Hi- Is there any option to automatically release pegged shop orders in Apps 9.

One option would be to use Auto Processing Shop Order to release the shop orders automatically. For this you need to set the default process type against the inventory part and this process type will be picked by default when new shop orders are created. Then when you run Auto Processing Shop Order for the process type then shop orders will be release automatically (You can also schedule this job if need)
Please be mindful that this will release all shop order connected to the process type irrespective of whether it is pegged order or normal order.
Other option would be disable the check box Create SO in Planned Status at site level but this will create all new shop orders in released status.
