Hi ,can someone please suggest a solution to the below error,thanks in advance. 

I have a problem, when user is triggers sql event action and I don’t have problem when other users or admins trigger the same sql event action.User doesn’t has permission to function in SQL event action, but does he need it?I wondering who is executing sql event action: &AO or user?

Does anyone know if the data entered in steps of a form assistant are saved somewhere? Idea is that after first step is done, a check is build with an event and react upon that with either an error or data is valid and step two maybe executed.Example of an assistant would be: 

Hi all, Currently we have a client that has some pretty complex shift requirements. We have tries to generate the shift patterns using requirements and rules, but have not really got close to the shift patterns required. Having looked into background shift generation, it only works on a set amount of days, but this won’t work due to the shift patterns being different lengths (9 weeks, 8 weeks, 6 weeks and 4 weeks). Has anyone come across a problem like this before and been able to resolve it without using manual Rota generation ?

Hi, When an IMO has material status >= Ship list Open OR >= Pick list Open OR = Pack list Open  the ‘add’ button on IMO is disabled, so you cannot add extra lines and create an second ship, pick of pack list for the new added product. Is it possible by default to add new lines after ship,pick of pack list is open. In v10 it seems it was possible to do this.Can this be a change request if its not possible?Or can this process explaned why this is designed compared with v10.  We are on Version 15.3.4(5) Thanks.Robin

IFS Apps 10.Charges on Supplier for Purchase Part not included in the Part Cost if any option is selected in Distribute Charge ByExample:Distribute Charge By = NULLCost Calculation RunStd Lot Size = 10. Purch Charge on Supplier = 1000/10 = 100.00Change to Distribute Charge Per AmountCost CalculationPurchase Charge on Supplier disappears.This means we cannot use the Distribute Charge By options without the Part Cost being incorrect.Has anyone else come across this?Kind regards,Graham

Hello, In the supplier invoice there is a filed called “Automatic Payment Authorization”. When an invoice is created this field has the same value has the same field in the the Supplier → Invoice → General tab. The description of the “Automatic Payment Authorization” field in the supplier invoice indicates “...the suggested authorization level for individual invoices can be changed manually.” But I did not succeed to change the value of this field. This field takes always the same value as same field in the Supplier → Invoice → General tab. Any idea how to update the “Automatic Payment Authorization” field in the supplier invoice ? Thank you

Hi All,This is IFS APP 10.We had an IP address change and the configuration file contains the IP address instead of the DNS name (server name).We modified the config file but in the installer, still we can see the old IP address.I found below community post and it says to modify the connection string using the Admin Console.IFS APPS10, How configure/change oracle database connection string in IFS Application installer But the application URL is not working to connect with the admin console.Is there any other way to change this connection string or to connect to the admin console?Thank you in Advance.

Hello Community,I am wondering if anyone has had a change to modify the Form Assistant design. I am trying to make a field mandatory within the Sign off of a Guideline when signing off through the Shop Floor Workbench.I have tried using the Page Designer, however it does not impact the Form Assistant itself. Did anyone have any luck or tied this?See below picture for reference of the field i am talking about.

We have a partially invoiced order where we need to remove 2 lines with status Needed (closing the order will remove these, I find). But we also have one line that is Allocated, and I can’t find a way to deallocate it

I am trying to raise a support case via the CEC and it is not working - it has been a good while since I’ve had to use the portal but nothing is working - I can log in but it won’t allow me to view cases (loads are missing) but also I can’t raise a new one. Has something changed? We are still paying our support charges even for Apps9. Help very much appreciated.
