Hi there,I’m developing an application integrated with IFS10 applications. I’m using Basic Authentication and was using IFSAPP user for integration for now but we’ve decided to change it to a different user specified for integrations. So I created this user called “INTEGRATION” on IFS and gave permission sets like below:However, when i call an api request from my application i get this error, but when I try the same request through Postman, everything’s working fine.Does anyone have a clue about this issue? I have a purchase requisition which is release and authorized, but i am still able to change the quantity in requisition line although both options “Allow changes after authorization” are disabled “NO” in PR Authorization Rule and Company. Is this standard IFS Cloud

Does anyone have an idea about garbage memory collection in IFS Cloud K8s PODs?Recently, I was investigating one of our customers’ ifsapp-connect pod crashing multiple times due to OOM, and for further analysis, I created a Java heap dump of the pod.Then I noticed that before heap dump generation, it was consuming 2397Mi, but soon after heap dump generation, it was reduced to 907Mi. Before heap dump After heap dumpThe reason for this is that when I generate the Java heap dump, the full garbage collector (GC) runs and dead objects get reclaimed.As far as my investigation goes, this can only be achieved by generating the heap dump. When we initiate the GC run manually, it won't release the memory, and it will reserve the cleared memory for future usage. Hello,Hello, we are encountering an issue when using the REST API Task type workflow/BPA.When we run the workflow, we get the following error on the REST call: « HTTP Connection: Delegate could not retrieve the data from the specified Auth Token endpoint. Returned status code: 500 » When we disable ssl checking in postman the api call works, but when we enable the ssl checking it does not work. It seems to be an issue with the self generated p12  However, the IFS application enforces SSL verification and relies on its own truststore, which currently does not trust the endpoint certificate.  Resolution Steps suggeste by support1. Export the certificate chain (preferably the issuing root and intermediate CA certificates) used by:mcihpdifsl03.d29.tes.local:443 2. Import the CA certificate(s) into the truststore used by the IFS OData pod (key.p12) associated with defaultSSLConfig.3. Restart the ifsapp-odata pods to ensure the updated truststore is loaded.4. Hi all,When I release a DOP order, a Shop Order is automatically created. However, in some cases, this Shop Order immediately gets the status “Completely Reported” .I’ve noticed that in the originating DOP order, all material lines have a required quantity of 0.Also: Netting is not used in this case The required quantity for the manufactured part is set to 1 in the upper level of the structure Has anyone experienced this before or knows which setting or condition could cause this behavior?And more importantly, how can this be prevented?Kind regards,WillemLevel 1  required qty for the part wherefor i expect a shop order is created= 1: Level 2 all materials lines for the sub assembly for which a shop order is created in the status completely reported:

Hi IFS Team,My Customer has an Intersite Flow (Supply Site sending product to Demand Site).The Supply Site sells the product to the Demand Site at cost + 15%.  We are planning on using a Sales Price List for the “Cost”; and a Sales Overhead for the 15%. It appears to work well.The Problem is: How can we ensure the “Supplier for Purchase Part” at the Demand Site is also in sync with the Sales Price from the Supply Site?  I was thinking to use the MHS Messaging PRICAT to send pricing from Supply Site to Demand Site, but I wonder if there is an easier way to do this.Thank you,

I have a client who is using Projects in Cloud and wants to invoice from the project based on project milestones. We need to use Customer Orders for shipping and export documentation.Is there a way to close the Customer ORder without invoicing?Thank you

Hi. What is needed to get a IFS certification to be added to MS Trust Center’s Trusted Publishers list to be able to run IFS BR on a local machine?All attempts on adding directories to Trusted Locations list on Trust Center are not adequate as the company policy requires this cert to exist.

Hi all, I have a question regarding IFS MWO Services 10 application. This is regarding a dialog box with actions, and it needs to be removed (as a customer request)The Dialog box "Copy information from task" comes with "yes/No/Cancel" actions, every time we tap "Additional Work" in an existing work order. Could this dialog box be removed and set the action to a default of "yes" and process?

Dear Community! Is there a smart way to register partial sick leave in IFS?  For Example: the employee has 50% sick leave, the normal working time is 8,4h per day. So he/she should only work 4,2 hours per day and the rest is on sick leave.  Thank you in advance, Veronika

Hi IFS Community,I would like to ask if anyone has any examples of Multi-Site Project Deliverables solution in IFS Cloud? Therefore a customer who has a requirement for project traced manufacturing processes that cover complex design solution using IFS Project Deliverables?I'm running into process limitations (?) where I am not able to capture “Project production” on all Sites at the same time because the IFS Project can't cover the planned's planned cost twice (Internal Customer-Supplier Chain) - this makes sense, but not for the internal chain (?).I also wanted to ask about any business case and use of the "Override Site" param./field, on the level of Project Deliverables Component lines?It seems that with this setup I am able to initiate production at different Sites (without setting of Internal Customer-Supplier Chain), but the system does NOT solve how do I transport the manufactured/assembled part from Site A to Site B, where the Parent part will consume the semi-product; sub-ass

Hi Team,We are facing an issue in the IFS MWO iOS mobile application.While completing a work order, the customer signature is captured successfully in the iOS app, but when we print or generate the Service Report, the Customer Signature section appears blank / not visible.Note:The same functionality is working correctly in the Windows mobile application.The issue occurs only in the iOS app. Platform: iOS (MWO App) / Client version: 24.1.19.20251203093724.0 Issue: Signature not shown in printed/exported Service Report Observation: Signature is visible in the app but missing in the output report (PDF/print) Has anyone faced this issue before?Attached screenshot for reference.  Thanks in advance for your support.venkat

Hello together, we have the situation when manually changing the service organization and also if we want a service  for a request the access group will not be updated in baseline?  Do you have the same behaviour? ThanksMarc

Hello,When calculating a Part cost in Product costing, it calculates the cost for 1pce or standard batch size. Is it possible to calculate costs for different batch sizes. For example, if our manufactured product is using purchased components and we have a pricing added behind the supplier of the component for several different batch sizes, is it possible to calculate our manufacturing cost for 1pce, 5pcs and 10pcs, so that it take into account those price steps we have from our material supplier?

Hi,I am looking for advice on a situation I am facing.My customer works mainly in welding and coating. Their project sites are often far away from the main warehouse site. Because of this, I want to keep welding and coating stock at the customer’s project location.My idea is to create remote locations and move stock from the warehouse to these remote locations using shipment orders.When the remote location is in the same country as the site, this works fine.However, I am having a problem when the remote location is in another country.In that case, customs clearance is required, and I need a proforma invoice. I am not sure how to create a proforma invoice when the shipment order is created directly from Inventory.The PO–CO process does not work here because the project location belongs to the same company. Also, I cannot create a new site every time there is a new project.How would you handle this situation?Do I need to create the customs documents manually in this case?

Hello, when I open Shipment page and in this page open Designer, pop up window appears: “The list: AvailableSourceLinesList does not exist in dictionary!" What should I do? I wanted change it through Page Configurations, but when i clicked on open designer, same error displayes. Thanks

Dear IFS Community, We didn’t found a way to Detach or Delete approved step from Document Approvals (Attachments/APPROVAL PROCESS tab - IFS CLOUD 24R2 SU5).Even the user who approved has the error message “Illegal to remove a step with status Approved”.Anyone has a solution for this?
