HalloI have a person how left the company. Now her person ID is still entered as “Invoice Recipient” in the Supplier - Invoice - General.  When I block the person, than the new person are not able to enter a Manual Supplier Invoice.So I have to repalce this person ID to the new person ID. How I can do this in a easy way?Best Regards,André

Recently we notice Aurena Recent Pages screen not updating with last vist pages. Its like Recent Pages are full and not loading anymore. Anyone sceen this before and how to get it working. Only handfull of people has this issue. Try to replicate the issue by copying the profile to another test user a.c. no luck.

Hello,I suddenly see this behavior in one of our environments that when I add the MWO_FIELD_SERVICE permission set, the ServiceEngApp projection displays that it does not have any pages associated to it. Due to this, in mobile I’m unable to view any screen. This was working fine previously and I can see this option in other environments.Has anyone faced this issue before and resolved? We’re moving our shipping department to Aurena (Apps 10, UPD 18) and we can’t find a menu that we use on the “Report Picking of Pick List Lines” screen. This option does not seem to be available on this screen in Aurena. How would we do the below action in Aurena today? IEE Create Reservations On Another Location The only options available are Report Picking and Unreserve

In IFS Cloud 22R2, we can enable and successfully use the security checkpoint when performing signoff of shop order work guidelines, if we use the Shop Order Work Guidelines client. However, the same operation will fail in Shop Floor Workbench (on the tab for work guidelines under the dispatch list). How can we find further information about this limitation? What we want to know is exactly why it does it not work in one client but not in the other? And will it be fixed and when? 

Community, I am testing ISO20022, but I realized that the XML generated that all come with SEPA Tag. How to remove it and just have it generated with normal ISO20022 standard? Thank you. 

Hello,The payment term applied to a supplier advance invoice is defaulted from the supplier screen whereas we would like to have “immediate” payment term by default for advance invoice.The accountant needs to manually update the payment plan date.Is there any place to define that all  advance invoices should get the payment term “immediate” by default.Thank you 

Hi all, We want to use Cash Flow Forecasting, and in our settings, we want to include Cash Account Balances.However, when we run the Cash Flow Forecast, no details from our Bank Balances are reflected.  We use Mixed Payments to record our Bank Statements. Is there some kind of setting that needs to be activated for the balances to show?

Hi,In the Indicators section of the Export License there is “Document Connected” set to default No. After several License creation attempts, Export Controlled documents created, no matter what I tried I couldn’t get that indicator activated and document connected.How could we get document(s) connected to the Export License?Thanks.

Hi, My colleagues and I noticed some time ago that some system forms, such as the Building form, cannot be edited (at least from the customizer). Is there a workaround to this, or a way to modify it? Similarly, is there a way to create custom lookups on tables that aren’t the Item, Cost Center, or Contact User tables? We haven’t found a way to do this yet, but it would prove very useful. Our environment uses assyst 11.2.3. Thanks!

Hello,  I have an issue with the MPL voucher. I created several PO with a specific amount, the PO countains just one line. Although in the inventory transaction, i have two lines in the M10 postings and a M19 posting is generated also. Any ideas why please ? Best regards.

Particularly List tabs.For example, within the person record, there are tabs below the header information. like skills, roles, positions.Eg. I want to add a filter constraint, so that the team tab under Person record only shoes the lines where team leader = “Wendy”.  

We have defined the follwoing Object Connection Transformation to have a packing slip originally attached to the PO receipt, also shown on the PO line.  We have the follwong scenarios also to be addressed. Can I do it through the Object Connection Transformations? If yes, how? 

Hi,In a use case we want to prevent any changes in the Back Office on a Service Order when the technician do the ‘Start Activity” on mobileedge.At this step, we would like that any modifications should be possible in the back office on the service order until the technician do the “stop activity” or resolve the SV.I know that we have the workflow mobility that allows to do that when we dispatch the SV, but in this use case, the start event must be the “start activity”.We aslo have a setting in workflow Service with the option Restrict Editing Rights from Status, but it’s too late for the use case.Do you know a way to do that   ?In the past Do you had any customer needs / requirements like that to do a BRD ?Thanks and Regardsanthony
