Hi, I don’t find a solution to my problem so I decided to create a topic on the IFS community.
When I request a release update on the Release Studio I have a this message “Request Release Update Failed. Please contact your IFS Account Manager or Sales Representative for more information.
AleTraceId : 45bfc272-eb0f-4660-8f35-07517adbd3f9
ErrorCode : E0001”.
I confirm that I already launched an impact assessment. Do you have an idea how can I solve my problem ? Thanks
