Hi, I have to extend the expiry date of around 500 suppliers, is there any way to extend it at once or do I need to do it one by one?  Any idea?  Thank you  

Can someone provide an example of a custom expression to use when scheduling a Run Application Server Task?  I have a task that should run WEEKLY ON MON AT 17:00 but if Monday is a Holiday I want it to run on TUES.  Our holidays are defined in work_time_exception_code.

After logging on to the main IFS start page, super users have the Search field at the top right available to type in, but most normal business users do not - it is greyed out and not possible to type anything into it. How is access to this controlled, so if needed we can grant the right security to non-super users who would want it?We have not been able to identify the object(s)  that users need to be granted access to so they can use it. Here is how it appears to a normal business user - the Search field at top right is unusable: In contrast, as a super user, I can use it- it is not greyed out, but I have full access to the whole system, which we would not want to give to all users: We are on Apps 10 upd 14 Thanks

Hello community,I have a document attached to a customer invoice (CustomerOrderInvHead) and I want to show this document also in the attachments of a customer order (CustomerOrder). I tried to use Object Connection Transformations, but I could not find the INVOICE_ID in the Target LU Key list. Which transformation method should I use to link the documents from invoice to customer order ?Can I use SQL ? if yes, how to do it ?Thanks in advance for your help!

2 questions on the advanced planning board Does the APB consider Shop Order Priority Categories and prioritize accordingly? Can the APB use characteristic sequencing during automatic scheduling when loading shop orders and/or during scheduled batch loading, or is the only way to use sequencing a manual process within APB?

Hi,When we wish to print, we may have the option between several layout, is it possible to filter these layouts based on conditions such as the status of the item?If not, the problem is the following:I can create a PO and print it in planned status, then I get a manual signature and send it to my supplier. In some countries, there is a risk of fraud, as I can then delete / change my PO, get an agreement with the supplier ... Anyway, we would like to ensure that all documents that are printed when the item (ex: PO) is in draft, have a watermark, or a different layout from the official approved ones so they cannot be used in a wrong way. Anyone facing this question ? Thanks.

Hi All, Surprisingly, I can’t appear to find any topics on this within the forum.  My client is a food producer of time limited perishable items (such as dairy). In IEE IFS plans in a day by day format. If you have a multi level structure, say 4 levels, this could potentially mean a 5 day lead time on the Top level component which is not ‘’real world’’.This all needs to be planned on the same day (all materials are available on site). This doesn’t refer to a situation when a material needs purchased and the lead time to get it in is 10 days. My question is, Intraday (sameday) Planning is Active in Cloud and covers this scenario. Has there been any work on Intraday in Aurena that can be utilised?  Thanks in advance.

Has anyone tried/ succeeded/ know if it is possible to set up a mailbox reader channel in assystETM that will use an attached spreadsheet as the data source? Alternatively, how to pass this spreadsheet into another ETM channel for processing?Use case:We provide our users with spreadsheet templates that they complete and we import by datamapper channel. For example, purchased IT assets imported upon delivery to be updated and added to in more detail later by our discovery toolset. This is currently emailed to us and manually imported but I would like to be able to have their email automatically populate the database.

Hi,We are migration our IFS to IFS Cloud and when we try to install the certificate on the MW we have de error below. I’ve tried many option and any of them worked. Our server is on-premises and we want to install a wild card. Did anyone have problems to install the certificate?  

Is there a way to have demand planner round the qty numbers that are imported into forecast 0 similar to the way the site setting Qty Calc Rounding works at the site and part level?The parts loaded into MS1 have 16 digits to the right of the decimal point, but the site and parts are set to have a qty calc rounding set to 0.The data in the IPAP screen does not get rounded to 0 either. Please let me know.Thanks for your help.

HI All, Can I know , when we add chares in PO and its not connected to any lines,than where we can see this cost in transaction history   

in one of our NON-PROD environments (luckily :-)), we encounter issue when updating a TASK record, always get below error the first time the record is updated.  The second time the same record is updated, it doesn’t get this exception error. We noticed it from mobile side.  The first update is not transferred to mobile.  After the 2nd update, then the modification is visible in mobile. Server log of fist update will show this exception.  The server log 2nd update doesn’t contain this exception.Message: The following error was encounter when attempting to export a task record with the key task_id=[task_id].Exception:System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.   at Metrix.BusinessServer.BusinessPolicies.BusObjectPolicy.AddExportColumnData(MetrixDataRow rowIn, BusObject tableMetadataIn, XmlDocument& outboundMessageInOut, XmlElement& primaryNodeInOut, XmlElement& originalNodeInOut, BusObjExport exportRowIn, List`1& columnsAddedToMess

Below is a business scenario of a customer. “Until recently, only their distribution has been using the counts screen, and so there's a limit set on the site level which meets distributions requirements. They don't want the limit to be increased.Recently they added the engineers stocks. The issue they are having is a lot of Engineering parts are more than the site limit. How can I find out the source of a field in an _REP view? For example, if I’m looking at CUSTOMER_ORDER_CONF_REP view - where does the CATALOG_NO field come from? The SQL tab in oracle developer only references the result key lines which doesn’t really help me. Thanks in advance,Mike

We have done a large expiry of pricing rules specific to one client. The update was completed via SQL and did not happen organically within FSM. Screenshot showing an expired price (note the “Active flag” remains this seems to have no impact when prices are increased )  This is the pricing history for the same item (Part Pricing Rule 999) My question is - Why is it choosing an expired pricing rule (with a higher precedence) over a non expired pricing rule with a lower precedence? Even flipping between two on a single order:  My hunch is the first was driven by a quote, and the second added manually, but this does still not explain the second line (SEQ: 911288) using an expired rule.  Any thoughts appreciated
