Hello,We have been experiencing some issues where a Sales Charge Type which we no longer use has been being selected as the charge type on several Customer Orders. It is causing issues with how charges are getting processed on these orders. So we would like to know what our options are for deactivating, hiding, or deleting this particular Sales Charge Type, either on the Sales Charge Type screen itself, or on the Customer Order. Can someone point me in the right direction?Thank you,

Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R1 while creating a price rule within service management module, we are able to include the cost type for a certain type only once in the rule. For example: If a material cost type is included for a sales part and if we try to include a second material cost type for another sales part, the system throws an errors stating that ‘Price rule line already exists’. Customers have requirements to enter more than one entry for a specific cost type. Is this a bug or intended feature? Please let me know.

Hello everyone,I’m trying to use the REPLAN Customer Order Lines function in IFS Cloud, but my customer order lines are not being updated as expected. Here’s my scenario:Part setup: Inventory part, MRP planning, availability check enabled. Stock: No parts in stock. Supply: Purchase Order is planned and expected to arrive (see details below). Customer Order Line: Created and released, linked to the above part. When I run REPLAN CO LINE: The customer order line is not updated (planned delivery date does not change).Questions:Are there any specific settings or prerequisites I might be missing (e.g., supply code, sourcing rule, capability check, etc.)? No parts in stockPO planned to arrive as per below  Customer Order Line as MRP Planning  

I'd like to know how to register new customer order headers and line items in the same migration job.I have tried this and confirmed that adding CUSTOMER_ORDER and CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE to the "Method List" tab allows me to update them all at once. However, when I try to insert both the header and line items, I get the error "DEVELOPER_ERROR_03: Most likely a usage definition is wrongly defined for LU: [CustomerOrder] in table RM_ACC_USAGE_TAB, internal exception: [Ex_Get_Id]." 

Hi all, When will be an order blocked with these 2 reasons?We met one case, clicking ‘ Manually credit check’, then the order is blocked with these 2 reasons.

When creating a PR, the delivery address should be automatically filled from the supplier and adjustable by the user. The selected address should then be transferred automatically from PR to PO.Currently, the address can only be written in the Note field, which is not sufficient and causes missing information in the process.Thank youDenisa

Hi All, In IFS Apps10 an error occurs when trying to modify Shop Floor Clockings of an operation because the resource assigned to the work center does not exist. IFS displays an error message stating that Resource PW21 does not exist for Work Center PW33. This is correct.However, the clocking was actually performed on Work Center PW21 and Resource PW21.When the error is debugged, it is identified that if the Clocking which is trying to modify starts on 9.00am 01/11/2025 and ends at 12.00pm 12/11/2025, the backend validation checks all clocking entries across the entire site within that time range. If any time is reported for a different Work Center than the one specified in the Shop Order Operation, for any shop order in the site, the system raises an error. Interestingly, the Workbench functionality in IFS allows changing the Work Center as well, which seems to contradict this validation behavior.Has anyone encountered this issue before or found a suitable workaround for it?

Repeat the Scenario Using Backflush Recreate the same setup. Instead of manually issuing materials, enable Backflush for PP A. Receive the Shop Order and review the Shop Order Cost. Estimated Accumulated Cost changed to Zero.Is there a specific reason for this behavior?

Hello we experience the following with SSO enabled on mobileedge on a mobile device using Astea mobile apps, continuously the system indicate downloading, then asteamobile edge open then the screen goes back to downloading again and again in a loop. what could be the cause ? it’s note related to the mobile device becauce with the same apps i’am able to connect to an other environment with SSO enable without any issue, note also our test environment have only one mobile server. Jinsu virtual invoices are  transferred from “Virtual Invoices in Progress page”. The file automatically goes to the user download folder.  The customer requires it to be stored on the FTP server. This is only possible if running the Jinsui Export file once again using the External File Assistant. Through a routing rule / routing address setup, it is possible to set the path to the folder on the FTP.Issue is that the export can only be done for one virtual invoice at the time. The customer has around 1000 invoices so this solution will not fit.Is there anyone who have come across the same issue and found a solution to have the Jinsui file stored on the FTP without having the user to manually move the file from their download folder to the FTP?

 Default Planned Cost driver and Progress method are both set to Connected objects.This settings are rarely in use for estimates and progress in our company…. and our users often forget to change them… this creates a problem when you set your baseline, since it does not fetch our estimates, but try to find amounts from Connected objects.So,-how to change default Planned cost driver and Progress method?That would help our endusers a lot!

How to revert back or Undo the delivered return supplier shipment for Rental Part

IFS Cloud Webdev Tools are no longer working correctly after the update on 28th October 2025. The links above the blue buttons (import/export logs) no longer appear so you cannot click on network. 24R1 SU12 customer here, anyone else experienced this or found a solution?

A couple of questions:What is the appropriate IFS scanning function that I need to install on my ANdroid phone to work with IFS Cloud? If I run IFS Cloud on my phone, how can I get this scanning function to work with the applciation?Thanks!

Hello, IFS Cloud 24R2 Question if anyone can help. :-)When we are using Auto Reservation function in the Shipment page and we have multiple dates attached for 1 Inventory Part Number. When we have only part of the Inventory available, the system seems to reserve the later date first, before the earliest. Is there somewhere in the set up of base data to force IFS to always reserve the Earliest Shipment Date? Thank You  

Hi,I need to create a lobby to monitor Resource Utilization. The data is visible in the Resource Shift Gantt, as shown in the screenshot, but I can’t find this information in any table or view except the Dispatch Console.I tried calculating it manually, but I’d prefer to use the existing data directly (Percentage allocated).Is there a way to access this information “as is” and display it in a lobby?Any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Hi!We have a large number of open-ended Service Contracts, each containing one or more Service Lines with a fixed price. The invoicing setup is Invoice Rule = “Post”, and each Service Line uses a Global Non-Inventory Part to represent the fixed price per visit.Each Service Contract currently has its own unique fixed price value.We would like to apply an annual price increase (for example, a percentage uplift each year) across all Service Contract lines at once, without having to manually open and update each Service Contract and Service Line individually.Is there a standard functionality or recommended approach in IFS Cloud that allows: Applying a mass price increase to Service Contract line prices (based on percentage uplift), and Updating the fixed price on the Service Lines accordingly, Without changing the part number structure or manually modifying each contract?

Project Time Transactions are creating a T Voucher in the General Ledger. The Voucher Row for PRJT2 is being summarised and shows as a single line with the description “Summarised customers costs”. Is there a way to show the detail. Same is happening for PRJT13.We are time reporting for Contractors and would like to see the details for each contractor so we can  use Account Matching to match the Supplier Invoice Postings with the Time Transactions. Otherwise we have yet to find what report we can use to identify the balance left in the Account by the PRJT13 postings (similar to a Received Not Yet Invoiced Report).Thanks for any help.Graham

Hello, how can I connect two tables through part_no? Table1 and table2 have common column part_no, but for example table1 has part_no = A-11-2233_56_FRAME and table2 has part_no = 2233_56_FR. I want connect it only to those which have common data. Maybe some REGEX but I am not sure how.
