We are trying to determine if we need to populate the Destination Warehouse on intersite PO lines. We always populate the Location No used to deliver the parts from an intersite customer order. The reason we are wanting to leave the Destination Warehouse “blank” is so that it doesn’t override the delivery address on the line. Any feedback is appreciated. we are using IFS 9

Can someone please help me with answers to these questions? Does it operate when IFS is down? Does it support lot/batch number?  If so, is that configurable by product center or country/accounting entity? Is a version available with IFS8? Does it require specific scanners or minimum technical specifications? Does it require a specific barcode label printer or does it have minimum technical specifications associated with the barcode label printer?

I am desperately trying to find ANY training material for the Project and Contract Management Module for IFS Cloud please?I have referred to the F1 Learning and E-learning but this does not cover in depth the new functionalities included in IFS cloud, nor does it clearly define the process flow and ‘how to’ execute it in the new interface application. I have registered for these classes on IFS Academy however, there is no material available there either. I have asked multiple other consultants who say they are suffering with the same issue. Is there something which I am missing on how to get this?Is there a new policy restricting partners from obtaining this training material OR does it not exist? PLEASE HELP.  Thank you.

Dear community,I would like to know if someone uses, in IFS Cloud the fields reference number & reference type in the manufacturing routing operations.In fact, we are currently in Apps8 with a pending project of IFS Cloud upgrading and these fields are new notions which did not exist previously. I do not understand really what kind of information can be fulfilled and how they can be used in the manufacturing flow.Thanks in advance for your help

in the IFS , the employee 13177 was using system perfectly and used the expenses sheet page.he is in leave and system display this error message when we open expenses sheet page.I checked his account in the create account page and his account is linked to the personal information. please advise 

Hi, Is there any way to add a sorting parameter to these side bars? IFS doesnt recognize that 2 digits are less than 3 digits   

In FSM Release: 6 Update 17 there is a “generic” image (328?) shown (icon_path is empty, so assuming this is some default image) on the Shortcut menu for several items such as codes, app params, etc. I want to change these to different images in the Image Library. Too many of the same generic image in the Shortcut bar!I went into My Settings, Shortcut_Toolbar/SavedShortCuts, double-clicked the Value field to display all of the XML, and changed the empty images there to image numbers I want to use. I then clicked SAVE, refreshed, refreshed cache, logged out, and logged back in. Unfortunately the XML reverts to the prior XML before my changes were made. I’ve tried to trace whatever is stopping my XML changes from “sticking” but haven’t found the culprit yet. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi All,we have an issue when creating a customer invoice with QR-Code for Switzerland. The QR-code is not generated correctly and therefore it is not readable with Swiss scanning devices.Are we missing any setting/prerequisite ? or has anyone experienced the same issue when creating customer invoices with QR-code?Thanks,Minoli

We created a permission set about a year ago to allow using ManualSupplierInvoiceAssistant. At the time it was able to create and save a supplier invoice. At that time, it was decided not to go forward with using the Aurena screens to enter invoices so it was put aside.Last week we decided to start using it. I tested with the permission and receive the error below when I click the Finish button. We have done a few updates since that initial creation period and are currently at this version:Can anyone provide some suggestions of things to check. to help correct these errors? I have already tried this as a user with full access to all projections and still receive the error.Thanks,Lorraine

Hi all,  I’m trying to load an external supplier invoice with tax and invoice posting lines, but get an error saying “Invoice header does not exist for Invoice No xxxx” Header Line is transferred, same also for Line type ‘I’ - but not tax lines or posting lines. Anyone have an idea what is causing this? RgdsTrine

Good day We started using PSO to schedule tasks yesterday. Everything was working correctly with tasks committing according to the commit rules, and newer tasks coming in and sitting the queue with “Allocated” status. A day later, and a lot of tasks that were allocated became unallocated, even though their SLA is still active, with plenty of room on the schedule to commit these tasks. The Current Allocation Value also changed to zero, where it should not be zero, but have an allocation value in accordance with the SLA. Please see the screenshot below:Previously Allocated task now Unallocated while SLA is still activeAny help with this issue would be appreciated, or any ideas for where to start investigating.

Can anyone advise me how to set the default focus on a dynamic registered tab?the contact log tab in Business activity is dynamically loaded and need to set it as the default focus. Any idea would be appreciated :) 

Where can we configure that an image, added to the Media Library, automatically get ‘Media Print Option’ set to ‘Print’?When we add images to ‘Routing Operation Work Guidelines’, all images are added with ‘Media Print Option’ set to ‘Do Not Print’ - we need to manually toggle this to Print for each image added.However, when adding images to a Non Conformance Report, then the images are added with ‘Media Print Option’ automatically set to ‘Print’.I haven’t been able to find any configuration for this.There are no problems printing the images on the Work instruction when the Media Print Option have been toggled to Print.
