IFS Cloud 25R1In dialog screens within the system, it is currently not possible to add additional filter fields or search columns. For example, in the Shop Order view, when adding a part that should be produced, users can use the Find function. After selecting this option, the Part dialog window appears. In this window, it is only possible to search using two columns: Part No and Description.  However, this dialog does not include other important fields that are available in views such as Inventory Part or Inventory Part in Stock, for example Planner Buyer or Production Line. As a result, users cannot filter or search parts using these additional attributes directly in the dialog window. The Favorites functionality was considered as a possible workaround, but it does not solve the issue. Hello,As a system requirement, I want to create an email that works as follows: If wanted receipt date - today = 1, the system should read all order numbers and send an email to the requesters of the orders where this condition is met. Hello,I'm looking for a document or even a video tutorial that clearly explains, step by step, how the sustainability management module works. I need something that shows the exact sequence of data entry events in the order they are supposed to happen. I'm trying to explore the module, but I keep running into things that don't make sense to me. For example, at the moment I can't figure out how to enter measurements into the sustainability plan, it does´t offer me this function. 

Hi,I would like to clarify a few points regarding IFS Cloud ERP’s Sustainability and Emissions modules: I know that carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, 3) tracking is supported. But does IFS Cloud also support water footprint or soil impact tracking automatically? For example, when calculating carbon emissions for a product or operation, can IFS Cloud also measure the environmental impact of these emissions on water resources, soil, or ecosystems? Or are these types of data only possible through manual KPI definitions? Which international sustainability standards (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, CDP, SBTi, SPTI, etc.) are supported for automated reporting in Sustainability Hub or Emissions Tracker? For which standards does IFS Cloud provide built-in KPI sets, calculations, or report templates? For which ones do users need to define manual KPIs and cre

Can anyone advise what they are doing about the crystal 32-bit runtime license becoming unsupported just after dec 2025, and this is the license that is compatible within IFS APPS10. The replacement is a 64 bit run time which doesn't work.

Hello,I tried working with the Sustainability Management module, and I think I understand the principle of how it should work. But I am not able to work with KPI data sources (e.g. creating new ones, editing, etc.)? I’ve tried using this functionality, but I’m not able to do anything….Thank you

Substance task in IFS: Is it possible to fill and update information about substances (such as environmental properties, criteria, and equivalent factors) from an external source, like a document or a government website?Does anyone have experience adjusting the system to allow this functionality?Alternatively, is IFS currently developing such a feature in the near future? HI,I try to build BPA:when new User is created, workflow should be fire →   User should be added to default Company. Workflow:1/ READ from Company  2 / CALL to add User to Company Why doesn't it work?I'm trying to do it in various ways, but also nothing...Maybe someone has an idea what it should look like?

Does anyone have experience using the Eco-Footprint module in a company that follows SBTi (Science Based Targets Initiative) and GHG (Greenhouse Gas) protocol?  does the module have all the necessary functionality to cover the requirements of this reporting standard? 

Hi IFS Community,I have a question please regarding legacy IFS versions and more modern Windows O/S. Not all customers have yet moved to IFS Cloud, some have longer roadmaps or less requirement for this change.  To maintain a level of O/S securities on their servers some customers may look to uplift their Windows versions that are still being supported by Microsoft.  I have a question from a long-standing customer of ours relating to uplifting their IFS Applications 8 into Windows Server 2019.My question pleaseIs there any up-to-date documentation relating to the various windows versions with the various IFS versions for compatibilities?  I have seen these documents in the past but legacy documentation is getting a little sparse on here these days with the roll out of Cloud.Could anyone kindly supply me with this document at all as this is likely to come up again for other customers in the future and it would be better to be aware of any compatibil

Hi everyone, I would like to know if someone have some documents about the maintenance topic on IFSAPP 9.We would like to integrate preventive maintenance to carry out periodic/monthly checks on certain objects.I have carried out some tests:Functional object: PLACE BUILDING Serial object: electrical installation STANDARD JOB MP action   But I can't figure out how to fill in the maintenance plan fields If someone have some explanation on the topic it’ll be great for us .Regards,Nicolas.
