We have a business rule that is running twice resulting in duplicate records in the task table. With an evergreen model, how are customers keeping up with regression testing for major releases?Answer:Customers can use the Lifecycle Experience Center (LEC) to test new releases before committing them to their live environments. Hi all, I met an issue for triggering a user interaction workflow when clicking Ok button of Order Address Dialog. It is an easy workflow which I attached it.Reproduce steps:Click Operations-> Single Occurrence Address Check Single Occurrence. Click pencil edit button Modify Delivery Address with some not quiet correct address, click OK Click OK for Order Address then error pops up quiet often though not every time. Or the page was stuck in Order Address Dialog.Two scenarios I met:Page was stuck   Error page, I attached the error details.( General: Date = 2026-02-09T16:31:35.075Z Client version = 25.1.5.20251008163646.0 Browser name = Chrome User agent = Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/144.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/144.0.0.0 )  

What is the recommended process in IFS Cloud when a Fixed Asset has already been created and capitalized, the supplier invoice has been registered, and subsequently a supplier credit note is received reversing the entire purchase? What is the correct way to remove or reverse the Fixed Asset in the system?

A Day Type was created to allow for ½ hour lunch period that is not auto-deducted. The intent is that Employees are required to clock in and out for lunch and that ½ hour would be counted towads time if they did not. It also allows the expected start time and end time of the scheduled day to display correctly.   The result is that the ½ hour extra time between two normal time periods is not counted. Only the extra time before the start of the normal time period at 7am and the end of the normal time period at 3:30pm are counted if the Employee clocks in at 7am and out at 4pm yielding 8.5 hours instead of the expected 9 hours of reported time. Why is the extra time from 11- 11:30 not included?

Hi,We are currently using IFS APP9 with the Backflush method for material issuing.We have noticed that, for some shop orders, the system issues more material than the required quantity. Upon investigation, we identified the following two issues:Required Material Quantity Calculation, The required material quantity is displayed incorrectly, as the system appears to ignore decimal values during the calculation. Backflush Material Issue, During the backflush process, the system issues excess material, again seemingly without considering the decimal values. As a result, the issued quantity is higher than the actual requirement. I checked the inventory part→ master data. qty round up is properly updated.The lot size is 18, Reported qty is 17.  Please help me on this. Regards, Tharakan                             83 0 85

It’s great having Payment Information section in the Employee Masterfile which allows to define multiple bank accounts with different Value Types. However, if the customer uses the Expense Payment process in the Expense Management module, then the bank details needs to be defined under the Property Codes, as the relevant Property Codes has to be connected to the Employee Payment Methods Basic Data. Defining the same information in 2 different places in the employee Masterfile is just a duplication of data and during the data migrations and integrations 2 places needs to be updated. Is there a way to generate the employee payment files by using the Payment Information defined under the compensation data without using the Property Codes?  Thanks

I’m trying to set up a third-party integration on using the Payroll Integration in 25r2.I’ve set up the Provider and am able to add a line to the Payroll Transfers page. However, when I select that line > New File, I get an error that the provider has not been fully implemented. I know at that point, it hits a “VrtTransferPayrolls” call but I’m stuck there.I don’t actually want to send a payroll file and I’m willing to create a dummy file if needed. My goal is to get Payroll Transaction lines to populate. I know that “new file” button will aggregate records from travel, time..etc. and create those lines, however - I just need to get over that error message.Is there any documentation on what is required for a third-party provider to be implemented so that the Transfer to Payroll assistant does not throw that error?

When registering arrivals, what is the difference between the Qty to Receive and the Inventory Qty to Receive? Example of fields: 

I am currently working on a new pallet label using Crystal Reports within our IFS Apps 10 environment.As part of the label requirements, we need to print a GS1 QR Code on the pallet label. After reviewing the available options, we are considering using the IDAutomation QR Code Font and Crystal Reports Encoder to generate the QR code within Crystal Reports.As our Apps 10 environment is hosted by IFS, I would appreciate some guidance from anyone who has implemented a similar solution.Specifically:Does a Service Request need to be raised for the installation of the IDAutomation QR Code font and Crystal Reports encoder on the server hosting the Crystal Web Service? Has anyone successfully deployed IDAutomation QR codes in an IFS-hosted Apps 10 environment, and if so, were there any challenges or considerations? We have issue regarding the MRP Snapshot.Actually, we have for a part, a Shop Order to produce the part SO#1 for Part#9.During the night, the MRP is running and start by the Snapshot.We have production team that is working during the night.First snapshot : Inventory. No Part#9 in stock. (duration 5 minutes)During this Snapshot, we close the SO#1 and receipt Part#9 in inventory.Second snapshot : Shop orders - Customer Orders….(duration 5 minutes) SO#1 has been closed so no Shop Order. The result is : MRP didnt see the Inventory, and didnt see the Shop Order.So, he will propose a Shop Order Req to produce Part#9.And we have Shop Order process type that will transform the SO Req into SO just after MRP. Is there a way to : Pospone rception during the Mrp calculaton and record it after ? We are planning to use DevOps on our own Doppelmayr Azure Tenant for handling all kind of Issues (BacklogItems, Developments, Bugs, Tasks, Testcases, etc.)We are used to mention the issue key in our commits for the customized sources (.plsql, .projection, etc), so that there is an automatic connection between the Issue and the source (visible in DevOps).The issue now is, that the code resides on IFS DevOps and the issues are on our DevOps so we cannot link the commits to the issues anymore. Sending Customer Invoice, Debit through EDI (INET_TRANS) create an Application Message called SEND_INVOICE_INET_TRANS. Within this file there is a row called PoReference which was tied to customer_po_no.Now with 25R2 SU7 this has been altered and replaced with internal_po_no.As a result, the Customer PO No from our external customer order is not fetched anymore and missing in the outgoing application message. We need to know, how we can fix this, so the Customer PO No from the external Customer Order can be included again in the application message.  Any advice how we can make this work again, since the CustomerPo is an essential part of the outgoing EDI messages.

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with the file name of the Reminder Letter report.A customer reported that they received the email with a seemingly random attachment file name. However, when I checked the corresponding Application Message in IFS, the attachment file name appears to be different and looks to be the correct oneI'm struggling to identify the reason for this discrepancy.
