Hi everyone! My IFS system is not showing me the Notify Me app on App’s Screen, and I can’t add it manually. I already activated it on Touch Apps Server and ran the grants in the Database. What can I do to “Notify Me” appears on Apps Screen in the IFS? Thanks!!
In Apps9, surveys that are used with MWO are defined under the “Surveys” in HR module. But in Apps10, they are defined in “Maintenance Surveys” screen in Aurena. When there is an upgrade from Apps9 to Apps10, we need to migrate the Surveys defined in Apps9 to Maintenance Surveys in Apps10. Is there any scripts written by R&D, that can be used to do this data migration from Apps9 to Apps10?
Hi, In 22R1 and 22R2, calendar view has been implemented in mobile. Please let me know if below are possible. We can see the assignments on the calendar, breaks and the misc. allocations (Ex:vacation days) reported from mobile. If they report vacation on mobile will it be synchronized to HR module and vise versa? Is it possible to see the public holiday calendar (This needs to be defined per site) in mobile calendar? Thank you!
Hello all, I added a spare part to a serial object and than I created maintenance order this serial object but I don’t know how to this spare part purchasing or consuming in maintenance order.Can this spare part be automatically consumed in the maintenance order? Hi together, we have a problem that the MWO Service App is not connecting to the server. Every User we used, is stuck on the same loading screen during initlization.Furthermore, we used already several new environments and the issue always exists. After around 24 hours, sometimes we can connect, however changes in object, workflow configuration etc. need again around 24 hours to show up in the mobile devices. Dear all.We’re preparing a quick report for HR related time bookings based on transaction in the MWO.For this we need the Start Date and the End Date from the users entry:User entry in mWOIn IFS we only see this as time report:IFS time reportAs you see, the reported time is in the future. IFS only creates a transaction date and duration. What we need is the possibility to see the time stamps as reported in the mwo. Please point to the LU in IFS. T&R
I have setup work task cost codes and rules to reverse WIP at CO Line Invoiced and I am only doing this for material. When I issue material on a work task I see the cost code. I then transfer inventory and update the GL. I then proceed to invoice the Work Task and post the customer invoice. I then re-run the transfer inventory (and reposting job) but I am not see the WIP getting reversed. If I manually release WIP and Check and Update accounting, this works, but I need the automatic to work. Has anyone had this issue with Work Task Material (M50)

Hi, A customer has the following issue, When a user completes a Work Order he has to complete a Survey and this is mandatory. but the issue is there are 2 users which cannot complete the survey.in logs, a users Employee ID is showing as “100044JNEFF” and there is no employee as “100044JNEFF”there are 2 employees registered for the same user, and their employee ids are “JNEFF” and “100044”. somehow these 2 ids are getting mixed and taken as one employee id. initially, I thought, terminating one employee would solve the issue but it didn’t. the issue still occurring for the same users.any and all ideas and solutions are welcome, Thanks in Advance. Hi Community,my Customer is using IFS Cloud in combination with IFS MWO Service App.Since their company language is english they would like to use the client + app in english.No Problem for Cloud.But since Native Apps always take the device language, we have a show stopper here.It’s not an option to switch all devices to english. Does anybody know how to overwrite this “language of the device” setting?Is there no option to switch only the app language to english?? BR Sven
Is there a possibility to add employees to a maintenance survey when specific “employees” need to be allowed access and together work tasks in status “Work start” as parameters in mobile eforms? This is in APP10 environment . Thank you
Failed transaction handling is big trouble in practical scenarios. Work order transferred to mobile is accepted by the mobile user but later it is taken back or put up in the prepared status in IFS for reassignment or replaning. IN SUCH SCENARIOS, Group messages will fail and handling of these messages becoming big hurdle. How these can be properally handled. Specially, I such scenarios where WO no is showing g different WO no like - 50004 etc.
We have just updated from Apps 10 Update 9 to Update 15, and now get the following error when searching in the Resource Monitoring Gantt.You can search okay the first time, however if you then perform a subsequent search and change the search criteria, this error appears. Good afternoon,we have a case where a mobile survey is showing on the engineers device within the e-forms. This survey is not a published survey and is not showing within IFS as a historical/closed survey. Therefore there is no way of deleting the survey from the eForms library. Can anyone suggest a way in which this survey can be deleted from the device. Many thanks for your assistance.

Hi, I set up MWO in Cloud successfully, however following the update I now receive the following error message. I have attempted setting this up again but unfortunately this has not worked. Does anyone have any documentation that I can use to see if anything has been missed? Thanks,George.
I have no idea how to this happened so I cannot replicate it in our test environments either. We have a part on a released Maintenance Material Requisition that is reserved according to the MMRWhen you try to issue the part you get this warning messageYou can also see that when we try to issue it says that 0 are reserved on this screenSo when you say Yes to the informational message you get this errorWe get that same error if we try to unreserve the line manually, but on that screen it does look like it is still reservedSo we went out to the inventory in stock screen where it shows we have 36 reserved.So we go to the Inventory part In stock Reservations and there is no sign of it being reserved to the Work order.We have tried ran PMRP and MRP against this part to see if that shakes anything up. But we do not know how to resolve this issue. Anyone have any ideas?
We have customized the work task screen on base profiles. It was a new screen for our users in IFS 10 so we didn’t think we had to clear their personal nodes. In the base profile everything is clean looking. In the user profile everything is “smooshed”. I can get screenshots from the users - but it is not everyone either in a base profile. Just some of the users. In our test environment we saw it and then when I refreshed the base profile and logged in as some users it seemed fine. So I updated the base profile when we moved into production but it is still plaguing some users. Is there any reason this could be happening? Any suggestions other than removing the nodes from all of the users personal profiles to update back to the base? Or any easy way to do that for many users in different profiles?
HiWe have a couple of employees who are getting this error message when they go to their personal portal in Apps8:Object 'ifs.fnd.asp.ASPPortalContext' (page 'ifs.timrew.portlets.AbsenceRequestEmployee')is not in DEFINED state!Can anyone shed any light on what the cause is? I thought it may have been profile related but others on the same base profile can access the portal with no issue. Thanks,Hayley
