PM Maintenance Plan Due Date calculation is NOT CLEAR.PM Maintenance plan, next planned value is calculated based on , either(a) The Last Measurement at Maintenance(b) The Predicted Value at Maintenancewhen performed Value Base is YES. The calculation for Planned value is clear using 2 fomulars, but it is not clear how the Due date is calculated.It says, LENEAR REGRESSION is used to calculate the Due Dates of the maintenance plan based on the planned value.we did some testing using some measurements created but linear graph we drawn using Ms.Excel is not matching with the maintenance plan due dates.Does anyone of you know how the Due date is calculated using LENEAR REGRESSION. If you know any equation, please help me. 

Hi All,I’m trying to add a new logical printer to the APP75 application.Defined new printer in Logical Printers I have modified the ifs-printagent-config.xml file with the new printer. Stopped and started print agent service. stopped and added the new logical printer into the ‘Application Server Task - Processing Print Job’ and then started.When I print a report using Order report, I can see a new print job created in the Print Manager window with the status ‘REMOTE_WORKING’.But after a few seconds status will change to ‘ERROR’ status.PDFL Exception: 0x40040007:Could not open the specified printer. I could see the below lines in the log file. How can I verify this printer is connected/ shared correctly?Kindly advise me. Thank you in Advance.

We want to execute a document macro after creating from template. Follwoing procedure is supposed:the document is created with class and format file is copied from template file is checked out macro CREATENEW should be executed!The macro is not executed. Instead the file is only opened. When we set up a customer, we assign a Main Representative to the customer.  This representative had visibility only to his customers using the CRM functionality.When we receive an order from the customer, it is entered through our customer service group.  The customer service person who enters the order is set as the Main Representative for this particular order.This means that the Main Representative for the customer has no visibility to the customer’s orders.Is there a way to automatically add the Main Representative on the customer record to any customer orders created for that customer, so they will be able to see the order?

Good day, As we’ve continued to improve the quantity and quality of the application data held in our CMDB, we’ve added additional fields to our Item form. We want to be able to import data to these new fields to support decision making for risky applications, etc.When we upgraded to assyst 11.4.1, we gained the ability to use assystETM, which is great. In looking at the DMW interface, it appears there is no way to create/update customized fields. I am wondering if perhaps I am overlooking something, or if there is another recommended way we can mass import data  (usually as a one time thing to move towards keeping the information updated in assyst). Thanks so much,...Donovan

Hi,Is there a way to enable an advanced search functionality in IFS Cloud MWO app? As an example, to filter the completed time records in the Completed Time tile according to a date range?We can see that the only available search is the framework generated Search box. Any workaround for this?

Hi,I am working with Aurena and need to add a command or some kind of hyperlink that opens a PDF file from an online storage drive . The problem is that the instruction navigate checks and opens only URLs that start with http:// or https:// and I need it to open a URL that starts with file:///. How do I customize a command so it will open a URL like that? Or do I have some other option to achieve this?

Hello Community,I was trying to connect IFS Business Reporter to the IFS cloud and I got the following error after entering the URL in Connect To field and clicking OK,in Connect To: field I entered https://<server_domain>:<port>  -Error with Port When I entered only https://<server_domain>/, without the port, then I got the following error -Error without entering Port​​​​​It is our internal training environment and I see invalid certificate also when I login to the IFS - I doubt if the IAM Client has something to do with this so I created the IAM Client also -IAM Client Setup We are on IFS Cloud 22R1 and have installed the Business reporter add-on from the IFS landing page only (using the MSI installer). Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, We have a scenario where, the mobile users will have to create new work from mobile, when assignments are not available in my work list. In Apps 10 MWO , there was a separate tile called New Work, so from there it was possible to create new work irrespective of the existence on work assignments in mobile.Do you know are we going to get this functionality in the future for the cloud mwo app, or do you have any workaround for this scenario. Thank you very much!

Hi, Please, can someone advise me how to add LoV while ordering Business Report in IFS Client. For one parameter there is no list of values and I don't know why.  If I check the dimension for this parameter in Dimension Item Details I see this set up.   Is it publishing Info window where I should set something to get LoV in Client.  Anyone any Idea ? Thank you Martin Gestinger

Hi all,I’m running into an issue in which the Serial Object Warranty badge is indicated as ‘No’, however if you select the ellipsis and select Warranty, you will indeed see a Supplier and/or a Customer Warranty has been set-up.  This behavior is visible on the Serial Object as well as the Equipment Object Navigator.Process Steps:Receive Part with a Warranty Template defined (i.e. 1 year) Deliver this part to a Customer with SM Object creation specified on the Sales Part Navigate to either Serial Object or Equipment Object NavigatorHere is issue I see:  Is there something missing from the set-up?Thanks.
