How to Suggest a Best Answer to a ModeratorIf you come across a helpful reply that clearly solves the original question — but the thread author hasn't marked it as the best answer — you can suggest it to the moderators using the "Report" feature.Here’s how: Click on the three dots at the bottom right of the reply. Select "Report" from the dropdown menu. Working from Home Tip: How to Improve Your Community On Screen Experience

It could be that some people, working from home, does not have a big nice screen, and especially not multiple screens as some have at work. Some are surely working on their laptops. Something that is important then is “screen real estate.” Here is how to remove “cruft” on the screen, and how to enable full-screen mode. Enable full-screen mode by pressing F11. By default, the menu bar is hidden (which is good if you have little room on the screen). Press and release the Alt key to show it. Keep the IFS navigator hidden, and use the shortcut panel instead. Learn the keyboard shortcut Shift+Ctrl+F to show and focus the navigator filter. (press Escape to close it again) Show and hide the Attachments section using Ctrl+2 (the other context panels can be opened and closed using the numbers 1 and up.) In general, learn the standard keyboard shortcuts. If you are using a laptop, perhaps you have now mouse and are using the trackpad and the keyboard might be a more efficient alternative. Some f

This article describes how you can add images and videos to your post. Upload imagesYou can upload images from your pc to your post by clicking on the small photo icon in the text editor: All common file formats for images are supported (.png, .jpg, .gif)After a successful upload, you can either leave the image in the attachment, or you can choose to embed it into your post. Ultimately, we see them as someone who helps others. So, what is an IFS Hero?An IFS Hero is someone who helps the community. They’re members of our community who offer advice, help with solutions, and share their knowledge and expertise. They make this community a resource; a place to come when you need help. How do you become a Hero?Joining the community gets you started. Welcoming others, asking questions, and participating in conversations gets you closer. Offering advice, answering questions, and having others notice and recongize your contributions gets you to hero status. But that’s not the end of it - afterall, there are SuperHeros …

Get List of Structure records as response from RESTful API

We have following requirement as response for REST request We tried following sample development to get the response in required format. But we get following error. We tried in the in IFS cloud and it works fine. Is this limitation in Apps10? Any alternative way of getting this done in Apps10?

How to Activate/Deactive Report Locales

We are currently on 22r2 and planning to go live on 24r2. In 22r2 when we trying to preview a report we can only see a limited no of Date/Number Formatting but in 24r2 we can see a lot. I have found in new system it is fetched from Report Locale window. Is there a way to set these records active/inactive?

IFS Cloud - How to set a column order?

In Page Designer, Fieldranking is supposed to set the order of columns in the list element. When I do this on Business Opportunities, it doesn’t seem to work. We Go-Live in October and setting a column order for heavily trafficked pages is something we want to do to help our computer illiterate sales people.Looking for instructions on this page designer feature.Thanks.

Preventive maintenance flow

Hello,I'm having problems with preventive maintenance on the IFS APP10. I would like to put preventive maintenance on the IFS but I don't understand how the information passes from one stage to another. When I create a MP action with the necessary information, I don't see any transformation into a BT on the day of the intervention or any alert telling me that there is preventive maintenance to be done.Does anyone have a document, diagram or anything showing the flow and path taken by preventive maintenance (MP action, programmes, etc.)?Thank you very much,Luken

Report Studio Creating Table

 Hi everyone,I’m just trying to learning Report Studio and Im trying to create and bind table. When Im try to bind the table and preview, I only see the first row of the table.
