Is it possible to export these templates?

We have setup templates for certain LUs as below

 

I wanted to migrate these templates to another environment and make changes to the save templates. Seems like IFS does not allow this from the IFS screens. Is there anyway someone has already found to not only migrate these templates but also make changes?

I figured out my own question. The templates are part of profiles.
