V14 purchase requisition icon email > V15

HI, In the previous V14 version, from the purchase requisition screen, when you open the communication center (email icon) to send an email to the supplier, you have an icon to open the inbox message (like outlook.)It was very useful, because you could send directly to your own inbox message an email to the supplier and receive the response directly in your inbox message.In V15.4 webBO, the icon is not displayed.Is it a way to have it again ? Things to consider before IFS delivery installation

Hi All,I’m new to delivery installations and applying IFS patching.So I thought to get your opinion before I go with a new one.Would it be possible to know the things I need to consider before applying a delivery/release? Currently, I’m considering the below before proceeding with the installation.Disk space Stop/pause the antivirus application Check invalid objects read the installation documentation thoroughly Start with DEV or Test firstKindly let me know what else I need to consider for a smooth delivery.I really appreciate your valuable suggestions/opinions and advice.Thank you in Advance.

BACS Payment Using ISO20022 Format

Hi community,I have a technical question regarding Beneficiary Name tag (<CdtTrfTxInf> <Cdtr> <Nm>). In BACS payments, the Beneficiary Name field is 18 characters. However, supplier name is longer than this. Has anyone managed to reduce IFS supplier name to 18 characters?Please see Beneficiary Name field in below link. Automatically allocate addres ID

Is there a setting to automatically allocate a addres ID when creating a new address at customers/suppliers in Aurena?We now have to define it manually (which seems ok during the configuration), but once we are live this seems pointless to manually have to set a address ID.

N/A MWO Survey option in Yes/no question

Hi All.Could someone explain how may I use the N/A option in the survey Yes/no type of question?I’m trying to figure out how to use it and also it would be great if the user has a thrid option to check like N/A.I have a survey that has a couple of question that sometime may be applicable but some times not. For this case, the third option N/A could be available for the user but he/she needs to choose “no” and write like N/A in the remark field.I know It’s possible to use the multiple choice with the 3 options (yes, no and n/a) but it takes more time than the yes/no question. TouchApps move from TouchApps cloud to onprem

HiWe are building our onprem touch apps server to move away from the ifscloud solution for Apps 9 that is being retired in March.The onprem touchapp server previously had the ScanIT 2.1.4 app deployed to it but the version we are using on ifscloud is 2.1.7. Is there anything I need to be aware of before I deploy 2.1.7 to the onprem server? Will it update or remove any data in IFS? Do I need users not to be using Scanit through the cloud? Anything else you can think of?I also have apps that havent been deployed at all to the on-prem server. Can I just deploy these with no impact to the users currently using them through ifscloud? thanksGraeme

Version 22.2.1I have an operation for which no signoffs are required on a subtask. In Card View, though, there are icons that can be misinterpreted that a sign-off is required. Why are these visible?

Visible parameter on mWO for custom field

There are some custom fields in our mWO solution. I noticed that for standard available fields the following may be in place with regards to visibility:So there is JSON coding that shows or hides the complete content if the CustomerName is NULL.Very nice indeed. But what about custom fields? If I try to make the same JSON setup I'm not allowed to:There is only Yes/No/Default as a selection criterium. Is there something special I must do to make this Visible parameter allow JSON code?Maybe I have to wait for a newer version of IFS?

FSM - PCI Compliance

Hi,I have been through the community and can see posts relating to IFS Apps, but nothing much around PCI Compliance and FSM.I am being asked internally if FSM (current version is 5.7u11, and FSM6) is compliant with PCI v4.0 and if any assessments have been completed. If there has, is there a certificate that can be shared. If not then is that in the timeline to be completed?As a company we do a small amount of transactions via the FSM UI which calls a direct integration api, and we store the response into database. Our internal security team are specifically looking at that transaction with regards to the scope of PCI. Ady

Test DB refresh

I am using FSM with a SQL database and wish to produce a new Test DB from my existing PROD DB. I have tried restoring a backup of the Prod DB to the test DB and this doesn't work as it says DB not available. I have tried doing and export from the Prod DB to the Test DB but I get an error about writing to a read only table. Does anyone have any advice?

delivery overhead doesnt get posted

Hi I been trying to active the delivery Overhead but somehow it wont work. i Setup the Purchase Part with the delivery Overhead 10% from the last purchase Price purchase order is also created: definition of inventory part I have checked if there is a posting created in the Inventory Transaction history but there is no such overhead posting. I also checked the supplier invoice posting there is no overhead posting: then i checked the System Event for delivery Overhead setup. I cannot get the checkbox ticked since i get the error message: then i checked the Arrival Event and this is ok: Any Idea how i get the delivery Overhead posted? Best RegardsSophal
