In IFS there is three Proforma Invoices.
Does anyone know where Customer Order Pro Forma Invoice (CUST_ORDER_PROFORMA_IVC_REP) is printed from?

You can print Customer Order Pro Forma Invoice from these windows (might be more):
Sales > Shipping > Order Delivery > Print Delivery Note for Customer Orders
Sales > Shipping > Order Delivery > Delivery Note Analysis
A delivery note must exist
