Dear All,We are working with one of our customer to rollout the application 9 in country of Romania and we found the translations for various reports in local currency is not available, any idea, can we get the translation file for Romania to import into IFS9 application or how to get the file for import?

Kindly how the inventory part count difference can be controlled by inventory value either in count report or in count per inventory part. I mean not to allow variance greater or less than inventory value value by a specific amount. we are using IFS10 UPD11Thank you and best regards,Bilal Drayi

My company is having an issue. At the moment, we are testing APPS10 with an expected go live date in November. Since testing, with a very limited set of users, we have noticed that some are getting .dll errors for pages they frequent. One day during testing they can see it, the next they can’t. In apps 9, the user could technically cause a .dll error if they cancel out of the download at the bottom when they first go to the page. In 10, there is no cancel button available when downloading the package to view the page (good improvement). We did some testing. While troubleshooting I moved the .dll file that the page was complaining about to a separate folder > went to “download all packages” > IFS realized it was missing 1 package and downloaded it > but we still can’t see the page until we delete everything out of the 2.0 folder. The only help I’ve gotten from IFS is to clear the cache which is essentially the equivalent of an uninstall/reinstall of the instance since it delete

Dear Community, I have a very basic question :) Can someone point me to where I can see the IFS Cloud version I am on? When I go to my Settings I can see the Aurena version I am on - but where in IFS Cloud can I see the IFS Cloud version I am currently on? Thanks!  

I found problem in prepared data for CZ company ATCZECH – default currency is set to USD. And there is no way to change it.Same problem is in ATSLOVAKIA where not existent currency SKK is. Because is not possible to edit that, I cannot change settings via our test data scripts.

I am trying to refresh the test DB with up to date data  (SQL) with the a backup of the PROD DB, however when I restore the DB (either full or files and folders), and then try to connect with the client app it says it cannot find the DB. I am sure it is possible but I must be missing something simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Community,I have configured the part used lookup in mobile to retrieve additional fields from PRODUCT and MODEL_STRUCTURE tables.The issue is that I cannot see all the fields I am trying to show in the UI,This is my query in mobile vs. SQL tool. Identical as far as I can seeI added a specific part id just to demo my issue The results2 fields are missing and NOT showing - product.product_id, product.external_system_id.  Any ideas?Cheers!

Anyone an idea why I don't see the following fields being filled with an amount?I've purchased this engineering part revision (EPR) multiple times. Received and moved the inventory in stock. PO has status Closed, so according to me handled ok. EPR Provide code is Buy.I didn't perform a transfer from the EPR to inventory part, so manually changed the revision on the inventory part to the active EPR revision id.Also after this change, no change on the purchase amounts in the EPR.I've done a couple of cost updates on the EPR. No results.Thanks in advance.

We are using V14.5 HF26 at the moment.We have found that sometimes users are accidentally creating Contract Templates when they select the wrong option when using Save As to copy a contract.  Instead of selecting Contract Quotation, they select Contract Template.All of the users are set with Security that allows them to access Contract Templates but not to create, edit or delete them but this seems to bypass that security and create them anyway.Is there any way to remove that option from the Contract Save As function, or stop it from working?ThanksChris

Hello, Recently part of our staff contacted our team asking for help with contact users telephone numbers. They told us that since the begining of the pandemic a lot of users are working from home and telephone numbers present in assyst are not up to date anymore. We tought of clearing the current data and make telephone number visible and mandatory in event logging forms. However, I could not find a bult-in mechanism to update contact user’s telephone number based after that person just logged a new event with a new value for their telephone number. Is there a bult-in mechanism to enable this or should I customize this?

IFS Cloud:When in HR Schedule there is any change on the availability of the employee belonging to a specific labor class (and the Employee has the check box “Use HR Schedule” enabled”, we can clearly see on the Visual CRP, the result of what has been done in HR Schedule (the availability for that specific labor class is reduced by one day if we have defined a day of vacation for the employee in the HR Schedule), but the work center that is allocated to the operation that cannot be performed by that employee is still loaded. What to do in such case? How to align the work center workload in case when we have only that employee who can perform that job? Is it possible to manually reduce the capacity of the work center? Seems not….seems that the only way is represented by the creation of a calendar and a schedule per each one of the different work centers.Is there anyone who could give me some hint? :)Thx a lot in advance

Currently the selectable date/time fields in assyst defaults to 12:00am in the from date and also 12:00am in the to date field.   Is it currently, or would if be possible in the future for the from and to dates to be pre-set to default to 8am and 5pm respectively to reflect business hours?

Hi,We are fairly new to IFS and still learning. We now have some of our equipment’s that have been disposed off. The Finance Team have processed them to remove from the Service Contracts and Fixed Assets but we are wanting to confirm the best way to remove the Serial Objects.Do we scrap them to remove from Inventory or is there a better Disposal Process to follow to correctly remove these assets as Live Assets in Inventory.Thanks, 

We have two sites for one of our companies. We have employees in the field that can work on work orders or work tasks for either site. I am getting the error that they are not set up at the maintenance org for the newer site. So I went to the resource navigator. He has two employee records - one for each company which checks out (he can do work at both companies as well)He is set up at all three sitesThe problem seems to be that he is only set up at 210 on the maint org as the error statedWe are only allowed one maintenance org per employee from what I can tell. How do I resolve this?

There seems to be a dependency between the two non part usage fields quantity and transaction amount. Has anyone an idea why that is the case, and is there a way to disable this dependency?For example, there appears an error message if a zero is saved in the transaction amount field, that informs that the quantity can not be zero.
