Hello. I am trying to set a variable in an ETM data mapper based on whether an external bond exists or not. Below is my expression to set the variable to either true or false (the assyst resource for the mapper is Contact User):if (outbound.self) {        if (! outbound.self.bonds.externalIdentifier) {        false;    }else{        true;    }}else {    false;}With my test data, I know that the bond does exists, so I believe this should be evaluating to true. However, no matter if the bond exists or not in the ips_bond table, this expression always evaluates to false.I have tried just using outbound.self.bonds.externalIdentifier and outbound.self.externalIdentifier to bring back the identifier in the variable instead of setting it to true/false, but it always evaluates to null.The wiki is not clear on how this value can be used.We are running ETM 1.6 and assyst 11.4.1.Any help appreciated.Thanks,Duncan

Hi,When enetering a new customer order line and selecting F8 for a list of Sales Part No’s is it possible to restrict the list of available Parts by a list specific for the Customer, rather than all available Sales Parts? 

I am having issues being able to grant access to be able to print MRB report to users. They have full access to the MRB cases screen (Mrbcaseshandling). They receive this message however, “You are not allowed to execute the report” As IFS app, I can select the print MRB Report tab and it opens a screen called Report Format and Output, but the projection for the debug console still shows MRBCasesHandling. So I am not sure how to find the projection that needs granted to be able to access the Print MRB Report tab.Any suggestions/help would be appreciated! 

Is there a way I can add a document to a folder at Craete Document? Otherwise, I have to start from a folder or add a document later to a folder.

Hello,we are using IFS10 version, update 5, soon going to update 8.Actually trying to solve issue with access for employees who should be able to create and confirm an employee expense on behalf of another employee.I was able to set up access for Person X to have possibility to create expense on behalf of the Employee Y from Company B. I have used Supervisor access setup screen, assigning to Person X access to position ID  of Employee Y from Company B. The Person X is able to create and confirm created expense, but also is able to Approve the expense which is not needed. The Employee Y having default Self-Access Role assigned in Employee’s Assignemnt, including attribute for Self_access on Travel Expense. The attribute contains record with definition of possible values (Old/New) for EXPENSE status.Even the attribute EXP_REF_NO_AUTH contains possibility to have new value in EXPENSE_STATUS Approved, Employee X is not able to approve his/her own Expense. Version: 22R2 When creating a project Invoice, Project Invoice header is not populated with Project ID. The filed reflect as a list of values and it enable us to select the project ID.Is this a Bug. If this is not a bug how can we make it automatically selected.  

Hi Team,Please, is there a way to manually record depreciation and have it appear correctly recorded in the Fixed Assets book?An example could be partial damage to the asset.  Eg  20% of value.I can record additional depreciation through a voucher for a specific object but it does not appear in the depreciation book or in the Object Balance AnalysisRegards

Hi there,I was just wondering what the purpose is of the procedure Application_Search_Sys.Sync_Index__.We have 70 scheduled tasks set up to run this procedure every 30 minutes over various search domains. Hello, After the upgrade to 23R1 SU4 I have noticed a strange error when I tried to upload a new logo in Report Images.The .gif file is 35 kb in size, so it’s not too big. Now after that the system won’t even load the data in the screen. It will always show this error message.Also when I debug this, I don’t get any API call in error. https://***-uat.ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ReportImagesHandling.svc/ReportLogoSet?→ I get info on 2 logos and then nothing.Any ideas if this is a bug in 23R1?

Hi All,We are trying to upload the credit card transactions using External file upload.       As of now the credit card statement does not have the credit card number and only the name. In order to overcome this, we have entered a IF_ELSE conditions for the system to pick up the card number according to the name.With the current setup the system is accepting uploading of transactions when there is only one condition for CARD_NO                 We need to have multiple number of conditions for the CARD_NO field to accommodate to include all the cardholder’s names and numbers. This is required since the credit card statement will be common one for all the company credit card owners. A Sample of how the conditions will look like is below.              When there is more than one condition IF_ELSE condition the system is not accepting the transactions from external file upload even the one which it accepted before. Please let me know on how to overcome this issue. Best Regards,Dharshan.

Hello All, A customer is asking the following:“I have a Purchase Order that was partially received, where on the Purchase Order can I see the “Remaining Quantity” that is to be received from the vendor?” The only solution I have found is the “Purchase Receipts History” window and the “Receipts” window shows how many were originally ordered and how many were already received. With some basic math I can figure out many are remaining to be received. This seems like basic functionality to view the “Remaining Quantity” on a Purchase Order. Hi All,When we are performing currency revaluation process, two vouchers will be created. For example, when we run the currency revaluation on 31/10/2023 , reversal voucher will be created on 31/10/31 and new voucher will be created to 1/11/2023. This is for the month end transactions. How it will be like when we run the currency revaluation at year end. Does the system has new voucher for new financial year? What will be the impact of currency revaluation for the new financial year.

I am having some trouble setting up the environment where I can carry forward PTO future dated.  In the absence limit year I have set up the PTO Balance type limit and the PTO carry forward Balance limit for 2023.  However when I attempt to test by inserting absences for the 2023 year the remaining balance does not carry forward to the 2024 year.  I would like to be able to set a PTO balance of 80 hours for the 2023 year and insert 60 hours of absence to see if the remaining balance will add to the carry over when I attempt to enter absences in the 2024 year.  Does anyone know if I am able to set up carry forward for the future and see the balances or does the carry forward only apply to the previous year?
