Whenever I start the Visual studio in a Remote machine the below error is getting popped up due to which the layout is getting zoomed out and the size of the fields increases, basically the RESX is getting affected for this.Also I can see that this extra line of code is getting added Please mention how to resolve this.

Hi I am extracting data to PowerBI.I want to extract cost of sales and revenue for all customer order shipments.I want to combine shipment & order line data with GL voucher data (account, sales group) We are on Apps 9.I can’t figure out the links to do this.I want to start from closed/completed shipment lines.  COST OF SALES:SHIPMENT_ORDER_LINE_OVW → links to → SHIPMENT, CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE & CUSTOMER_ORDER using shipment_id, order_no, line_no, rel_no & line_item_no. Easy!INVENTORY_TRANSACTION_HIST2 → links to → MPCCOM_ACCOUNTING → links to → vouchers & voucher rows on accounting_id. Easy!But what is the link from shipment lines to inv trans hist? INVENTORY_TRANSACTION_HIST2 has fields SOURCE_REF1,2,3,4 & 5.1,2,3&4 are clearly Customer Order, Line, Rel, Lini Item (for SOURCE_REF_TYPE = Customer Order)What is SOURCE_REF5… Help says its delivery reference… so I think it is the key to link back to shipment line…. but cant find where it links to.                    

A window with Notes field ​​​​​The problem in these Notes fields is that, when it contains quite a lot of text, it’s hard to get a good overview of the text. The way forward for the moment is to use a different tool to write the text and then copy it to the field. The same goes for reading, the text needs to be copied into a different tool. This way of working can't be the intention as there is a function for Notes in the framework.​​​​​​A Window with “Notepad’ functionIs it possible to get this “Notepad” function for some other windows as well?   

Hello, I need some help regarding AP/AR Netting with my customer.The companies within the group are buying and selling each other goods. Let’s suppose the company A has an AP Balance with company B (1500€) and an AR Balance with company B (4200€).At the end of the month, the AP Balance is offset in a intercompany offset account (Credit) and the AR Balance offset as well in the same account (Debit).So, the intercompany offset account balance is the difference (so -2700€)The netting functionality allows me to offset the same amount in AP and AR (here 1500€), but i would like to post the difference.Is it possible to execute such process in IFS ? Which posting controls are involved ?Also, is it possible to have a different account for each one of the sister companies ? Thanks, Tarek

We recently upgraded from v14.5 where the users had the ability to use BCC for additional email addresses.  In v15.4 we have not been able to figure out if this is an option that can be enabled as it is not currently there.  Does this functionality still exist in v15?v14.5 v15.4

So I have a tiny flow. It has been deployed once. I'm trying to get the workflow removed totally. However when trying the Delete option on the workflow:It fails as there is an active version_1.I don't see an option to de-activate this version_1 and hence release the complete set of version and deletion of the workflow (eventSalesContractError2 in this case) to be removed totally.There is no projection, nor an event connected to it.What am I missing that I can't remove/delete the workflow?

Hi All, In PSO when an absence is booked in IFS Cloud it feeds through to PSO as Unavailable. Is there a way of expanding this to show the reason for the absence or is the only option we have is Unavailable? Thanks   

I have a situation where a Company X will sell and deliver goods to Customer Y.  We’ve setup a remote WHSE in Company X, Site A as a remote WHSE and linked it to Customer Y.  When I deliver my customer order, I need to deliver the goods to the Customer Y remote WHSE and see the inventory in the remote WHSE perpetual’s inventory in IFS Cloud.  Is this possible?  Seems to me like a straightforward VMI model, but I am not sure how to deliver to a customer’s remote WHSE in IFS Cloud.  And for those who might be wondering, the inventory that needs to show in Customer Y remote WHSE should be of ownership Customer Owned (This is not consignment, it is VMI, with Company X being the Vendor). Thanks.

Community,I think I have enabled all projections in permission set about Engineering Part & Part Handling, but I still get this error when running Create New Part in below window. May I know where I missed?i can create new engineering part, but if i do from Create New Part button, i got below error.when I select Create New Part button, i got below error. 

We would like to make further use of the Delivery Type field on mobile.  This is when a mobile user is ordering materials.  The value which is selected does not display in the General Queue for the backordered part.  Is there a reason for this or a setting that needs to be changed?  We would like the field to behave like the Priority field. 

Is it possible to add an additional Handling Unit to an existing MRB case? If it exists, I have been unable to find it.Handling unit contains the part number, lot number. 

Dear all,  I have been working on the EInvoice solution for India following the instructions provided in IFS Apps 10 Global Extension - India Country Solution for UPD15. The xml I got looks like the normal EInvoice missing all the specific tags for India (e.g. INSupplyType, INGstin, INHsnCode , etc.).  Does anyone has an idea where I miss something? Any advice is highly appreciated :) Please find below some screenshots with my setup: Company  CustomerHSN/SAC Sales PartIFS Connect  

Over time, some employees have been moved to work under different managers. The employee files are showing the correct direct supervisors. However, the managers of some of these are saying they cannot see their expenses, etc. When I have checked if these employees are showing up the list of supervised employees for the current manager shown in the employment file in the Supervisor Access screen, they are not listed under the current manager, still under the  previous one.I have entered a new row for one of these employees under their new manager in the Position Access Setup screen and saved it. But if I go back into the supervised employees screen for this new manager (after refreshing the screen) the employee is still not showing up there, they are still listed under the previous managers supervised employees list. I have tried setting the valid until date for the row in the old managers position access setup to the date that they changed to the new manager, but it makes no difference

Hello,once I create two positions in relation supervisor-subordinate and assign those positions to two employees, will the employee with higher position in position structure have automatically access to expenses of the employee having subordinate position assigned? Or is it necessary to setup something other? Thank you!

When hovering over any given activity on the 15.4.3 Web Console, I have the ‘Disposition’ set as a visible option from the activity details tooltips menu,but it is not actually displaying the relevant status for this. I would expect to see ‘Open’ or ‘Fulfilled’ in this location. Any idea why this is?Thanks, Sean 

Hi IFS team, We have a slight problem when doing the VAT reconciliation in IFS. There was a supplier which didn´t have its TAX ID Number filled in, we noticed it when we downloaded the tax ledger csv file from output for the month. We filled in the TAX ID Number in Document Tax Information in Supplier tab, however the problem still persists. We filled in the Tax ID number in Supplier tab, but when we are downloading the tax ledger the Tax ID Number still remains empty. Sorry for my bad explanation, if you need me to be more specific please write me, is there a way to fix this issue?

I’m currently on App10 UPD9.  Trying to implement PM Actions.  When the WO is created I would like to be able to assign the tasks to a team or individual.  Does anyone have helpful hints on how to do this? Thanks,Elaine
