Hi All,
It is possible to request IFS passwords for Use Place environments from IFS Cloud services in IFS Support Portal.
Path
IFS Support Potal
Request a service => Request a Cloud Service=>Password Request
However I could not see user IFSADMIN in the combo box where it shows IFS accounts.
Is there any other place where I can request IFSADMIN password or do you need to have any specific rights in order to request IFSADMIN password.

You cannot obtain IFSADMIN password in this manner. You would have to request it from the customer. As IFSADMIN is a privileged superuser, it is not available in the Service Now form you have mentioned above.
