Can we disable the option to search History for Work Order in the Histoy module on Mobile Edge 15.4.8.0 ?We don’t want our engineer to search on open orders other then for the own orders where they can check the history in the Site Details. Can we configure to remove “Work Order” from the selection list ? 

Hi allMy backoffice team have asked if there is a way to find all customers with active alerts. From what I can see, this is not visible except looking at the attachements on the customer. Any easy way to find this? Or will I need to create a SQL-script?

This is regarding voucher approval workflow in IFS10 UPD8.When the workflow is being setup and the voucher is prepared, the approvers/approval groups are being fetched correctly.However, after the approvers are fetched in the voucher approval, there is a possibility for the voucher preparer user to change the amounts in the voucher postings.This doesn’t refresh the approvers under the voucher approval tab and the old approvers from the workflow doesn’t have the relevant limits to approve the voucher. We are not expecting to provide the access to manually modify the approvers to the end users.Is there any way without a custom event/customization to fetch the approvers again to the vouchers. (Perhaps something similar to Fetch Authorization Rule at Purchase Order)  

In 23R1 business activity window , under activity type we can only see meeting and task . how can i activate the rest . what is the window to activate the rest .   

We are moving our Accounting department to Aurena and we have come to terms with the fact that we’re losing the “Customer Payments” screen and instead are going to enter “Mixed Payments” now. I agree that it makes sense to have one screen for Payments in IFS. This said, we have a specific scenario that we don’t see covered with this screen. Sometimes a customer will pay ahead without an invoice number, so it’s just a credit on their account. There is a checkbox on the Customer Payment > Transactions that says “New Payment On Account”. How would we do this same functionality using Mixed Payments? We don’t see a column for “New Payment on Account” on the Mixed Payments screen in Aurena.  

Hello(15.4SU5) When you click on a qbe column to sort the result and then you remove the column of your view, the results are still sorted by the “hidden” column . It could then be difficult to find the hidden column to remove the sort. Do you know if there is a trick here ? if no could this “issue” could be considered as a bug ?Thanks for your feedback

Hello, I would like to know if we could manage a formula when we create a customer like we can (if i don't make a mistake ?) for a contract template.For example : In creation the ID of the customer could begin by 400  or 600 or 300 depending on a classification. Thanks and Regards anthony

Hi All,One of our customer needs to setup Zebra printer to print labels.Customer use  ifs application 10 update 14 version. Before setup physical printer, we installed clawPDF(Open Source virtual PDF printer for Windows) and tried . But we got below error every time when we print a report PLUGIN EXCEPTION:ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: PluginExecute Failed. The customer has the below query.Can we auto-assign a Sales Charge in a Customer Order based on the customer and their delivery terms? In the Customer > Order > Charges window, we can set Charges to be automatically assigned to the order. How about if we only want Customer Orders with PICKUP Delivery terms to have this Sales Charge?

Hello Community,I’m working in Apps 10 Aurena, where I’m experiencing the following issue. I am trying to delete a Project in “Started” status, I have already deleted all the “Sub Project Structures” prior to attempting the Project Deletion via Project Definition > “Delete Project” command. However, following error message is thrown and i cannot proceed. Assuming that I could get rid of the former error, I tried deleting the “Site” connection to Project, in “Project Definition” > “Site”, but the same error gets thrown there as well. Please correct me if I'm wrong here but as far as I know, I cannot revert the status back to “Approved” nor to “Initialized” from “Started” functionally. Hence, I would be really grateful, if someone can help me out here to see if there is a workaround or perhaps point out steps I am missing in the deletion process.P.S. I just don’t want to change the status using a data script just yet as this issue is happening in client’s PROD environment.Thanks!Sa

Hi, We like that if a users identifies himself on the shop floor timeclock, only operations that are applicable to his labour class are visible. Is that possible? Currently, everything is visible which doesn’t make sense. We only need operations for the labour class that the operator is in. Thank you!

Is it possible to add a Functional Object ID as a Superior SM Object , in Customer order line?My requirement is, I need to create a Serial object when delivering customer order and that serial object should be connected as a child object under a predefined Functional object.When Im trying the flow, I cannot see functional objects appeared in LOV of the Superior SM Object field.It shows only the already delivered serial objects for the same customer in LOV.Even when I create a new serial object by duplicating the previous serial object which was shown in the lov, still that doesn't appear in the LOV.Can anyone explain the behavior.Thanks in Advance!

Hi Team,We are looking at some mechanism to understand the violations happening when manually dragging activity to a technician.Examples: Technician doesn’t have the skill, but the Scheduler manually drags the task on the technician & Fixes the Resource. But, as a scheduler, they wouldn’t know the violation of skills. Is there anyway configuration or mechanism to highlight this to the user to see violation.

I have Day Types with the correct minutes for each day. When this information is put into a calendar, some days are not giving the same work time. For example, the Day Type for a Sunday shows 11pm-12am with a working time of 60 minutes. However, when that is added to a calendar, it generates Sunday as a full 480 minutes (8-hr shift).
