I would like to have the customer data to be updated as often as possible in the MWO app so it is available to me when creating new work on the app. The reason is that in my scenario field technicians will also have the ability to create new customer records (either in Aurena or in the CRM Companion app) and then create new work for them.How can I make it so the customer information is pushed to MWO as often as possible?@kathlk do you maybe have an idea on this?

Hello, I created an advance invoice for a customer order and paid it; then i created the final invoice and wanted to know how to link the final invoice to the advance one.Here are the two invoices I created, when creating the final one, I didn’t find any option to fetch the advance invoice No advance paid amounts were matched automatically neither on final invoice  I would appreciate any insight on the matter  Thank youTanya

I’m trying to install PSO 6.11.0.22 on OpenShift and I’m getting the error: “Helm 3.9+ must be installed and available in your PATH to be able to deploy to Kubernetes.” when running the installer. I want to have access to our users last login date for IFS10. There is a column in ORACLE_ACCOUNT (dba_users), but this doesn’t seem to log Logins to the Application, only PL/SQL, BAES and other stuff. Earlier we created a trigger to fetch logins from active sessions, but this caused problems. Anyone knows how to get hold of this Login information? We want to use it for license control. 

Does anyone have any experience in creating your own certificate for IFS using a Windows Server 2016 Certificate Authority? I have created my CA located on my domain controller within AD, created templates in AD CS, created a csr from my middleware server, then exported the certificate with the private key, but when I try to use it during the IFS installation, it fails the verify stating “Certificate verification failed: signature check failed”

HI our customer is using V15.1 in high availability , we have 3 VM  in the environment.What can been observed is that several times a day some users are disconnected by the system  with in the c_session_log table the error  “Logging in from different computer(vm3XXX)(UTC: 08/22/2023 09:38:00.033)(w3wp,8792)(PROD)”whereas the user is using the same desktop. for example on the line 3 below  the user has been disconnected at 08:30 UTC (10h30 french time)   and on line 2 reconnected at 10h30 french time. it looks like the login of line 3  was against on VM3 and on the line on line  VM1. is there some settings to avoid this issues ? what could cause this ?

Hi, For a customer case, we would like to display the latitude and longitude on the screen address next to other fields address in the customer center.. We saw that latitude and longitude are stored in the database and available for update with the Import or also Export with : customer_maint-address_xref-validation but they’re not displayed on the screen. Is it possible to display the fields latitude and longitude in the backend and in mobile edge on the work list card or in the detail site card ?thanks and regards

Can you advise what functionality in IFS will be able to handle the following scenario.Customer orders with Installation in British Columbia, the cost of the product is self-assessed 7% and remitted directly to Government of British Columbia. Customer is only charged GST for this type of sales. Company is responsible to self-asses and remit 7% of cost of product direct to BC Government.The expected journal entries are as follows.Credit BC PST , Debit COGS. I have tried both use taxes and tax withhold type tax codes but was not successful in meeting the above requirement.

Hi Team, We have situation where we Subscription charges which may consist Digital Charges and also ecommerce subscriptions. We have a designated expense code for Subscription charges and this will reflect in given account according to posting control. We would like to see the break down between Digital and Ecommerce charges and checked whether this can be fulfilled using the Process Code functionality. When checked in the application it was noticed that the process code can be used in the invoice modules but not displayed in expense sheet to select.  Can anyone let us know whether this is possible and if so how it is done?  

Hi,  I know IFS can return goods to supplier1)when receiving the goods2 )when PO is still open3)when PO is closed , invoiced , but Not posted to GL yet My question is , when a PO is already closed , invoiced , paidand payment is already posted to GL.eg: after 2 month , we find a defect , and would like to return to supplier. which function to use to return goods &  get credit? Thanks,

Hello,We are currently having a very important issue in our 22R2 IFS Cloud environment. Our customer orders need pick lists automatically created, which has been working fine with a scheduled database task, but now the database task, after more than a month of running, has been failing. The error we get is this: “The State Codes does not exist. ORA-20111: StateCodes.FND_RECORD_NOT_EXIST” and “Country / State: US, State Code: *” for the value of the error. We are trying to run this database task schedule: Create Consolidated Pick List for Customer Orders and below are our conditions: Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. We arent sure what change has caused this issue to occur but if anyone has any information, please add it to this post.Thanks,Bryan

Dear all, We are currently using the IFS MWO SERVICE 10 App version 10.13.1360.0 and need to update to the latest version (10.20.1419.0), through App Store. (iOS Devices). Would you kindly advise if this is performed, the devices need to be initialized and as a precautionary measure do we need to advice all the devices to keep on idle mode or disconnected? Many thanks for your kind thoughts and advice.  

when our devices are doing an Initialization, it gets to Processing Message 3/XXX and it always gets stuck for over 5mins. how do I work out what this message is so I can see if I can reduce the data being sent?

How is the Send Document Link functionality supposed to be used? And, more exactly, the escape characters in the link? I’m testing this with a document class named ‘IPC REV’, thus with a space in it. The result is an url containing DocClass='IPC%2520REV' which does not work if I try it in the browser. 'IPC%20REV' works though. It looks as first the space is replaced by %20 and then the % is replaced by %25. Since this looks like it is done deliberately, what is the story?

Hi everyone, I have created a few quick reports, that we then send through application server tasks and background jobs on a regular basis.When our department leader decides to ask an IFS partner to copy from PROD environment to TEST environment and we are not informed, we receive these quick reports in double, from PROD and TEST, however the problem is we don’t know which one is from PROD and which one is from TEST.Is there any possibility to put the environment on the email subject to differentiate the quick reports? Thanks in advance,Carlos Mendes 

Hi,My organisation is looking to implement some features using the Contact User form’s User Flags. I am aware that we can modify those according to our needs. However, we have a very specific scenario where we would like to be able to create event queries based on the value of those flags. I haven’t seen those fields in the query form. Is there a way to create event queries using the User Flag values? My organisation is using assyst 11.2.3.Thanks!

Hi All,Can you please help me to resolve these questions regarding creating new service requests from mobile (IFS Cloud mwo - ServiceEngApp).What’s the difference between creating new through work assignment and through new service request?  In mobile, when creating the new service request, there is a mandatory lov fields named ‘Service’ and ‘Service Organization’. In Aurena from where I can setup this data. After creating the Service request from mobile, will it be transferred to back-office?
