I am unable to configure Project Budget for Project Time Registration and Project Cost Registration (Personal and Non-Personal Cost).
Is Project budget controls Procurement related transactions only? Or am I missing some sort of setup.

Hi
Yes, you can only control project procurement transactions against the project budget. It would be very much helpful if we would have the option to control budget on other project transactions as well.
You can post this as an idea in community and hopeful IFS may considered this in future releases.
