Hi All,
I have PM actions set up in one of our test environments. What a work order is generated from the PM action the work order and work tasks are at status of released.
However when I have duplicated this in another environment the work order and work tasks stay at status New.
can any advise if there is a parameter that i need to update to get them to go straight to status released
We are using IFS Cloud 23 R1
