Trying to book manual supplier invoice we get this error message: Field [AUTH_ID] is mandatory for Payment Plan and requires a valueWe had booked many manual invoices for this supplier, without issues.The difference is: this time there are more lines than one.Did anyone face this issue? We cannot find any Payment Plan..Thank you for your help!Regards Martina

Good evening, I am currently working on ways to utilise the Action Processor feature within assyst.I’m having a few issues and have some questions, if anybody could assist that’d be really appreciated. How can I fetch the description of an incident within an action processor rule, I’ve tried EVENT_DESC and EVENT_DESCRIPTION. In addition to the variable required, is there a page in particular that lists all available variables? If a variable doesn’t exist in the (hopefully existing) list mentioned above, is it possible to create them via the Action_Processor_conf- if so, is there a list of in-depth variables to pull from? All assistance is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I am trying to create an ETM Channel to create new Event Builders at Item Level.Fields Usage Type and Event Type are Integers. I tried with value “1” for both fields but it is failing.Can anyone please help me in getting the Usage Type and Event Type values?

Hi ,I have Project ID as a parameter in my lobby .When I leave it blank , it populate ALL records .If I enter a Project ID, it will populate records related to this project. This is all fine until now as I am using this condition   project_id like nvl('$Project$', '%')but now I want to populate all records where Project_id is blank  so I tried to enter !% in my lobby filter but it didn’t return any records.How can I update my condition to return records with project_id =  no value . Thanks

This is one for a Finance or Rental process expert.When there is a receipt of PO rental line, it creates an accrual booking. Posting Type M218.This PO receipt booking can be matched to a supplier invoice.The Rental line PO receipt is therefore similar to inventory / non inventory part "Received not Invoiced" however it does not appear on the standard "Received not invoiced report". Where can we see list of the unmatched Rental PO receipts (Rental GRNI)?

I created a quick report in IFS App 9 and want to schedule it to be sent as a spreadsheet monthly.As per IFS documentation I set up an Application Server Task and a task schedule. Hi Team,when creating CO Lines with two different Supply Codes Invent Order and Purch Order Trans:Than release the order and check the Shipment lines: So the next Step in Shipment Flow should be “Reserve, Create Pick List” and not “Create Pick List” because the second line with Purch Order Transit is not arrived and reserved. When testing same behavior but with both of CO lines with Supply Code “Invent order”: than release and check the shipment lines: → so in this case the next step is correct, the second line is not reserved and I can see It also in the next step.

PM Maintenance Plan Due Date calculation is NOT CLEAR.PM Maintenance plan, next planned value is calculated based on , either(a) The Last Measurement at Maintenance(b) The Predicted Value at Maintenancewhen performed Value Base is YES. The calculation for Planned value is clear using 2 fomulars, but it is not clear how the Due date is calculated.It says, LENEAR REGRESSION is used to calculate the Due Dates of the maintenance plan based on the planned value.we did some testing using some measurements created but linear graph we drawn using Ms.Excel is not matching with the maintenance plan due dates.Does anyone of you know how the Due date is calculated using LENEAR REGRESSION. If you know any equation, please help me. 

Hi All,I’m trying to add a new logical printer to the APP75 application.Defined new printer in Logical Printers I have modified the ifs-printagent-config.xml file with the new printer. Stopped and started print agent service. stopped and added the new logical printer into the ‘Application Server Task - Processing Print Job’ and then started.When I print a report using Order report, I can see a new print job created in the Print Manager window with the status ‘REMOTE_WORKING’.But after a few seconds status will change to ‘ERROR’ status.PDFL Exception: 0x40040007:Could not open the specified printer. I could see the below lines in the log file. How can I verify this printer is connected/ shared correctly?Kindly advise me. Thank you in Advance.

We want to execute a document macro after creating from template. Follwoing procedure is supposed:the document is created with class and format file is copied from template file is checked out macro CREATENEW should be executed!The macro is not executed. When we set up a customer, we assign a Main Representative to the customer.  This representative had visibility only to his customers using the CRM functionality.When we receive an order from the customer, it is entered through our customer service group.  The customer service person who enters the order is set as the Main Representative for this particular order.This means that the Main Representative for the customer has no visibility to the customer’s orders.Is there a way to automatically add the Main Representative on the customer record to any customer orders created for that customer, so they will be able to see the order?

Good day, As we’ve continued to improve the quantity and quality of the application data held in our CMDB, we’ve added additional fields to our Item form. We want to be able to import data to these new fields to support decision making for risky applications, etc.When we upgraded to assyst 11.4.1, we gained the ability to use assystETM, which is great. In looking at the DMW interface, it appears there is no way to create/update customized fields. I am wondering if perhaps I am overlooking something, or if there is another recommended way we can mass import data  (usually as a one time thing to move towards keeping the information updated in assyst). Thanks so much,...Donovan

Hi,Is there a way to enable an advanced search functionality in IFS Cloud MWO app? As an example, to filter the completed time records in the Completed Time tile according to a date range?We can see that the only available search is the framework generated Search box. Any workaround for this?
