In enterprise setup, I am trying to add a resource group, while selecting company, it does not show me the associated sites. Due to this, I am unable to attach site to the resource group.

Does the user you are logged in as have access to the site? You can check in “Sites Per User”.
On top of this, I am also unable to see test site while creating main organization. Not sure whats the diff between this test site & other sites I created
