Hi,I am trying to create a new company which will be the master company for consolidation. It it not allowing me to enable accounts for Currency Balance, the option is disabled. The customer would like to use Currency Revaluation, as per my understanding Accounts should be enabled for Currency balance to use currency revaluation. How can I set this company as Master Company and also use Curency Balance and Currency revaluation?  Thanks,Kind regardsRutuja

In IFS a sales quotation is created for a customer. This customer approves the sales quotation by sending a customer order via EDI.Is there a possibility in the incoming customer order that automatically recognizes that a sales quotation in status ‘Released’ exists for this customer / part no combination? Ideally we would connect the sales quotation line to the customer order line by choice.Anyone seen this requirement before?

Dear IFS Community,someone know how to import user companies with a migration job on IFS CLOUD ?I created migration jobs for users, user permsissons, user sites but no way to make a user companies import for 500 users.View name “COMPANIES_BY_USER” unavailable on migration jobs.I can’t make an import for user passwords also but I think it’s not possible unafortunately.It’s a mess to manage users because we can’t add a field. No way to search with user groups, personally I am forced to have an Excel file with additionnal information to search Identity “user1;user2;user3;user4;user5...” (and it’s not working if there is many users in the search.Thanks

Hi, What's the trick to get serials in this screen.  The part has valid serial numbers that have been shipped and or in stock.    Anyone have a VIM guide?  Like how does VIM work / Fleet Asset Management work. It’s not “uber” intuitive. 

We have several questions regarding the Service Department SLA clock.  Here is the scenario… An event is assigned to SVD A with a defined SVD SLA (not an internal SLA) with the appropriate Priority.  The SVD works the event for 1 day (the SVD SLA resolution time is 5 days) but needs to assign it to SVD B.  SVD B possesses the ticket for 6 days and re-assigns the ticket to SVD A.  Is the resolution SLA for SVD A in breach?  Also, does the SLA clock for SVD A stop when it is assigned to SVD B?  If so, does the SLA clock for SVD A restart upon re-assignment from SVD B, or does the SLA clock “pick up where it left off?” Thanks!

Increased use of FD get more frequent FD need to be removed.A FD cannot be obsoleted or deleted from the CS it was created.Today the FD are renamed starting by "OBSOLETED" which is not correct for end user in the GUI. Potential solution identified are :RSTAT2 the FD? Move the FD into an unused organisation? Any other solution?

How are folks processing customer credits for goods not physically returned.  Example damaged in shipping,  we want to give a credit.  Need to keep Quantities and average sell price calculations correct.  

A Customer has a requirement to display '🔒' if PSO Gantt ( in Task tile) for certain condition. We would like to check if UTF8 is allowed and is being supported in FSM/PSO DB to fulfill this requirement.The customer is on Product Version: 6.11.0.5

Hi, I experience an issue with the Sub Project Completion functionality. Maybe I am misunderstanding it or I am missing some settings, but I hope someone can help me clarify.  So this is the scenario: We use periodical capitalization for the revenue recognition of our projects. The Project Type = Capitalize Rev/Exp and the method = POC Income First.  Sometimes we carry out a preliminary assignment before we start the ‘main’ assignment. The cost and revenue of the preliminary assignment are registered in a separate Sub Project.  When the preliminary assignment is completed we want to capitalize all the cost and revenue in the separate Sub Project. After that is completed, we close and complete the Sub Project with the functionality Sub Project Completion.  So far so good… After a while the main assignment starts, and new costs and revenue are registered on the project. After the month is finished, we run the periodical capitalization of the project and here is the issue. What I expect i

We have always attached different documents to orders, customer, contracts, etc. After going from 15.2 to 15.4.2 we find that one of the Excel woork books we often attach (as xlsx) gives the following error: There are photos in the work book, and if I remove these I can upload as normal. But we did not have this issue in 15.2

We are using V15.4.2.0 and using English for the UI for all areas but have custom languages set as well as the core languages so we can show descriptions in local languages (only affects the descriptions seen etc.).In V14.5, we did not have the option to translate Answer Lists (for the Checklists) into other languages (checklists we could translate but not the answers), answers were only in one language (US English). In V15.4 however, we now have the option to add translations to answer lists too, which we have done (we use 13 languages)  and now we can see the answers in local language in back-office BUT we are not able to see the translated answers in Mobile correctly.Either we still see English or in some cases, SA’s are seeing Polish answers (in Spain and USA), which is very odd.I think we must need to set something up in order for Mobile to select the right language to use for the answer lists on Mobile.  Can anyone help with this?  Has anyone done this for checklists in various l

Cloud 22.2.1.When splitting a shop order, users cannot enter the Order Number for the new order as they could in Apps9 and Apps10. Is this working as designed or is it a bug?

Hi, everyoneWe have a situation where the user created a wrong time report with over 200h appointed.I reopened the WO and tried to delete it by removing the cost line as we would normally do, but we can’t delete it because the Transaction Status is Transferred  What do I need to do to delete this time report? Thank you

Hello Dream Team,I am going through two relatively large Maintenance Orders to experience the ELS characteristics. The two are very similar except that, for the second, I wanted to try subtasks how IFS would be like (Pics OM 1 and 2).The repeating subtask belongs to tasks that go into the same WO. So, as an additional step, I went into MRO and Fleet Operations\Heavy Maintenance Execution\Work Order Management\Work Order Structure and used the Set WO Master/Duplicate command to optimize it (Pic 3).I am repeating the same process to move forward quickly throughout the WO:Alocate resources. Release WO. Set technicians status to Work Started. Pick Materials. Set tecnicians status to Finished. Anotate Action Taken. Do the inspector Sign Off (Mechanic Sign Off occurs when I set the respective technician status to Finished. Set the materials as Non Invoiceable. Set the Work Task to Finished. Set the WO status to Finished.Right on the WO for the subtasks, I have been give the msg ‘Actual Start

Hi, We have accidently registered an RMA on the wrong customer number and processed the RMA to status Return Completed, the parts was scrapped. Is there any way of backing this? I thought to use the Undo Scrap Inventory but there the transaction was not visible and there is no option in the RMA page that let me undo the scrapping.  Regards,Josefin

Hi, We set up control plan trigger with Time schedule of 8 hours, but when process purchase order receipt in three days, only one purchase analysis had been triggered as below snapshot, but other two days not, please help to check what is the reason for that? Your quick response is appreciated.ThanksSusan 

I have enabled the Object Connection Document Attachment in IEE and I’d like to use that in Aurena.  How do I add the “Attachment” section to an Aurena Page.  Specifically for use in a Aurena Native Mobile App (MWO Service 10).  

ARR-NONINV of register non-inventory PO arrivals got error on M91 posting as following.  It only happened to one of the newly created company 21.
