Hi All,I’m looking for an External customer invoice template where tax code is automatically fetched. Is it possible to get the tax code fetched in the same way as it’s possible for the External Supplier Invoice?  I’m not defining any tax information in the file except VAT_CURR_AMOUNT, I could not find a field for Tax Percentage here as I did in the External Supplier Invoice Template.  Anyone having experience with this ?

Hi,I have set of crystal reports and granted the report projection to a permission set. Then attached the permission set to the end user. But when trying to preview the report login from end user it gives below error, The <User> does not have necessary privileges' to run the report. But when I publish the report i can execute it without any problems. It looks like the report is not granted to a specific user. How can i grant this report successfully? is there anything more to do? The report contains only core views and no ial’s are there too. The customer is in cloud 21R2. ThanksRoshanga 

Hi,I have a question regarding attachments panel in mWO. Maybe someone had the same issue and knows the solution.I can see 3 icons in Documents section in mWO attachments. You can see gallery, documents and camera. My colleague can see only 2 icons. We are logged in as the same ifsapp user. We tried also on another user (called mobile1) but there is the same issue. On my iPad there are 3 icons, on his only 2. Also on my colleague’s Android phone there are only 2 icons, so it seems like it’s not device dependent.We checked steps mention in thread MWO Attachment icon not visible | IFS Communitybut in db viewer there are grants.Clearing cache in mWO doesn’t change anything. What can be the reason, why one person cannot see document icon? From application point of view, we are logged in as the same user.. Best regards,Hubert

So a co-worker managed to clone an item on a Direct Transfer. Meaning we have 2 Items with same serial in stock. Is there a way to roll this back?

Does anyone have any suggestions for separating the account number from the description in Balance Analysis? Currently it shows up in one column(account) as 6410-Dues and Subscriptions.  Prior, 6410 was in one column(account) and Dues and Subscriptions was in another column (account description). It is also doing the same thing for code parts.  Both number and description are in one column.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hello all,I have edited the customer invoice and the additional invoice documents and have now included a media file in the additional invoice documents which has generated the swiss QR code.After this customization, both documents suddenly appear twice in the print dialog, but contain the same information.Does anyone have any idea how this could have happened? Regards,Lena

I will create and assign 19 end users an excel migration job that allows them to import purchase requisition lines into IFS from Excel.We have only 1 license for data migration excel add-on in our IFS 10 UPD 12. If I understand correctly, the end users who assigned to run a excel migration job don't need a license. We just need to grant them the permission set "FNDMIG_EXCEL_ADDIN" to run the add-in after they install the Add-on. Please advise if I am missing something.

I am looking for a list of the pages per projection for an entire client install.  Does anyone know a way to get that information?I know I can go to the page and use the debug console to get them one by one, but that would be too time consuming.  Looking for a quicker way to generate the list. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

We have to create a new user-id for a technician.  The old user-id was set to inactive.The technician only has MOBILE license. When completing a task, we set a BR to send email with attachment (a report.  PDF file).Another BR is also setup to attach the report to task when task is completed.  (we have customization to attach report here). After using the new account, the emails by the technician do not contain attachment anymore.On task there is no report attachment either. I have checked to task_attachment, and attachments tables, no record is created by new user-id since it was created. User connects to mobile app using SSO login. The issue doesn’t happen to other technicians. Any idea what to check for this new user-id? Thanks in advance,~Juni 

Is anyone tracking known errors for problems? If so, how are you tracking them? We have just implemented problem management and we have some known errors within our knowledge procedures as ‘workarounds’, however, looking at ways to keep them in an event monitor/database format. Just wanted to reach out here for any ideas.

Hi there!We are running IFS APPS10 in managed cloud and I want to establish the data pipeline to our data warehouse. I want to use the Information Sources for this purpose. While everything that comes with IFS is fine so far I am missing some information that are standard fields (like “Coordinator” in customer order). I have gotten some information on how to add custom attributes to information sources but not how to add additional standard fields to a pre-build information source. Has anyone encountered the same challenge and overcome it? Hi! All,I use IFS 8. Part 288900 ‘s Planning Method was set as B. Then system create PR for it. User change its Planning Method to A on 2022-08-28. Then an INV and Planned PR proposal  which was created on 2022-08-28 live in PR proposal pool always. Users always find it if search PR by Requisitioner INV and Status Planned. It congused user. Is it possible to cancel or delete this PR?Thansk your help in advance!
