For payroll reason we are trying to find a way to lock out any changes made to entered times after payroll has been exported. We are looking at the Transferred status on the timecards and there is little to no information. Does anyone have any advise or information?

Hi,I am working with Aurena and need to add a command or some kind of hyperlink that opens a PDF file from an online storage drive . The problem is that the instruction navigate checks and opens only URLs that start with http:// or https:// and I need it to open a URL that starts with file:///. How do I customize a command so it will open a URL like that? Or do I have some other option to achieve this?

Hello Community,I was trying to connect IFS Business Reporter to the IFS cloud and I got the following error after entering the URL in Connect To field and clicking OK,in Connect To: field I entered https://<server_domain>:<port>  -Error with Port When I entered only https://<server_domain>/, without the port, then I got the following error -Error without entering Port​​​​​It is our internal training environment and I see invalid certificate also when I login to the IFS - I doubt if the IAM Client has something to do with this so I created the IAM Client also -IAM Client Setup We are on IFS Cloud 22R1 and have installed the Business reporter add-on from the IFS landing page only (using the MSI installer). Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, We have a scenario where, the mobile users will have to create new work from mobile, when assignments are not available in my work list. In Apps 10 MWO , there was a separate tile called New Work, so from there it was possible to create new work irrespective of the existence on work assignments in mobile.Do you know are we going to get this functionality in the future for the cloud mwo app, or do you have any workaround for this scenario. Thank you very much!

Hi, Please, can someone advise me how to add LoV while ordering Business Report in IFS Client. For one parameter there is no list of values and I don't know why.  If I check the dimension for this parameter in Dimension Item Details I see this set up.   Is it publishing Info window where I should set something to get LoV in Client.  Anyone any Idea ? Thank you Martin Gestinger

Hi all,I’m running into an issue in which the Serial Object Warranty badge is indicated as ‘No’, however if you select the ellipsis and select Warranty, you will indeed see a Supplier and/or a Customer Warranty has been set-up.  This behavior is visible on the Serial Object as well as the Equipment Object Navigator.Process Steps:Receive Part with a Warranty Template defined (i.e. 1 year) Deliver this part to a Customer with SM Object creation specified on the Sales Part Navigate to either Serial Object or Equipment Object NavigatorHere is issue I see:  Is there something missing from the set-up?Thanks.

Hi, how can we create all pick lists for shop orders of the same DOP? In create shop order pick lists we have the option to filter on Project, but I don’t see the same option for DOP? Thank you!

HI, logging into the time clock, my user can not register a shop order. In the application I can book a shop floor clocking? I can use the time function to start my work.  

We are close to going live and are working through various permissions. At the moment we are trying to get the option to export out of Report Archive to work and I am failing miserably. First the “Export” button wasn’t active (greyed out)then I magically got that to work; however, we would get an error that indicated “The File Cannot be Created” Can anyone tell me what I need to grant to make this work as designed.

According to the  documentation an azure notification hub needs to be created for this.  The customer would like to know the pricing tier to choose for this. Would the free pricing tier suffice? When new Lobby page is created, user cannot se it without granting page to the user.We need to use the workaround given which is ,1. Log on as end user with permission to create Lobby (projection LobbyConfiguration, lobbyDatasourceConfiguration, and LobbyElementConfiguration are granted to end user permission set)2. create new Lobby page3. directly after save, an error is presented: "Cannot load Page"4. go to "Permission Set" details page, add this new lobby page to permission set that the end user have5. back to Lobby overview and try to find this new Lobby page - still same error ( "Cannot load Page")6. log off and log on again7. This new lobby page is now available and you can add elements to it8. (did not tested to create new element and use it directly, will probably end up in same problem until this new element is granted) Will there be a fix in the future release to replace this workaround ? if so when will it be .

I am having an issue with an employee time not able to be completed and authorized.  I am getting the message that the Unprocessed days may not be authorized for the employee.  The clockings have all been manually entered and have an in and an out.  But I am still getting this message.  Any help would be welcomed.

Does anyone know how to make a parameter mandatory? By default they are all optional. Also, is there a way to set a default value for a parameter? Lastly, is there IFS documentation or a manual on details like this? I’ve seen IFS pages that have general  info, but nothing on technical details like the above or what else is doable/possible. I have created an lobby element which shows me which sub contract valuations are certified but not paid. The issue I am having is it will not allow me to add an alias on the view and I am 99% sure you was able to do this.For example, here is my definition and I want to add the alias ‘a’ so it knows in my select statement to use the sub_con_no and valuation_no from the subval_invoice_details view.I am using ifs apps 10, update 15. Thank you

We are using Apps 10 UPD15 - I have run the Group consolidation successfully however I now see some of the Inter Company Elimination Rules were historically set up incorrectly.  I have ROLLED Back all Consolidations for ALLyears and have tried to Delete these InterCompany Elimination Rules however I revived the below error.  Why do these consolidation elimination transactions still exist when all Consolidation Status has been rolled BACK  How can this be resolved ?  There is another historical Consolidation Structure which has NOT been rolled back could this be the reason these “Consol Inter Comp Balance”  exist?  The Basic Data for Intercompany Eliminations Rules is GLOBAL for the GRO CON MODULE? Could this be enhanced to include a check box / pull down item to select which Consol Structure each elimination Rule applies to ?
