Hello, I am loading an external file containing Customer Invoice information, and am using the STDCIN2 file template to load the invoices. I have included both ‘CURR_AMOUNT’ and ‘NET_CURR_AMOUNT’ fields in the template. After loading the Invoice file and attempting to check, the system displays the error message “Invoice Amount in Accounting Currency does not match Posting Amounts for Item No 1.” Although, both line and posting amounts are similar. Please refer to the below screenshots. The Error:(Please note that the Customer ID above is masked intentionally) Customer Invoice Line Information: Customer Invoice Posting Information: Kindly request to provide an explanation for the reason for this behavior and any possible remedies to be done to load the invoice properly. Hi Experts;when I Print a Customer Invoice for a customer order, the status does not Change to “PostedAuth” (Status Changes to “Printed” now)I check “Customer invoice with errors” and see blow error: “ORA-20105: Invoice.ACCERROR1: Error (20105: Invoice.DOMBALANCE: The difference in Accounting Currency for the Invoice XXXXXXXX has exceeded the limit 2) occurred while booking Invoice CD XXXXXXX” how can I Fix that Error and why this error has happened? ( there are anothe invoice for the same customer order but those do not have any problem)thanks.

I am struggling finding exactly how to grant document attachemtnt o a permissions set in Aurena. I personally have the option as I have Full access in Aurena I have read articles that indicate the need to add the DocReferenceObjectAttachmentHandling projection. for Document attachments and for media grant the MediaLibraryAttachmentHandling projection; however, when I search for this specific projection to add to the permission set in question I get a result of (No Data)  Any help on this bit would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,We would like to understand if lobby screens are used or not used by users. Is it possible to understand when a user uses a lobby screen last time? Do users use any lobby? Quick Report has a log table. So, we can get this information. However, we need to do this for lobbies.Thanks.

Hi Experts,  Cash transactions prior to a specific date are not visible in automatic transaction matching screen. Those transactions are already matched. But those transactions should be visible once the ‘exclude matched’ check box unticked. I checked in back-end. Transactions are available in back end. This issue was in Apps9 and Recently customer moved to IFS cloud. The same issue exists as it is in cloud also. ** This issue exists for all cash accounts they are using.  Can someone help to resolve this issue? Thanks, in advanced! 

Hi All,I would like to know if the document names in Business Opportunity window can be changed when sending file via email in Aurena.As I see from the Document Revision window, all the documents get downloaded in the format of ‘Document title (Document class-Document No-Document Revision-Document Revision)’. But customer wants to change the naming of the documents in Business Opportunity window to the format of ‘Business Opportunity No-Revision No’.I would like to know if this is feasible just for Business Opportunity window in Aurena?Look forward to hear from you all!Thank you

Hello everyone, We would like to make the absence “Maternity Leave” displayed on the time card details on week-end  for the employees that have a schedule where Saturday and Sunday are non working days.In fact, when we do the set up as “calendar days” for this absence type, The number of days are OK in “absence calendar”  but the absences is not displayed on saturday and sunday on Time Card Details.Version : IFS CloudCould you please help on this topic,Thanks in advance,Caëlla

Hi,As shown in the image 01, this is how it appears in general in aurena, the drop down of the employee information stripe in 'My New Expense sheet’. However, for some users, Company and Employee fields do not appear but the employee field only (image 02). Our dispatchers use 2 main methods to assign work - the dispatch console, and the service order info page. On the dispatch console, when you attempt to assign an activity to a technician that does not have the required skills to service an activity, an info prompt appears to notify the dispatcher.However, that same validation doesn’t seem to take place when assigning the activity from the service order module. We receive a prompt that “you’re overriding DSE function”, or 'SA already has something scheduled at this time, are you sure”, but not whether or not the technician has the required skills, which is the most important for our use case.Is there a configuration to enable this validation on the service order page? (operating on version 15.1)

Hello everyone.  I am hoping someone can give me some suggestions for how to resolve this conflict.  Our manufacturing process is a conveyor belt line.  The first machine does task 1 and the product goes down a conveyor to a second machine that performs task 2, then on to the conveyor belt again until it reaches another machine for a 3rd task.  Then further down the conveyor belt the product is packaged at the final work station. We have these set up as operations within our route, and each operation has a unique work center.The production team reports scrap at the operation level to allocate the correct cost at time of scrap.  They also report labor at the operation level and use for productivity measures.  This has worked great for the production team, but our planning team is downloading files and planning outside of IFS.Our planning team would like to be able to schedule within IFS, but they would like to do so using a single bar in either APB or VP, without the spaghetti effect or

In Sweden we have a small number of suppliers that invoice us and have short payment term (some government fees, bank charges etc), for which we are eligible to pay, even though we might feel that the fee is incorrectly calculated (we then have to raise a case with the entity after the fact to have it changed). The pay term can be quite short (10 or 20 days).These invoices sometimes are not approved and authorized in time to be paid on the due date, with significant late payment fees as a result.Is it possible to set up a supplier (for example a government agency like Transportstyrelsen) so that invoices to that supplier will be included in a payment proposal even though it is not finally authorized?

Hi, Is it possible in the Alerts (scheduling) to set alerts for activity status = 307 or 300 or 310 and to display them in the dispatch console. For example if you want to display an alert for activity with status 307 for 1H hour or more than 1 hour ? In our tests, we can’t display alerts in the web dispatch console if the status is “affected” to a SA. Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi, One of our stores has been closed for a while due to unexpected events and this has a big impact on the demand. I don´t know for how many monts it will be closed. I don´t want this to affect the forecast prognosis. What can I do in Demand Planner to ignore these periods ?Can I just copy the historical forecast to adjusted demand?Or can I use the movable holiday function, or maybe some other function?

Hello We have many instances where we ship material to our internal companies - the business are trying to avoid having to correct or adjust the IFS transactions with a manual entry to reverse the Material Overhead added to the cost of the purchased part. I have looked using the part specific functionality, but the business does not wish to use alternative parts for this process - All help is very very much appreciated.  Kind RegardsPaula

Hi All,In IFS Cloud when a Supervisor was checking the clocking details of the subordinates who are reporting to him directly has found that the “Clocking” window not only shows the subordinate’s clocking details but all employees’ clocking details are available in the window. Is this a permission Issue? or is this the way this window works?   Regards,Nuwanthika
