Using App10 AurenaI created a Permission to Create and Attach Documents.  I granted DOCUMENT_ATTACHMENT, DOCUMENT_ATTACHMENT_VIEWER (just to be through), DOCUMENT_EXPLORER, MEDIA_LIBRARY and MEDIA_LIBRARY_ARCHIVE to itI open a page, populate the records, click on ‘Attachments’ and I get the “No Access” message.  Click OK and the Attachment functions are available, and I can view and create attachments.  Close and Open Attachments again and the “No Access” message does not appear.If I leave the Attachments open and select another record on the Page, the “No Access” message appears.  Click OK and I have access to the record. If I select the previous record I don’t get the “No Access” message.  If I select the second record again I don’t get the “No Access” message.  This will continue to happen for each ‘new’ record I select as long as I leave the Attachments open.If I close the Attachments and select another record I don’t get the “No Access” message but if I open the Attachments on the

Why is Print Order Confirmation menu option greyed out? We have thousands of customers in setup in IFS but we have one customer that we can’t print order confirmations for any of their orders. The option is greyed out. What can cause this? How do we enable ‘Print Order Confirmation’? Thank you,We use APPS10 UPD11  

I’m having an issue where we’ve reactivated an employee after leaving.  When they go into work bench and type their employee number in returns that the Employee is expired.I have all of the dates with his new hire set that I can find and the expire all the way out to 12/31/9999.Where does this get changed so this employee can log into work bench? 

Dear community,I try to make the context menu "Supply Chain Order Analysis" visible in customer order.Although the screen "Supply Chain Customer Order Analysis" is granted the context menu is inactive.  

Good morning,I am unable to add a work type to an existing Work Order. A message stating : 'work type can not be changed when one or more posting rows are transferred to customer order'At present the Work Type field is blank.Can you advise how I can rectify this?Thank youDave

We have a matrix organisation structure and have recently moved to Aurena from IEE  (Apps 10 UPD 12.)When we look at the assigned employees tab of the Org Unit we see multiple duplicate lines of the first employee.I scroll down and clicked “More” twice and still the first employee - so 72 rows at this point.Has anyone seen this before?I’ve raised a ticket but it renders this screen unusable for the HR team who have to revert to IEE. 

We are currently on IFS Apps10 UPD6.  When we originally implemented IFS at Apps8 SP1+, we made the decision to setup Document Management to be stored in the Oracle database. When we upgrade to Apps10, we moved our quote process into IFS.   With that and other changes, we are seeing significant DB growth, which is mainly due to the number of documents we are storing in Doc Man.  Feedback from our IT team is it’s taking noticeably longer to back up Oracle and to refresh our development environments from Production.   I’m starting to thing about moving our doc man repository out of Oracle.   Looking for guidance / words of wisdom / lessons learned Does anyone have experience to share moving document management out of the Oracle database Pros/Cons for the different doc man repository options? Do we lose functionality if we move out of Oracle? At what point would you consider an Oracle database to be “too big”?

Hi,  I have this problem trying to refer to a column in the tab in a readonly - select - Custom Field.I’m trying to add a Custom Field to GenLedVoucherRow LU. I want to refer to a column in the table, gen_led_voucher_row_tab that I know is there and I can query for it on the database.I refer to it in Arguments section in Create CF wizard as    t.COLUMN_NAMEThis should refer to the COLUMN_NAME in the underlying table. But it says there is no such column in the table.I’m wondering if they refer to gen_led_voucher_row_tab or gen_led_voucher_row_cft as the underlying table since it is clear that the column I want is not in the cft. Thanks in advance!

Hello,Is possible set up a lobby element to have more than one value for a lobby parameter in Apps10 IE.An example would be where a user wants to see shipping information for two Sites and wants to enter those sites in the Lobby Parameter.I think the answer is ‘No’ but I want to make sure.Thank you in advance

We are using V14.5A common issue we get is that people, having quoted current prices in a Field Quotation, then turn that into a Service Order but when they come to invoice, if the price book was since updated, they get the new prices, not those quoted.  This is a particular problem at the end of the year when prices are update for the next year.We cannot set the “Quote Type” to “Fixed” because the final invoice is often different to as quoted (i.e. the quote could include 3 parts but only one gets used in the final repair).When preparing to invoice, if we click on the “Display Prices” button, you can immediately see the prices change but even if you do not click that button, the prices will change when you click to invoice anyway.Is there any setting we can change so that when we invoice, the prices used are those from the quotation and not the latest prices from the PriceBook?  Or any other suggestion.ThanksChris

Steps –Customer order created. Release, reserve and pick the customer order. This was done through both EE and on WaDaCo. Same outcome. Deliver the order, and then check the background jobs and gives the below error.     Even though IFS has a warning the order does still get a delivery note number.

Dearsin our system , in manual supplier invoice , this error repeated many times in short times. the setup of supplier/tax withholding /reporting was blocked , but suddenly, all supplier data was changed  to Report Income/Withhold please advise . thanks in advance

Hi,We have implemented SSO with IFS 10 (UPD13). Go live date was the 25th of April this year.Every time users want to login they click in an IFS shortcut in their desktop and then the Microsoft office pop up message appears asking them to pick up an account (please see screenshot below).Do you know if there is anyway to avoid this Microsoft pop up windows to appear, so that users get straight away into IFS?Many thanksMiguel

Hi, after creating a customer order , releasing it, going to the quick order flow screen and reserving stock via manual reservation then create a picklist we then move to Wadaco to complete the picking. We enter the order no, part no, loc no, barcode no then we are asked the quantity which is autofilled with the reservation qty. When we click save we get an error ‘picking failed due to insufficient available stock. This stock has an availability control on it. If we remove this, it works. When we try the same picking on EE with the same availability control it works and pick completes. Attached some screen shots of the issue. Many thanks for your support

Hi,I remember this parameter USER_DEFAULT_COORDINATOR was working fine when using it as default filter parameter for lobbies:  USER_DEFAULT_SITE is working fine. Any idea what might be the problem or did I use the wrong parameter to fetch the default coordinator?Default Coordinator in User per Site has been defined. Thanks!  

Hi, I am trying to create an Event Action that sends an email. I am wondering if there is a way to set up “Contidions for performing this action” with an OR-statement?Let’s say I want to trigger the event action when WORD=HEY OR WORD=HO, but not if WORD is something else. Regards,

Does anyone have any suggestions on what is needed for Status codes 3-5 to appear on my Cash Plan? It appears on my Cash Flow Analysis but not on the Cash Plan.  Thank you for any information provided.
