Has anyone had any experience with ZUGFeRD format Invoices?My understanding is that they are essentially PDF/A format documents but I am trying to find out whether IFS Operational Reporting can support them directly.

Hi Experts, Is there a way to access the return values of the Processes in another process in integration?(As same as we use in the mapping tab? {functionname:return value}) Example Process 1 - function - creates a unique identifierProcess 2 - access the value return by the Process 1  I know that we can use some workaround by saving this value to another user def field and accessing it. But the customer wants to check whether there is a direct way to do it. This is not possible as per my understanding.Highly appreciate your feedback on this. Thanks,Hasara

Hi All,we’re runng APP10 UPD8 OnCloud and we get the error HTTP 403 Forbidden when trying to access an API. The API is registered in Aurena. With Postman it works good.What can we do to solve this issue ?Thanks.

My customer informed me that MICR fonts, which are used for printing checks, is not supported in 22R1 and there is no solution or option known at this time.  Has anyone heard this? 

Hello! Please see below error I am receiving when using an M voucher to increase the value of an object. Only codestring elements I can see are department & Product Line and they seem to be in line with the historical transactions. Any other ideas?

Hello!Previously I was able to add custom fields to LU ShopOrd, but now it’s not possible. I think it’s because it’s referring to module “FNDBAS”. I’m not quite sure how it was changed as it’s not defined in the window “Excluded Logical Units”Any thoughts on how to rectify the issue?Best Regards,Bhagya

Hi,In the DSE session > Default we have the Penalty Offset from SLAIn the documentation we have this definition.Penalty Offset from SLA  – This defines when the penalty comes into force. In the session this is a percentage with a range of -100 (negative) to 100 (positive), where 0 means the penalties start at the end of the primary SLA and 100 means that penalties start at the open time. This gives some flexibility if we want to start penalties accruing before the SLA expires, but without having to create artificial SLAs.Could you explain the meaning if it’s set on -100 ? Thanks and Regards

 I would like to navigate the Project window from the lobby element. I can write a quick report to show results but, I would like to show the results on the page.I prepared the query as below. When I navigate with customer_id, it shows the results. Because, there is customer_id column on the screen.  However, I would like to show the lobby element with customer names. So, I can’t navigate with the customer name.  Is there a way to navigate with customer_id while clicking customer names?  Thank you.

Hi all, I am using IFS Release 6, Ver 18.I have a custom Lookup screen. I have added a user_def field as checkbox type in one of the listed columns.  My question is how do I save inputs to this checkbox field from the lookup screen? Inputs meaning, when I check the box.When I click save, I get “no changes to save” message. 

Hi Community We require the ability to pay CAD Supplier Invoices out of our EUR bank account.Our site has GBP setup as the Accounting Currency.When we Create a Payment Order and attempt to change the currency to CAD the below error message is generated and we cannot update the currency in the payment order first pop up box.Currently we can pay CAD Supplier invoices out of our GBP bank account but can’t seem to do this out of EUR bank account.  Is this an IFS restriction by way of core processing - meaning that it isn’t possible for us to do what we require?  I have read another post in the community that deals with a similar situation but that scenario was related to Cash Transfers from one account to another utilizing Mixed Payments. Can someone confirm if what we are attempting to do is doable or not? Any information would be much appreciated! Thanks A

Hi Experts,There is a requirement from customer that they need to rollback the entire transaction if any issue occurs during the transaction. Example - Inbound integrationCreate task/place/requestIssue occurred during place creation. Roll back task, request also with the place entity rollback process They need to rollback whole parent/child creation/update if any issue is occurred during the inbound integration phase.Any idea about this? Thanks and regards,Hasara

New to doing DocMan in a Cloud environment.What would a user be unable to perform with the Aurena Agent not installed, i.e. can most functionality (create, edit, check-in, view) be done without it?Asking as I am expecting a customer to not have the address info required for running the MSI installation, and unable to configure any User Settings. 

We have a users trying to schedule a report in IFS 9. The user cannot see the specific report when searching for it under “Report to Schedule”. I believe that it is a permission issue for that user. Where in a permission set would I got to give permission to a report?  

Hi,We are in a process of setting up DOP and we believe basic data setup is fine as we set the default supply type of the manufactured part as DOP (In Planning Data tab of Inventory Part window). Idea is to manufacture Top Part MYO-00120-A using couple of manufactured parts including some raw materials (purchase parts).However, when we released the DOP, it does not create shop orders or purchase orders automatically.  Why shop order details are not shown in RMB option or shop orders do not get created? Also Purchase Orders are not generated too. But it shows inventory reservation for Top Part MYO-00120-A.Can you please advise whether we have missed any setting? Thank you!

I would like to have an Inventory Part overview window with columns like:Site Part Code Part Description Planning Method Safety Stock Lotsize etc.Does IFS Cloud have such an overview or do I need to create a Quick Report or likewise to view this information?I know there is MRP Part Information, but that is a 1 record window and not an overview
