when we are trying to see previous calendar months in dispatch console , only forward date are showing not the past dates so we cannot see past allocations in dispatch console . Like in picture only dates after may 1 is visible not before that .

Viewing past allocations
The Dispatch Console only displays data from Today-1 to Today + # of Days defined in your Scheduling Dataset. To view allocations in the past, use the Resource Monitoring Gantt page.
This is where you define the timeframe that should be queried plus additional filter criteria such as site or resource group. The set of search criteria can be saved for future use. On the following pages, the search can be further narrowed down to certain competencies/groups and/or certificates/groups.
The resulting Gantt chart looks like this:

This is intended. Time period in dispatch console is taken as follows.
From : System Date - 1
To : System date + Scheduling work days defined in Scheduling dataset
