Dear IFS ColleaguesIn our comparison between IFS Applications 10 and IFS Cloud, we noticed that the report PURCHASE_ORDER_RECEPTION_REP appears to no longer be used in IFS Cloud, while ARRIVAL_REPORT_REP seems to be triggered instead during the receipt process.In Apps10, the Register Arrival process was used specifically for Purchase Orders. In IFS Cloud, however, the goods receipt process has been expanded to support additional object types, such as:RMA Repair RMA Shipment Order etc.Our assumption is that, due to this broader and more generic receipt process in IFS Cloud, the dedicated Purchase Order report (PURCHASE_ORDER_RECEPTION_REP) may have been deprecated and replaced by a single generic report (ARRIVAL_REPORT_REP) for all arrival scenarios.Is our assumption correct? Hi, In Apps 10 - adding custom fields to LEDGER_ITEM_CU_DET_QRY. Works ok as read only. We can add Persistent Fields but it will not let us enter data in the client.Any ideas on why this is and if there is any where we can add this in the client?Current alternative thinking is to use  a Custom LU to enter data which will be picked up by LEDGER_ITEM_CU_DET_QRY. This is for an invoice query management system - so need to be visible on the screen that Credit Control use,

Is anyone in the community a UK business, with a registration for tax in Portugal but no permanent establishment, and how are you handling SAF-T reporting requirements?We don't have an IFS Company set up with Country = Portugal but we do have a Site that does.  We are transferring stock in (Shipments) and selling on to customers (Customer Orders).  We're low volume so handling reporting manually currently.  Just wondering if anyone has any potential solutions to look at?  Thanks!Linda

Hi All,I am currently working on an uplift to IFS cloud from APPS10, and having a requirement to uplift a functionality where additional field were added to the ‘ORDERS’ type incoming XML, in APPS10 I could see that this modification is done in a server package called ‘DistributionTransactionManagement’ in the ‘its’ module.However, in IFS cloud, the ‘its’ module is empty and I would like to know the technical details such asWith which API’s this functionality was replaced, How incoming XML payload is captured (from which API) How the connectivity inbox is populated.any lead is much Appreciated :). HelloPurchase Order is sent through ProcurementIntegrationService which can be routed based on Application Message attributes (e.g. MESSAGE_FUNCTION).But is there any way to set full URL in the address dynamically? Something like System Parameter value or concept of Apps10 Context Substitution Variables? 

Hello IFS, The IFS Partner SharePoint page that contains IFS Cloud-related information has become inaccessible again.I previously reported this issue through a ticket in the Partner Portal, and access was restored. However, as of today, the page is no longer accessible once again. The information about this page can be found at the link below.  If this page has been replaced or moved due to a policy change, I would greatly appreciate it if partners could be informed in advance and provided with the replacement location. Regarding the IFS Service Center accounts:One: In a case of customer having a corporation structure with multiple companies that all share a common email address, there is a technical limitation with IFS Service Center / Customer Support Portal as the customer account is currently connected to only a single company or email address. This leads the customer only seeing the cases of this one company and not the others from the same corporation. The IFS agreement is also connected to a single company even if the contents apply to all companies in the corporation structure as mentioned on the agreement contents.The issue is currently hot as we are moving from Apps10 to Cloud.  Apps versions support cases with 10 year history are visible in one company’s account and the Cloud cases are visible to other company’s account. Currently I myself see only the new ones and our other portal users only the old ones, not vice versa. We’d need to see the contents of both companies old cases and be able

In the FSM you had the ability to update the Customer Information on a Work Task or Work Order. Does Service Management have the same capability? testing this out it seems if I update the Customer Order Type (SEO) and add a Customer Order No it will still create a new Customer Order from the Invoice Preview.We are on IFS Cloud 25.1.8

Hi everybody, when a user wants to re-print a customer invoice was originally ordered by another user. He receives the following error "the invoice has been printed by another user. He doesn't have access to this report (key report 9799)". Customer would like to know if UK GAAP could be included as  an option in Accounting standard drop down .(see the image attached)Customer had informed a new regulations around UK GAAP come into place for Lease accounting, which is being used in place of IFRS, there are some differences between the two. We would like to know what are the differences are and if IFRS can support them in IFS or if we need to account for the differences in the system/whether IFS will be updating this in any of their releases. 

Hi All, Why do we need to grant the access for the projections used inside the workflow?If we dont grant the access for any projection which is being used inside the workflow the user is getting error stating insufficient privileges  Is there any workaround for this? In my case i was using the employee file,person and the users screen so i switched to use the custom event attributes and delete the relevant tasks in the workflow and grant only the custom page access for the user Although it worked and resolved my issue. I would like to know if its a limitation/drawback in the workflow or am i missing something ? Any inputs on this would be highly appreciated  Regards,Rakesh

Hi,I am looking to see if I can get a better idea of what values are expected to be passed against ‘StdNameId’ attribute when working with the Part Handling API please - (ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/PartHandling.svc).I believe that it requires a numerical value from 0 to 10, but I want to understand what outcomes are driven by each of these values please. Is there documentation that supports the API usage here other than the API Explorer?Thanks

When trying to create a project forecast with Snapshot we are getting the below error There are >1000 currency errors with the below text.Currency rates are also updated

The core issue is the failure of IFS Cloud to communicate with the Aurena Agent, resulting in errors such as "This operation requires the AurenaAgent to be enabled."  The problem appears linked to environment-specific OS or configuration differences rather than a product defect. When the customer is trying to export a document in the window below (custom page), the following error will pop up. This Aurena agent is installed on only 2 machines. One is working (though it sometimes doesn't work), and the other is completely not working. Investigations done so far.Reinstalled the aurena agent a few times. In our IFS environment (version 25R1), I’ve created a custom field on a custom entity through Entity Configuration. The field is numeric and defined as a currency type.However, in Page Designer, the value does not display with currency formatting—whether I use the new computed field with currency formatting or the direct currency attribute. Standard currency fields appear correctly formatted, but this custom one does not.Has anyone encountered this issue or found a solution? Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Environment: IFS Cloud 25R2. Everything below is pure configuration (no IFS Developer Studio). I have a multi-select custom enumeration field on a 1-to-1 custom LU, surfaced on the standard CrmCustomer page, and it will not SAVE. Setup:- Custom LU "CustomerClassClass" (1-1 with the customer, keyed by CUSTOMER_ID) with a multi-select custom enum field "Cf_Market_Classification".- Added to the standard CrmCustomer page via Custom Projection Configuration on CrmCustomerHandling: the LU is added as a config entity plus a custom association (CrmCustomer to CustomerClassClass, key CUSTOMER_ID = Cf_Customer_Id), with CREATE/UPDATE/DELETE allowed.- Displayed in a GROUP on a tab. Symptom: editing the multi-select and saving fails with HTTP 400: "Malformed Request. Client Warnings are not supported for CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE operations in [CustomerClassClass] entity. So X-IFS-Accept-Warnings request header cannot be set to true." This is our default settings and we would like to change themI have already prepared some basic changes in the Selection Criteria or the colomn order but I cannot find where I can configure the Group Data setup in the Page Designer. Hello,Our customer has a modification to Identify Serials with Serial Scan, but the scan performance is limited due to the single processing of each scanned barcode.In 26R1 there is a new functionality to improve the performance by deferring serial validation until the entire list is saved.The customer is eager to see the performance with the new functionality and if the new functionality is working with the already implemented modification (or at least with slight changes, without having to redesign the whole modification).As it seems to be impossible to test this process on a reference environment as we are not able to connect scanners, we are searching for other options.So what came in our mind is to start the Release Update Studio and process until we can create at least a topic environment to then be able to test the functionality's performance and how it interacts with the existing modification.But if the performance is not that better as customer expects it to be, or if the inte
