IFS MWO Service APP

Hi,Is it possible to reassign an already assigned task through IFS MWO Service App? The actual situation is as follows.There is a company who is dealing with courier companies. The company uses IFS Cloud 24R2. This company wants to allocate transport tasks (all work tasks) to courier leaders who are also third party. Further, the courier leaders will have to allocate the tasks to individual delivery personnel via IFS MWO Service App. Can all these allocations be made via IFS MWO Service App?Ex: Customer assign tasks to Courier Leaders from IFS Application to MWO and Courier Leaders reassign the tasks to relevant drivers via IFS MWO. Is it possible? Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Request WT is in Work Started status even the Assignment is Completed.

Hi All,I have some instances where the Request WT is not updated to Work Done even though the Assignments are Completed. Steps are completed and no unfulfilled material demand. Work is executed via MWO. Another observation is that the sales prices are not fetched when this happens. But, in work tasks of which the status are changed correctly sales prices are also fetched correctly. What can cause this behavior? TIA.

Time Phased Safety Stocks - How does it work?

Hello.Can someone explain to me how time-phased safety margin works?My idea with the tools is to be able to specify a safety stock that is above or below the calculated value.When I try to specify a value and date and update the IPR, the value I specified disappears and no change to the safety margin is made.IFS 10IPR

Reimbursable Entertainment on Employee Expenses

Good Afternoon Community. I hope that someone is able to jhelp me with this.I am setting up and testing Expense rules in Cloud 22 R2. I have set up Entertaining rules for non-staff flagged as reimbursable. The expenses line states reimbursable, but the amount claimed is excluded from the total - see example below Gross amount = 579 GBP, Reimbursable amount = 429 GBP. I have included the guest information.Have I missed some other set up?

Questions concerning Quick Expense Reporter in 22R1

Hi Community! After participating in the E-Learning for HCM in 22R1 in the Academy I have some questions concerning the AI enabled Quick Expense Reporter: What about foreign currencies? Are they recognized and are they automatically transferred to the currency which which the expenses are paid out? For example I have scanned a receipt with Dollar, but payout will be done in EUR. Does Quick Expense Reporter also recognize dates? Example: Abroad Expense in two different countries (01.03.20xx - 02.03.20xx hotel in country 1 and 03.03.20xx - 06.03.20xx hotel in Country 2) What does it look like if there are items with different VAT rates on an invoice? Example: In Germany there are different VAT rates for Hotel accomodation and Hotel Meals. Usually they are on the same receipt. Is Quick Expense Reporter able to write to lines for this receipt in the expense sheet?I look forward to your answers! Kind regards

Is there any documentation for the Incoming Orders process or any documentation that could answer the following questions?• How does the application determine the contract (site) to apply to the order? For instance, we have 1 order that finds the contract (site) but others that don’t so I would like to understand what the determining factors are.• Is there a way to have the system enter the Input UOM, Input Qty and select the appropriate SPL for the order without these being on the Customer’s PO?• Is there a way to include on the Incoming Order and the Customer Order what the customer’s PO sales price is so that it can be compared to what the current sales price actually is?Product Version: 24.2.5

Group Consolidation 24R2

We are trying to automate consolidation so it runs daily. We currently have to execute approximately four steps: Go into Reporting Status (within Group Consolidation > Balance Transfer and Adjustment) and select all the reported entities and click remove reported balances. We stay in Reporting Status (within Group Consolidation > Balance Transfer and Adjustment) and select all the reported entities and click report balances after we remove the reported balances. The, we go into Consolidation Status (Financials – Consolidation > Group Consolidation) and select the period we want to consolidate. Then, click rollback consolidation. Once rollback, we then click the top of the tree (highest node) and consolidate balances with the consolidation status. Is there any way to automate any parts of this? I looked at the documentation and couldn’t find anything.

Use multiple usergroups in a context

Hi, trying to use Context Mappings to limit who can edit a section of a page, but it’s for several user groups, not just one.  We have a mixture of user groups names - some have spaces, some don’t. I’ve tried a few things and can’t get it to work. To be clear, I’m here:  And here’s what I’m using.  There’s nothing in there but user groups, and they’re all in this format:(USERGROUP = “USERGROUPID HADSPACE”) OR (USERGROUP = OTHERUSERGROUPID), etc., etc. What am I doing wrong?

PO Dates, FIFO, and Available System Settings

Hello,With PO dates in IFS, the system prioritizes older POs first and newer ones later. When we cut a new PO to replace an MRB'd part, IFS assigns the new PO a target date at the end of the sequence and pulls in the older POs instead.Is there a setting that can disable this behavior? It creates a lot of noise, especially during allocations or when managing MRBs.We’re currently using IFS Apps 10. I have reviewed available settings everywhere I can think of (Site, Purchase Part, PO, Basic Data, etc.).

Is there any limitation for having nested List of Structures in REST API Integration Like below In above image each AnalysisNo object within AnalysisNo array have inner array called DataPoints, when I'm having the inner array I'm getting the below error, but when I tried to execute that function in PLSQL its executed without any errorwithout that Inner array it works fine as below Is there a limitation like this or any workaround for this? Below are the projection function and the structures

I have been spinning my wheels trying to figure out how to update this parameter in the demand planner and I can’t for the life of me figure it out. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I can’t modify it in the demand planner values. The biggest issue we have is that for some reason, even though we have this set to only look back 2 years, it’s looking back until 2018 and I believe it’s because of this parameter.

Hi, I am trying to integrate IFS Cloud with another system to send data. To send the data first I need to get the access token. For this i am using x-www-form-urlencoded in postman and it works as expected and retrieves the access token correctly.  But if try this as a key value pair, am always getting an error. (Same if i try this from IFS as well). Am I missing anything here? Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!

Project Budget Control

Hi,I have enabled Project Budget Control settings as below for the Project and setup the Project Budget Control consumption checkpoint as Create Purchase Requisition Line. When I created a project supply request that exceeding the budget it does not block creation of the Purchase Requisition. But when I tried Create Purchase order line and Release Purchase order line as consumption check point this budget control option is working.Is there any reason for this?

Is anyone facing an issue of being unable to add an address for a customer after the 25R1 update in IFS Cloud?I am facing this issue, and this does not work even through data migration.

PDF Export Issue with IFS Cloud Quick Reports in Chrome

Hello IFS Community,I recently encountered an issue where I was unable to export Quick Reports to PDF from IFS Cloud using Google Chrome.The export function worked perfectly when using Microsoft Edge.The solution that fixed the issue was to completely reinstall Google Chrome.I'm posting to see if anyone else has experienced this or might know the potential root cause. Thank you

BPA Workflow - result set exceeds row limit for the Query Collection

I have a Workflow where I want to calculate Inventory Accuracy → in order to do this, I need to read all the lines in the CountResultsHandling → Reference_CountingReportLine for the current year.When I inspect the WF, I get the below error:The result set size exceeds either the row limit or the character limit for the Query Collection.What’s the max rows allowed in the Query Collection? Any advice how I could workaround this limitation?Of course, I could further filter the Colelction for a smaller time period, but my customer wants the WF to take into account the data for the full current year. @kamnlk any suggestion will be appreciated.

GL Automatic Posting Rule is not working IFS Cloud

Hello,I have an GL Automatic Posting Rules set up. Use Instant invoice, voucher type F, account 602 000, only the code part „cost center“ (= oddělení) is mandatory.I need the rule to distribute the amounts between two different cost center.Unfortunately, it’s not working. I’ve also tried using symbols % and *, but the rule still doesn’t work.Below are screenshots of the first and second parts of the rule, and the third screenshot shows the posted voucher in the GL, which hasn’t been distribute.Thank you in advance for any advice.Jaroslava Porcalová

Sales Part, this record is active error

Hi, The users are trying to update the tax code but are getting this error message :‘This record is now Active. You can only update the valid to date’ I have tried to inactivate this and the inventory part but that doesnt work. I cant find a valid to date? Any assistance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. This is a new product for the business.  Thank you

Change tax code on Sales Part

We have recently created a new sales part but entered an incorrect tax code.  Before processing customer orders we need to amend the tax code.  Inventory exists on the sales part/site combination we are trying to change and we receive the following error message.We are unclear if the message occurs because we have inventory on this sales part/site combination or because a sales price list exists/or another reason What is the best way to make the tax code change?
