What steps are needed to move an FTP document repository? We moved repository to a new server location and new IP address. Should add the new Repository Address and User first? I don’t want to break the document link in IFS. I have read a few community postings but could not find a step by step process to follow. We copied our Document server to a new host and it has a new IP. Can someone provide direction?  We use APPS10 UPD#11Thank you,  

Hi All, we are trying to create a New Work Order using the ‘New Work’ function in MWO App as below.But we are unable to use the List of values for the Object ID as it is not appearing to select, on which Object we are going to create the new WO in the below window. Would be great if you could kindly be able to share your kind thoughts, if we have not set up any basic data to enable the same functionality? If the Engineering Part Provide Code is "Buy" when you try to transfer it, always set it to Purchase Raw and Purchase Raw transfer template. Is there a way that I can set the default to pick the Purchase transfer template instead of the Purchase Raw transfer template?  I can change manually at the Transfer windows, but when you have a large number of parts this is not practicle. 

Hello,What is the purpose of this database task and how can I call it properly? FND_EVENT_ACTION_API.ACTION_EXECUTEONLINESQLI tried using this and it keeps giving me an error saying SQL is not a valid reference. Is there documentation regarding the formatting of it’s parameters? I also would like to know what the purpose of this other database task is FND_WORKFLOW_CONNECTION_API.START_WORKFLOW and how I can properly call it. I also get an error when I try to invoke this database task. There is no documentation that I could find on the API Explorer or the IFS Cloud technical documentation. Thanks,Bryan

Hi, Can we final post an external supplier based on invoice date instead of the PO actual arrival date?   I receive an invoice from supplier dated 2 May and good arrive on 5 May and we register arrival on 5 May.  During posting proposal we are unable to  post it based on invoice date, instead the system give us the below error message.  Is there anywhere in the application we can configure in order to book invoice date as voucher date?

Question 1: While populating “Shared field” of a Service Request from ETM, we are getting below error:DatamapperConfigurationException - Type doesn't contain custom field custom.RESOURCE NAME1 Note: Normal Custom Fields are working fine.Question 2: How to skip dependent fields from ETM? Example “Field_2” will appear on when value selected in “Field_1” is “YES”. In ETM, how can we write this condition that “Field_2 will be populated only when “Field_1” is YES? 

Is it possible to use the Collective invoice process with Advanced Invoices?  I set a customer record to use Collective Invoice type on the Order>Misc Customer info tab.Then I created advanced invoices on two customer orders for this customer. When I created the Advanced Invoices I got a message box that said “Customer has Collective invoice functionality activated, by creating advanced invoice the order will be excluded from the collective invoice.”Is there anyway to include Advanced Invoices in with the Collective invoice process?We are using APPS 9 Rob

Project Delivery is no longer available in Cloud.  For customers that have previously used Project Delivery in earlier versions, what happens to that data when they upgrade to Cloud.  Is it converted to Project Deliverables?  The Release Notes only indicate that Project Delivery is no longer available, nothing is mentioned about how data conversion is handled, if at all.  Working with one customer that has history in Project Delivery and concerned about losing it when they upgrade.

I have a user that created a supplier payment order, acknowledged it, and attempted to finalize it. However, the payment order did not process, and the invoice contained within the payment order is still showing as having an open balance. She mentioned that the invoice she processed was processed with a voucher date in the future, and she wasn’t sure if that is what cause the issue. I’ve attempted to go into the payment order (RMB > Details) and cancel the invoice, but because it’s already in acknowledged status, i’m unable to. Can anyone provide guidance on how to finish processing this payment order? The stuck payment order is the highlighted item.  The invoice is already acknowledged, so the RMB option to cancel is grayed out.  

  HiThe responsible person on the document changes when we create a new revision. The customer says that in app 8 the responsible person does not change. Is it a bug that it changes now?I don't know much about this so I have to ask here 😊  BrLinda

When attempting to log into Assyst at  /assystweb/application.do we are seeing a 20 delay before getting the login screen. Once past that it works fine.  Logging on to  /assystnet/#homepage does not have a delay, it’s pretty much immediate. 

Hi All, I am trying to test Push Notifications from the application(ServiceEngApp - Windows) as well as using Mobile_Push_SYS.Send_Notification.I can see Push Notifications from Aurena User Log.However, I cannot see any Push Notifications from the mWO app.Notification Parameters have default values.Any thoughts?Please refer attachments for further info. 

While updating Event Builders from ETM, not able to find usage field under “Record to update”.Is there any work around? Example:There are 2 Event Builders with everything same except usage. How can we discontinue Event Builder with particular “usage”?

Hello , I need to get the status of the approval of my customer ( approval routing has been set ) but i can’t seem to find the right way to do it .To be more clear , I have a routing approval that I copy each time a customer is created so in the key ref I dont have the customer_ID ('CUSTOMER_ID=&OLD:CUSTOMER_NO^')How can I recognize my customer so that I can query on approval_status in IFSAPP.approval_routing tab. Thank you ,Hanane

When creating a new Customer Support Order based on a Serial or Tag, we expect an Open Calls Lookup to appear. It seems that this only appears if a serial match is found and selected from the list.The Open Calls Popup will not show if a valid Serial or Tag is entered, and then the enter key is pressed. It will show up if the Serial or Tag is entered and selected from the dropdown list, or if the item in the dropdown list is highlighted and then enter is pressed.Is this expected behavior, or a bug?https://x3200.media/DuplicatesBug.mp4

Hello,Is there a way to delete a Service Resource after it is created in Cloud? We are able to modify certain information but there is no option to delete a Service Resource. If the record was created using a wrong Resource Group or Site, we are unable to delete and recreate the resource.Please let me know. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

We use a three-character “location” id for Divisions (with Divisions segregated into Datasets), and want to display that three-character info on PSO Scheduling/Resources screen for each Resource.Unfortunately PSO enters a geocoded “city/state” under location, and it doesn’t appear that within Admin/Org/lists that we can get a Division label to display the three-character code.Under Planning/Divisions we have a label with the three-letter code, but can’t seem to make any association to display this under Scheduling/Resources.We use FSM to PSO, using ARP.Any shortcut way to get this automatically populated in a Division label (List) in PSO Scheduling/Resources?Thank you.

When the RMB “Validate Tax ID number” on Supplier>Address>Document Tax Information intermittently hits the below error.Tax ID Number ******** cannot be validated due to network problem.Further investigations:The error mostly occurs when the action performed perpetually The validation actually executes via the client (tbwSuppDocumentTaxInfo.cs) Looks like a client limitation (threshold for MS_MAX_CONCURRENT_REQ)Has this every happened to you?Any clue will be highly appreciated.Thank you.
