Hi, I am trying to create a Lobby element List which fetches the Customers without Orders. The Data source previews the data fetched by SQL but the Element does not display the data.

Hello,I am trying to find some newly created work task in the unassigned task section in my dispatch console but I am unable to find them.If I assign them however, I can see them in the assigned task section. 

When closing an accounting period we receive the Validation Transactions warning that there are External Supplier Invoices waiting to be created. But after thorough investigations we have come to the conclusion that all external incoming invoice messages are in the status Created, and so are all invoices in the External Supplier Invoices window. There are no failed external files.For the previous period there was no such warning message and if we close the following period there is no warning message either.We can only draw the conclusion that the warning message is wrong. But what triggers it?Any ideas?We are in the process of upgrading to IFS APPS 10 UPD 17. The issue is in our database for verifying the upgrade.

Hi Community, My customer had done  steps similar to belowCreate CO for amount worth USD 100 Create Advance invoice  USD 100 , in postedauth  Create CUPOA for an amount of  80  in Customer offset , CUPOA and AD  offset each other . remaining balance in AD is USD 20 In fourth step it created CUPIA automatically to match against CD invoice created @ final steps Create AC( advance credit ) for the remaining balance 20 Create CD by reserving / delivering the CO , so the final CD is created for an amount of 100 in a state partly paid posted. ( CUPIA created at step 4/5 offset eachother automatically) So they need to finally credit USD 20 from the last CD invoice they had raisedNow in the System we can see below invoices exist> partlypaid AD with remaing USD 20 ( 100- paid 80)>postedauth AC with amount of 20>partly paid CD with reaming amount of 20 (CUPIA created for an amount of 80 which match against this) What i suggested is to >Offset Remaining AD with AC >Then raise new C

When entering an order, I am adding a Single Occurrence Address.  However, after the Customer Order is entered, the Customer Orders displays Default Delivery Address displays rather than the Single Occurrence Address.I do see the Single Occurrence Address box is checked (good) I do not see my entered Single Occurrence Address, but the Default Address on the customer master. (incorrect)Here is the Customer Orders:Here is my Customer Order with the single occurrence address of JW Enterprises, not Home Depot. In the end, Id like to occasionally view all my single occurrence addresses, to see if they should be permanent.

Hello togehter, i have currently the case that the “Serial No.” is not shown for for received serial parts in the Purchase Order: Is this a bug or does the assignment of the serial number to the purchase order has to be traced elsewhere afterwards?Many thanks and best regardsRolf

Hi all, I’ve noticed that some special characters in our enumeration file cant be displayed right e.g. €, ®, etc.The display is always shown with other special characters e.g. BioMem® → BioMem®Does the enumeration file work with ASCII?I’ve tried this but it doesn’t work: Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? best regards,Lena

Hi.  Is it possible to make the inventory non-nettable while waiting for the transport task to be completed.  We’re currently using transport tasks to transfer materials to a different location within our instance, but we’re finding it shows up in the in-transit qty category, and is viewed as available inventory ahead of it’s actual arrival to the site.  Similarly, the receiving site isn’t able to see that supply coming in within MRP.   Are both of those options not applicable while using the transport task function?

Hi Team,I need help regarding the sick leave. We are using IFS Cloud 23R1. One requirement is that team want to apply leave for sickness of any employee but they will not known the end date so how we can apply absence request ?. Second is that approved leave will flow to PSO but absence request in confirmed state it will not flow. Can anybody suggest if any out of the box solution is available ?.Please suggest.

Hi Experts,One of our customers is using Intune MDM to distribute the FSM Android application. This required to rebuild the mobile application with a new application id (to sidestep the “Upload a new APK file with a different package name” stated here) and they had to generate a new google maps api key for this.The question is w.r.t maintaining different versions of the application to cater for different environments (Dev, Test, Prod).In the conventional approach of sideloading the app, I take it that there is only one APK file (with one Google Maps API key) and copies of this are maintained in separate locations for the respective environments. Hi All, I have a requirement on PRINT_CHECK_REP where the client wants to print the amount details in a lower area of a page with very strict dimensions, earlier developers have used a repeating footer element but it doesn’t achieve the purpose of the report. The report is designed in such a way that if the check pages exceeds one page these checks will be voided and IFS standard RDF code handles this with breaking the XML and creating new XML tags.Basically to achieve my requirement I can’t use a repeating footer as a table can’t be connected there, i need to access table specific values to achieve my requirement on a exact position. can i place a table cell on exact same position in a IFS report? I have increased the height of the previous cell but this doesn’t print well cause my upper table contains different count of data.Below is the previous dev with a static repeating footer. Currently it prints like this in the 1st page. 2nd page has more space. Hello, I am loading an external file containing Customer Invoice information, and am using the STDCIN2 file template to load the invoices. I have included both ‘CURR_AMOUNT’ and ‘NET_CURR_AMOUNT’ fields in the template. After loading the Invoice file and attempting to check, the system displays the error message “Invoice Amount in Accounting Currency does not match Posting Amounts for Item No 1.” Although, both line and posting amounts are similar. Please refer to the below screenshots. The Error:(Please note that the Customer ID above is masked intentionally) Customer Invoice Line Information: Customer Invoice Posting Information: Kindly request to provide an explanation for the reason for this behavior and any possible remedies to be done to load the invoice properly. Hi Experts;when I Print a Customer Invoice for a customer order, the status does not Change to “PostedAuth” (Status Changes to “Printed” now)I check “Customer invoice with errors” and see blow error: “ORA-20105: Invoice.ACCERROR1: Error (20105: Invoice.DOMBALANCE: The difference in Accounting Currency for the Invoice XXXXXXXX has exceeded the limit 2) occurred while booking Invoice CD XXXXXXX” how can I Fix that Error and why this error has happened? ( there are anothe invoice for the same customer order but those do not have any problem)thanks.

I am struggling finding exactly how to grant document attachemtnt o a permissions set in Aurena. I personally have the option as I have Full access in Aurena I have read articles that indicate the need to add the DocReferenceObjectAttachmentHandling projection. for Document attachments and for media grant the MediaLibraryAttachmentHandling projection; however, when I search for this specific projection to add to the permission set in question I get a result of (No Data)  Any help on this bit would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,We would like to understand if lobby screens are used or not used by users. Is it possible to understand when a user uses a lobby screen last time? Do users use any lobby? Quick Report has a log table. So, we can get this information. However, we need to do this for lobbies.Thanks.

Hi Experts,  Cash transactions prior to a specific date are not visible in automatic transaction matching screen. Those transactions are already matched. But those transactions should be visible once the ‘exclude matched’ check box unticked. I checked in back-end. Transactions are available in back end. This issue was in Apps9 and Recently customer moved to IFS cloud. The same issue exists as it is in cloud also. ** This issue exists for all cash accounts they are using.  Can someone help to resolve this issue? Thanks, in advanced! 

Hi All,I would like to know if the document names in Business Opportunity window can be changed when sending file via email in Aurena.As I see from the Document Revision window, all the documents get downloaded in the format of ‘Document title (Document class-Document No-Document Revision-Document Revision)’. But customer wants to change the naming of the documents in Business Opportunity window to the format of ‘Business Opportunity No-Revision No’.I would like to know if this is feasible just for Business Opportunity window in Aurena?Look forward to hear from you all!Thank you
