images page: 

We have recently upgraded to 22r2Suddenly, today, we are unable to Start work on the mobile due to this error.MWO appearance has also changed - it is as if it thinks all of our tasks are pickup tasks (we are not even using inventory).Can anyone advise why we are seeing this

Hiin mobileedge for the receiving module, 4 status are displayed into the receiving lines screen : Accepted, Awaiting Delivery, Delivered, undelivred1/ Is it possible to modify this status in a table ? (the table is available in a transaction ?  I assume status are managed on the transaction Logistics Demand Statuses, but in this transaction we can’t choose to display or not)2/ In mobileedge : is it possible to choose status displayed : For some process, the Technician doesn’t have all inputs to choose the status and it’s only action is to choose “accepted”. All other cases should managed by the Back office with the Carrier. If the part is not at the PUDO, the technician let the line open.Thanks for your support and Regardsanthony

I am looking for a way to send an XML perform batch through Postman to the M5 service rather than using the FSM Utilities tool (since Postman has some extra features that are really helpful for troubleshooting and testing). Has anyone found a way to use Postman to successfully post messages?I see that the utility tool uses WCF or REST, but after doing some research I found that WCF REST is different than the former two and may potentially allow HTTP GET and POST functions to work with the XML perform batch via enabling WebHttpBinding class.Has anyone used Postman to send an XML perform batch to the M5 service or something similar?

We have a group of suppliers that have taxable items and non-taxable items. How can we deal with this in IFS?We are using tax structures. Can we use the bottom part (highlighted in yellow) to specify the distinction between taxable and non-taxable? Do I need to make a tax structure specific for each of my suppliers where I need taxable and non-taxable items?Any comments, pointers, suggestions are welcome.

Hi All,Screen name: Procurement> Receipt> Register Arrivals I have created a custom field in ‘Register Arrivals’ screen.custom field name is ‘Gate Entry Number’, which is a persistent field.when I enter data in ‘Gate Entry Number’, I’m not able to save record.I tried with other fields also in the same screen. but not able to save.Issue is ‘Saving’ button is not getting enabled, when I enter data.issue is in IFS apps 10.How to solve this issue, please help.Thanks in advance.Best Regards,Hari

I have run an IFS EE client process that is failing with the EE Debug Console on. So now I have exported the session  into an xml file with the Debug Console Export button. Now I want to test that the file can be imported into another debug console client before sending it to our developers for analysis, but I do not find any import option to do this in the Debug Console, so how can such files be imported into another debug console client for analysis? I have tried using the FIle - Import from File option on the debug console, but this only allows the import of .dcs files, which just seem to contain debug console client settings, not any actual debug session information.

Hi, I’ve started to notice that in the last month or so, IFS (Apps 10 Update 15) is crashing - typically when a search dialog is open, and it doesn’t seem matter which screen. Are there any known issues with Apps 10u15 on Windows 11?

We had a contract billing run the other night which generated (Extract To Vouchers) 9000+ rows / approx. 2500 contracts.  The voucher is in HOLD status and two of these rows (same contract) are showing error_status IVBP.  Up until now all voucher batch errors have been for single transactions so easy to correct and re-post.  The issue with the bill to place id has been corrected but can anyone suggest the best way to handle this so that we can re-run the voucher and allow the invoices to post?Thanks,Richard

Hello,  I’m completely new to IFS10. I have no experience with IFS other than the exploring I have been doing over the past couple weeks.  I have successfully set up a couple stream notifications.  I have not done anything as of yet within the Lobby.  One of the ladies has a Widget (sorry if that’s not what they’re called) in her lobby that informs her when a current order has been revised.  She would also like to receive a Stream notification when that action has happened.  I have searched the actions or triggers and can’t find anything that would be considered suitable.   So my question is… Since she already has a widget within her lobby that notifies her when an order has been revised, is there something I could put together where that widget is actually the action or trigger for a stream notification?  My apologies for likely not using the correct terminology. 

Has anybody out there built an assystETM channel which will process an email and log a new ticket using a specific Custom Form?If so I could do with some guidance as to how you reference the specific Custom Form you want to use.We will be looking at taking the data out of the body of the email to populate the custom fields within the custom form which I am comfortable with, I am just struggling with how to call that custom form.

Hello All, We want to Create a Credit invoice for a Customer invoice.We do that via the RMB option Create Credit invoice.The background job that was created gave the following message:ORA-20111: CustomerOrder.NOTEXIST2: The Customer Order object does not exist.When I looked for the customer order I found-out that it's gone.When I spoke to customer they told me that they had done a clean-up action for customer orders.Due to that action several Customer order are removed from the system. How can you create a Credit Invoice in this case? Kind RegardsRaymond

FSM 6U47327I am trying to amend a BR so that it clears the input field at the end. I used expression = original(task_ext.*). However, getting an error “data member specified by *** cannot be found”. Am I using an incorrect expression?Alternatively, what other way can I clear input field at end of BR? Thank you.

Hi, we have a bit of an urgent issue.One of our I Voucher Rows has the following error -  There are no voucher no series for this voucher type and accounting_year.We have checked all voucher series per voucher type and taken these out to 2025 as part of the supplier invoice is period allocated until then, and all periods are open for the required user groups. Can anyone advise what else could be causing this issue?Thanks,Hayley

Hi! While testing the anonymous affected user feature in assyst 11.2, I noticed some unwanted behaviors.  First off, from the assystNet side, when filling a user fills out a form and uses the anonymous user feature, the information entered in the anonymous fields is replaced by the logging user’s information when the form is submitted. This means that the anonymous user feature cannot really be used from assystNet, since the data captured is immediately replaced. The second behavior originates from assystWeb. We have been able to change the Affected User field so that it contains an anonymous user and save the ticket in that state. However, when performing a “Closed / Resolved” or “Pending Closure” action on the ticket, which can both result in the ticket being marked as closed, an error occurs which prevents us from executing the action. Hello,I am currently using IFS Cloud and I have created a scheduled database task to run every 2 minutes, and check if a Consolidated Pick List is ready for creation in the “Create consolidated Pick List for Customer Order” page. I have the parameter set up so it only applies to customer orders with site 100, but its triggering other sites as well.Any advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan
