R25.1 Update 3 On customer hierachy i can create hierarchy levels but I cannot connect customers to a level. The hierarchy is then defined by which customer are connected to which Ex. Hierarchy Root level = MainConnected customer, concern cusotmer becomes level 1one or more connected customer to the concern then becomes level 2A customer can be connected to a customer in level 2 and then becomes level 3But in Rebate agreements I can only connect to the Root level and the calculation does not work. In the tabel rebate_transaction the invoiced line is added, but without any calculation. It works when I dont use customer hierarchy. For my example I have used a very limited setup. Part based on one specific part, and with Amount on sold quantity. Any idea as to what the problem might be?

Hello, I’m very new to IFS. I have a sql query that use join so I use IAL and then i put it as view in the sql of Lobby Data Source Designer. The result of the IAL will be a filtered list. In the Lobby Data Source Designer, I put another condition, so it will filter further the filtered result from the IAL. And last I put a link to the necessary page that I want it to redirect to. Usually without using IAL, it will show the filtered list but this time it shows the full list unfiltered. What should I do?

Hi I am trying to activate the fixed asset but value is showing as 0, when I tried to troubleshoot found that the invoice value is getting null for FA account due to same account is getting debited and credited with same value. Please help in resolving this. I have also setup the FAP1,FAP5,FAP2 etc..   

Hello,Our customer order line has an associated charge: Line price: 150 Additional charge: 100  When the customer order line is delivered, a new line is created on the Outstanding Sales page. However, this new line does not include the charge in its price.  As a result, when creating interim sales voucher, the system takes only the base line price (excluding the charge).  How can we ensure that the charge amount is included in the price used for the sales voucher?  Thank youKind Regards

Hi everyone,I’m currently working with an IFS Build Place DEV environment that has expired after around 30–40 days. I have access to Build Place, and I need to create a new environment within Build Place by cloning the existing DEV environment.However, I have the following constraints: I cannot use Test Data Management (TDM) I should not contact the IFS Support team My requirement is to replicate the existing DEV environment (including configurations and data as much as possible) into a new Build Place environment.Has anyone faced a similar situation? Is there any way to clone or replicate the environment within Build Place under these constraints? What would be the best approach to minimize manual effort? Any suggestions, workarounds, or best practices would be really helpful.Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,We have a question regarding the handling of returns and rework:In our current process, we match the supplier invoice against a receipt immediately after Register Arrival (while the part is still in inspection). However, if that part is later sent back for Rework—either directly from inspection or from stock—the system generates a new, open receipt upon its return.The Issue: The original receipt ends up "over-matched," while the new receipt remains open, causing our GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) account to drift. Currently, we have to fix this manually with manual voucher, which is very time-consuming.My Question: Is there a standard way to handle these rework cycles without manual accounting workarounds? Is there a way to get information from tag <AddtlNtryInf> in the external payment transactions? This tag often contains additional information that can be useful to the users.The external payment transactions contain attributes Bank Transaction Info 1, Bank Transaction Info 2 and Bank Transaction Info 3 but these are (in my test cases) left empy.

In non-project environments I’m used to seeing the inventory expiration events show in IPAP, but I’m not seeing it in our project based environment. Is this normal? They show up in the Open Supply and Demand orders window and the MRP Information but not IPAP. We are on Apps 10 Update 22    

Hi IFS Community! Someone at one of my customers has been modifying a series of important IFS Base Profiles, causing a lot of ruckus with their install. Does anyone know what the Activity or Presentation Object that is responsible for granting access to this feature?I’m currently presuming that the Activity ManageUserProfile, maybe UserProfileAdministratorOptions, are the ones responsible for it, but would like confirmation before I go messing with Permission Sets.As always, many thanks, and let me know if you have any clarifying questions!Regards,Randy  

PPC often has unrecoverable errors without the detail required to troubleshoot further.Often it is not possible to save when this occurs therefore PPC must be closed completely and reopened. Has anyone in the community using PPC experienced this and if so kindly provide feedback.

Hello, Why in the IPAP we find in need both “Customer Schedule Forecast” and “Master Schedule Unconsommed Forecast”.  Do you have any explanation ? Because on the IPAP, the projected quantity is completely false.We work with IFS CLOUD-25R1.

In IFS Cloud 25R2, we are working with Service Requests and Request Work Tasks and have encountered an issue related to the Coordinator field.Currently, the system appears to require a Default Coordinator defined at the user level. If this is not set, we receive an error when generating the Invoice Preview.Our questions are: Where is the Coordinator officially defined and maintained for Service Requests / Request Work Tasks What is the recommended approach if we need to process a Service Request using a different Coordinator than the user’s default if we cannot specify a different other than the default? Any guidance or clarification on standard behavior vs recommended setup would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Hi community. In IFS Cloud you can use shop order process types for manufactoring inventory parts for create the shop order, release the shop order and reserve the material from the shop order automatically.Now I wanna create the shop order report and print it automatically. There is no standard function in IFS Cloud 25R2. Right? I think I could use a custom event with an action with workflow. I have never worked with workflows in IFS Cloud. I have tried to design it with 2 IFS API tasks. But I have no idea, how to set the parameters. Maybe there is an easier way. I hope someone can help me ^^ 

Hello everyone,We use APP10 / Aurena. In 2025, we defined an absence limit for an absence type. The 2025 ANNLV reduction of 29 hours was intentional as Kallum sold 29 hours annual leave at the end of the year. We manually adjust the absence parameter for everyone that sells annual leave. Therefore the 2025 ANNLV limit is correct with 156 hours. Hower, the reduction of 29 hours should only affect the 2025 limit and not the 2026 limit. I don’t want those 29 unused hours to be carried over. But it’s the case, the hours for 2026 should be 17+26. The absence group configuration does not allow carry-over as the “Carry Forward Absence Type” field is empty.The root cause of the issue is that the -29 hours limit unused is automatically carried over to the 2026 limit… How can we ensure that this negative balance is not carried over to the following year? 

I have added a document text for the customer order but its not getting printed. I want to check if the correct Document Text is enabled for the document. What is the document name for the normal Customer Invoice?   

We have accounts that we want to always keep the same - bookmarks, column order, etc. Is there an easy way to do this, while also being able to undo for a supervisor to make modifications then lock again?I’ve tried revoking access to the SetClientProfileValue call but it causes constant error pop-ups on everything they do, like using a search for example, because they aren’t authorized to save the previous search value to the user profile. This would work perfectly if we could somehow remove all the unauthorized pop-ups. Not sure if that is possible.I’ve got to the point, I was thinking about a custom event that basically undoes any changes right after it happens and the supervisor toggle would be to deactivate the custom event while they are making changes. Figured I would reach out to see if anyone has a cleaner way.

Hello,I have question regarding request of our customer. He has some amount of palettes. Each palette has unique number. He puts his goods into palette and sends it to his customer. He wants to be able to know how many palettes are in his stock, on customers’ sites, etc. (with serial numbers). He wants to register arrival of these palettes back into his stock for reusage.Is there any functionality that can cover this request? Thank you for your help and ideas in advance.Jiri

We are experiencing a situation in IFS Apps 10 where multiple purchase requisition lines are being generated for the same part and supplier, rather than being grouped as expected.In one example, we have four requisition lines that all share the same Wanted Delivery Date (12/11/2025) but have three different Wanted Receipt Dates. Our base expectation is that lines 1 and 2 (same dates) should be summarized into one requisition of quantity 40. Since the Wanted Delivery Date is what prints on the PO, we would ideally expect all four lines to be summarized into a single requisition of 80, in line with the Supply Chain Matrix logic.Previously, these parts were set up with Planning Method G and Order Cover Time = 7, but that configuration created too much demand and led to overstocking. For reference, part 9302 has a safety stock of 69 (approximately one week).We have also noticed similar behaviour for suppliers X and Y.There are no obvious reasons for the requisition lines to be split, and w
