Hello,

I just created a BT from a customer order and I don't see my BT linked. I don't understand why on the cloud because on Aurena it works like this.

I created my BT 546 from my *1976 sales order and I don't see any Connected work orders.

thank you for your help

@audreyS I m sorry your query is not clear.

Do you want to navigate to the Work Order from the Customer Order page?

@audreyS indeed this seems more like a bug.

I managed to replicate this issue in a 23R1 SU4 env. I created a service request (WO) from Customer Order and when I come back in the CO I don’t see the option to navigate to Connected Work Orders.

Probably this should be reported to IFS as a support ticket.

Looks like this was resolved in 23.1.5.

Key: SCZ-22493

Bug Title: After creating a Service Request from a Customer Order, no commands are available to navigate.

Release Notes: Prior to this correction, when a service request was created from a customer order the Connected Work Orders command was not enabled subsequently. This has now been resolved.
