Hi All, I would like to push data from a custom table to the mobile. I created a sync rule with a extract rule.Set a Frequency on the sync rule, but nothing is getting pushed and the app isn’t updated.I have to push the sync now button, in order the push the data. Is there a way to send the data to mobile on a frequent base, without a update trigger?

can we return the goods to supplier that has already  been received in our inventory?

We are currently running 21R1. When i go to Supply Chain and Manufacturing Postings Analysis, we have several transactions that have a status of 2 - Completed but not transferred.  I am transferring transactions (specifically Processing Transactions) for shop orders.  The background job shows that the job has been run and posted.  I then go to Update GL vouchers and I can see L and T1 transactions.  However, they don’t appear to be posting.  they disappear and the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Postings Analysis  is still showing a status of 2. Some transactions from the same date have transferred without issue and I don’t see any differences except for the employee.  Any suggestions on what may be going on?  I’ve looked everywhere I can think.

Hi all, I try to create a supplier payment with the information of the QR payment slip and and the very helpful community posts. Hey all, I am trying to make an API call in Astea to retrieve all items that match a certain criteria. Hi, How can we most efficently define the time a part needs to dry, but when it is drying it should not be counted as capacity on that work center? We paint a part, and after painting it needs to dry for 1 hour before we can continue with the next operation. However, the drying phase does not take capacity on the painting workcenter. So it should be added to the total lead time, but not take any capacity. We thought of queue time, but that’s for the workcenter itself. Drying time depends on the part.Making another workcenter to dry seems a bit overkill, so I wonder if anyone has another idea? Thanks!Merten

Hi, I have a Process Flow that is execute when a event occurs.The Flow adds a new line to the order_change_log, See API for to add line in Trans log | IFS Community How do i get the current datetime to fill the creation_datetime field in the API inside the Process Flow or API action? I know i can change the Process Flow from execute when a event occurs to Periodic Data Query, and get the current datetime from de SQL, but i want to use the executer when event occurs. Thanks,Robin

Dear All, I need to populate some specific selected global code values in a drop down fields in web client.  Lets say in Global code I have code values likeCode_Value1,Code_Value2,Code_Value3,Code_Value4 Some time I need to display  Code_Value1, Code_Value2  and some time Code_Value2, Code_Value3,Code_Value4.  Can anybody help me on this to achieve the same. In Mobile there is a populatelistQuery  function . Hello  All I have an issue in Aurena for select people :Human Capital Management > My Self-Service > My Time and Attendance > My Time Registration - Grid ViewWhile trying to navigate  to previous  or next week I get a “Server Error” for /ifsapplications/projection/v1/TimeRegistrationEmployeeHandling.svc/LoadEmpData  Drilling in, it’s telling me {"error":{"code":"ODATA_PROVIDER_ERROR","message":"An internal server error occurred. Contact administrator.","details":[{"code":"HTTP_METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED","message":"HTTP method 'GET' not allowed for this resource."}]}}Could it be  a permission error (this user has the same permissions as the rest of us)? Community, we have an issue, that we see lots of the supplier invoice final posted by IFSAPP.  our final posting is done by AP staff manually. so in the voucher side, we should see exact user ID instead of IFSAPP.just wondering why this is happening. attached the one sample screenshot.

One of my customers works with booking hours against projects. I was wondering if it is possible for the external resources to book hours in IFS, while they don't have a user id in IFS.They work with project teams (for their internal employees) to book their hours.I know that in some situations the supervisor for the temporary employee fills in their time registrationSo hours for Marc are not entered by Marc but his supervisor.However, I think it is more efficient if Marc could book his hours him self. Any option to do that?

I have created a custom event that fires off a deferred (Transaction_SYS.Deferred_Call) background job that needs to execute as IFSAPP. Rather then user Impersonate User option, any idea how I can run this background job as IFSAPP (rather then the user)...

Hi everyone,I’m looking for some help with lot numbering relating to the production process. Our client makes products using an injection mold.The lot number for molded parts is the date they were pressedThe molded parts are further processed (at a later date) into a finished good for sale. However, the customer requires the pressed date from the mold remain as the lot number for the finished good. Is there a way for the shop order that creates the finished good to ‘inherit’ the lot number from the component? The FG product structure is quite simple with the molded part as the only component.  Thank you

HI we encounter the following  :our customer changed his Alliance URL to connect to the V15.4SU2 test environment by using the new URL the map is not loaded in the astea browser dispatch console and in the web employee portal too.the new URL have been registered to be authorized by google  by Erik but we still have the issue. I have only been able to capture the error in the web employee portal in the astea borwser i don’t know where to find the error (it looks to me there is still an issue on registration but not sure..)thanks for your feedback

Hi Community, Normally If we open a web page in My Start Page in App10, its trying to open the web page inside the IEE client. (It ask to install the plugin for different browser). Hi All,Having a strange issue I haven’t encountered before. We have a new employee and his start date was put in wrong. Was supposed to be April 11th and the 20th was selected. I have changed this in every single place I can thing of and the week of the 11th when I search his employee ID I get “no data found”. The week of the 18th works just find and pulls his time card. Does anyone know why I can’t get this week to show up?
