1) IFS INFORMATION SYSTEMS & SERVICES – END USER AGREEMENT

The IFS systems and services are provided by:

IFS World Operations AB ("IFS", "we", "us", or "our") will act as the data controller for personal data provided by the user through use of its information systems and services.

Please read the following carefully

2) TERMS OF USE

By registering as a user of any of the information systems and services made available by IFS through IFS’ web sites (collectively “the Services”) you agree to comply with the rules and regulations in IFS Information Security Standards for Non-IFS Staff, as applicable, available in the IFS Community under the Members Only Area, including but not limited to, you agree not to use the Services:

in a way prohibited by law, regulation, governmental order or decree, to violate the rights of others, to try to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt any service, device, data, account or network, to spam or distribute malware, in a way that could harm the Services or impair anyone else’s use of it.

IFS reserves the right to change these rules and regulations from time to time at its sole discretion and will through IFS keep you updated when changes occur.

If any of these rules and regulations is violated, IFS reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. These rules and regulations apply to any and all use of the Services, both now and in the future.

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, IFS disclaims all warranties, obligations and liabilities in relation to the use of the Services. IFS reserves the right to terminate any user's account if IFS learns that such user has provided false or misleading registration information.

3) PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering as a user and providing your personal data to IFS in use of the Services, you consent to the processing of the personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and IFS Privacy Policy https://www.ifsworld.com/corp/privacy/ as updated from time to time.

By providing your personal data, you also consent to the processing of such data for the purposes of carrying out the Service in question, included but not limited to, for communication with you. The personal data and other information that you disclose to IFS will be visible to other users of the Service in question provided that you participate actively when providing such data and/or information, e g. when providing your personal data in a chat forum/advocacy community. Your personal data will not be disclosed to other users if you choose not to participate actively using the Service.

4) OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION AND CONTENT

The entire right, title and interest in any information and/or content, including but not limited to IFS trademarks and IFS logos, made available to you through the Services shall remain with IFS. You shall not have any right to such information and/or content apart from what is stipulated separately when using the Services, as applicable.

By making available information and/or content through use of the Services you agree that the entire right, title and interest in such information and/or content made available by you shall be transferred to and vested in IFS. You shall not have any right to such information and/or content apart from what is stipulated separately when using the Services, as applicable. If such transfer of information and/or content is not possible due to applicable legislation you hereby, by submitting your information and/or content in use of the Services, grant IFS a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully-paid, freely transferable, sub licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyright, publicity, and moral rights, in any media now known or not currently known. Please do not make available information and/or content if you do not want to grant IFS the abovementioned rights.

5) THIRD PARTY INFORMATION

IFS web sites may contain information from third parties and/or links to third party web sites that are not owned or controlled by IFS. By registering as a user of any of the Services you expressly relieve IFS from any and all liability arising from your use of such third party information and/or web sites. IFS accepts no liability for the content of such information or for information on third part web sites. IFS encourages you to read the terms and conditions, if any, of any other web site(s) that you may visit.

6) DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

You agree that IFS shall be deemed solely based in Sweden and the end user terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and IFS that arises in whole or in part from the IFS services shall be decided exclusively by the District Court of Stockholm, Sweden.

7) COOKIE POLICY

7.1) WHAT ARE COOKIES

A cookie is a small piece of information that is stored on your computer as a file. Cookies enable us to recognize your computer on a subsequent visit. Cookies do not store personal information. We need your permission to use cookies.

7.2) HOW WE USE COOKIES

Information we obtain from cookies are used to analyze our community. We use this data to adjust the community to your personal preferences. Finally, when sending information about our products and services, we can take your previous interest for certain pages into account.

7.3) COOKIE SETTING
