Hi,In 25R2 , customers who use delivery continuity need to empty all cdbs and move code to relevant ddl/dml files to support online delivery.For customers who upgrade to 25R2 and dont use delivery continuity for now , can still do the same as above targeting future use of the feature and continue with offline installation? I have identified a discrepancy concerning a part with dual values in the system. Upon receipt of the shop order, the total cost was updated to $841.8577. However, reviewing the individual shop order part reveals the issuing total cost is only $728.9187. Could you please provide the reason for this variance.  

I’d like to add a new stage to an existing Sales Process. I have added the new stage to the correct existing Sales Process Template, but now I am unable to add the stage to the Sales Process. Need help.     

I am creating a workflow where based on the user request (which generates a parent event) I initiate an authorization task to the manager using contact users. Upon their answer (authorized/not authorized) as this is stamped on an action I have those details (whether it is authorized or not) on the task and not parent event.  Is there a way to populate authorization details (information on authorization, who authorized and when) from task to parent event? 

Hello, We in the process of upgrading from Apps 10 UPD24 to Cloud 24R2 SU8. Our test environment has been configured with a global scale value of 20 in ifscloud-values.yaml. We had issues with the ifsapp-odata pod being killed due to hitting memory limits (OOMKilled message in Linux journal logs), our upgrade partner then added this to ifscloud-values.yaml to prevent this from happening: ifsappodata:  replicas: 1  resources:    requests:      cpu: "500m"      memory: "5Gi"    limits:      cpu: "2"      memory: "5Gi" Do IFS recommend specifying pod resources this way? Our MT server is at 18GB out of 96GB of memory used - would it not be better to increase the scale value/add more replicas for ifsapp-odata? Thanks, Joe

I’m trying to insert new Equipment Objects (View Name: Equipment_Object) which have three object levels — Operation, Area, and Local Area. All of these represent functional objects.For linking purposes, I’m assigning the fields Sup_Contract and Sup_Mch_Code with the parent’s contract and machine code values. To display & link them correctly in the Equipment Object Navigator as a tree structure, I set the default value of Functional_Object_Seq as:EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_API.GET_EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_SEQ(SUP_CONTRACT, SUP_MCH_CODE) However, when I select and execute all three levels together (using Excel migration), they don’t seem to link up but all the objects are being created. After reloading data in excel, the fields Sup_Contract, Sup_Mch_Code, and Functional_Object_Seq appear as NULL. Interestingly, when I execute each object level individually, the hierarchy and tree structure display correctly on the screen. The values for the fields Sup_Contract, Sup_Mch_Code, and Functional_Object_Seq 

In Cloud, inventory part demand on a PM’s can be set to a different site that the PM / Work Order site, but the demand will not been published on the selected site when the PM , even if the horizon is set on the part demand site. Is that correct? a bug or “as designed”? (..or maybe I have missed somthing in the setup?? :) )

When ordering a topic environment as part of the Release Update process for 25R2, it appears that it does not produce a log upon failing the build process.All I see under Environment Logs are the entries produced by ordering the Baseline Environment (including error logs).Is this a bug or is this by design (as in, newly implemented)? I recall still being able to inspect the logs of failed Topic Environments, the most recent instance being our uplift from 24R2 to 25R1.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

25R1. WorkTask attachment pane. User-Administrator can see and use “eye” icon in attachment pane. But regular user with administrative permissions can’t see  “eye” icon. So user can’t view attached pdf file.I made some experiments and figured out the only way to allow regular user to see  “eye” icon is to grant  system privilege DOCMAN_ADMINISTRATOR + other permission sets restrictions.It’s not a good idea to provide admin permissions to regular users but I can’t find an alternative.Does anybody know way/ways how to allow “eye” icon appear in attachment pane?Regards,Roman. 

Hi now i have Gray hair , trying to create a navigation link that worked fine in the old 22r1But now we are in 24r1 and moving on to 25r1, The date format for searching is different now Here is what im trying to do From shop floor workbench im getting Contract “site” and Part no = partno , but then i want only see todays orders SoNeedDate = #TODAY#when follow the link we get this error Error details: [{"code":"TYPES_NOT_COMPATIBLE","message":"The types 'Edm.DateTimeOffset' and 'Edm.Date' are not compatible."}]but if we only press close the search it there and works  

Hello,There is a PostedAuth customer invoice where the invoice’s Instalment Plan and Discounts Instalment ID status is set to ‘Created’, and therefore, the invoice cannot be used in payments. According to the deprecation log here:  Crystal Reports integration is planned to be removed entirely from IFS Cloud with the 25R1 release.Can we get a comment on whether this is just a plan, or if it is definitely going to happen.We have a number of customers who have a large number of Crystal Reports, used for both Quick and Operational Reports.  If this is going to be removed they face a huge amount of rework based on this.  It is going to put Customers off upgrading to Cloud for sure.What are IFS suggesting is used to replace these Crystal reports that businesses have come to rely on over the years they have been IFS Customers?

Hi, to my knowledge GAEB is used to communicate with different stakeholders especially for biddings in the german building industry.The customer is creating invitations to bid. These can be imported with X83 standard. The supplier is sending his bid with the x84 standard. Has someone experience with this? To my understanding the rules for the creation of x84 are highly complex and I would not recommend an interface with x83/x84 standard. I would prefer an interface to a software which does the importing/exporting of x83/x84. And I do not see BOOMI to do it but a specialised software for GAEB.What do you think?Thank you,Sarah

I'm working with two Service Objects in IFS, and both have an Operational Status of Scrapped. For one of the scrapped objects, IFS correctly prevents me from creating a new Service Request. However, for the other object—also marked Scrapped—I am still able to create a new request.I would expect the behaviour to be consistent, so I'm trying to understand why one Scrapped object is blocked while the other still allows request creation. Hi all,We uploaded a long list of measurements for the object (~80000 rows). When we try to see them in IFS Cloud in the form Measurements for Objects we got error - question subject. Attachment meas_obj_1.But we try to have a look at uploaded measurements in the menu  Measurements for Object - we managed to do that. Attachment meas_obj_2Letter ‘S’ - the difference between menu names - can’t be the reason I hope. Does anybody have any idea about the reason and the solution for the issue?

Hello,What is the proper way to setup a 9/80 schedule in IFS Cloud?  I have setup a 14-day cycle schedule with M-Th 9 hrs. per day.  Fridays alternate between 8 hrs. and day off.  To stay in compliance with overtimes rules in the US, the work week for non-exempt (hourly) employees has to be 40 hours.  That being said, the work week has to end mid-day (12pm) Friday.  How does one split the work week mid-day in IFS Cloud?Thanks,

In 25R1, using the CRM Companion AppI notice that on the Business Activities tile, the entire list of activities are displayed, not just for the User who has logged in.Is there a way to configure the setting to display only the activities relevant to the User ?

Hello.  We have an MTO business, and some of the materials for our manufacturing process must be blended in batches.  We cannot always get the quantity of the blend to be exactly what the customer ordered, but the resulting output is usually taken by the customer.   In order to ship, we have to manually update the customer order to match what we have produced.Is there a way in IFS to allow shipments to proceed without having to update the customer order.  Also of note, we want to invoice based on quantity shipped regardless of original requested quantity.Thank you!Robin
