We have a custom form on our service request events, with custom fields and values. These are returned by GET /assystREST/v2/events/123 in the response node <webCustomPropertiesDescription><==# ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (DO NOT EDIT) #=  #==></webCustomPropertiesDescription> encoded as a series of double asterisk delimited name/value pairs in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION element.We are integrating with another system that needs to process these custom fields and values.Does Assyst REST API provide a means to extract these name/value pairs in a structured way? Or do we have to writing a custom parser that is tied to the internal custom encoding?We have Assyst v11.4.

I created some custom item forms in v11.4.3, applied the necessary visibility requirements, and associated the form with the required Product Class value.  However, since I upgraded our test environment to v11.5.1 the majority of the fields in the custom forms don’t show, even though they are not hidden or discontinued.  If I remove the custom form association then the default Item form details are all shown.  I also tried creating a new custom form (from the default) and, without making any changes for visibility etc, all fields are still not shown.Is there anything I need to change/reset/correct for custom forms at v11.5?

HI allI am trying to add new columns to a list for data management locations, but when I click add, I no longer get fields in which to add a label or value, just a column number:Is this by design, or should I be able to add into these ? Thanks Keith

I am trying to pull an event’s itemB’s userChar fields using Rest and note that the uri below only presents the API with the basic/ standard information set in the connected items.http://<Server>:<Port>/assystREST/v2/events/10183439?fields=affectedUser[],itemA[],itemB[]I have tried explicitly calling the field in the web request uri with no luck.?fields=affectedUser[],itemA[],itemB[userFieldChar12]This information appears if we run a second pull using the item id extracted from the event, but that seems a bit wasteful and we are able to pass it in from the AP as a parameter if necessary. But I was wondering if anyone was already doing this and whether you might be able to give me some pointers? Thanks in advance.

We are a manufacturing company that produces plastic pieces from injection machines. The same mold can produce several pieces simultaneously in the same injection cycle. We are searching for a best practice solution to help us planning, producing and costing each piece. The different shop orders will share the same work enter and the same mold version and be produced simultaneously. Any advice on where to start and develop a best practice solution inside IFS?

We had a problem with a purchase order. The user made a mistake in entering the quantity and as a result the purchase order was for 12 million euros but he didn't see it and as a result the order was sent to the supplier by automatic mail.How could we avoid this case? Is it possible to have an alert before the automatic sending?For example, create an event that alerts us that the amount is very high and to check if it's the right amount. N.B: We wanted to know if there is an alert other than the authorizations. Is it possible in standard or we are obliged to make a specificationThanks.

Dear IFS experts,I hope I can find answer here. I have created a report based on data source “Tax Ledger Transactions”. Right now the report is designed that there are mandatory filters for company, year and accounting period. End user wants to extend it to have not mandatory filter for invoice date where you can filter between exact days.I have created two report book/parameters InvoiceDateFrom & InvoiceDateTo with the same item FACT_TAX_LEDGER_ITEM.INVOICE_DATE.And in design row/filter criteria I expected to add two filtersFACT_TAX_LEDGER_ITEM.INVOICE_DATE >= &InvoiceDateFromFACT_TAX_LEDGER_ITEM.INVOICE_DATE <= &InvoiceDateToThis is unfortunately not possible because when I add first parameter InvoiceDateFrom I am not able to add InvoiceDateTo. Customer Order should be displayed with "Actions After Save" when you go to "Object Properties" (Log in to Customer Order screen -> RMB on the header and Go to "Object Properties"), as depicted in the screenshot in the attached. However, the "Customer Order" tab is not visible as expected when we log in to the "Object Properties" with a user's implemented permission set. Is there a way to figure out what permission is needed to change this behavior?

I have an IVR script that performs some data fetching from the user, then uses the ‘add to queue’ element. I’m looking to change how the queue functions (what messages play and add a request for input) once a caller is added to it. The documentation mentions that the standard queue can be configured in the contact centre unit voice settings, however the only seemingly relevant options I can see are about courtesy messages, no way to set what plays. The inbound number type is currently set to IVR.  Hopefully I’m not making some wrong assumptions on what I can do, any help appreciated.Thanks.

Hi…,My customer order continued 02 lines  -  01st line is in state of “Invoiced/Closed” -  02nd Line is in state of “Partially Delivered” - Therefore, the state of Customer order is “Partially Delivered”​​​​​​​** I like to know whether there is any method to cancel the 02nd line with the state of “Partially Delivered” and change the status of the Customer order to “Invoice/Closed” in IFS 08th version Thanks,Ishani

Hi,In Apps 9 I use a table called BUSINESS_OBJECT_REP to extract the Representatives that deal with business objetcs(whether they are the main rep or not).  Can anyone tel me where this information is in APPS 10 now?
