Hi,I am trying to use the IFS SOAP Gateway with JSON format in IFS Cloud 23R1, however I am struggling to set the Application Message Header attributes correctly. Using XML format I am able to send the Header values (Sender/Receiver/Type/Function) as part of the Header in the SOAP_IFS envelope: Using JSON format it does not matter what I send the application message in IFS is created without the Header attributesThe above JSON is pure guess as I don`t know how IFS expect the Header attributes to be sent. Hi,We are using IFS Aurena version. One of our employees is going to be submitting a similar expense sheet every month for the foreseeable future. I was trying to find, if there is an easy way in Aurena just like IEE to either "copy/duplicate" a past expense sheet or save as a template or any other method to call up a past expense sheet.  Please advise. Kind RegardsNimesh

Hi,I have setup a custom event to the table FNDCN_APPLICATION_MESSAGE_TAB and have created an email even action based on this. However, when executing it will show below error message. Anyone can help me to resolve this.i.e. When changing event action to stream message, it is working properly.

Hello,  I am trying to perform ABC classification, frequency class for site and I am getting warning “no statistical information was found.” Can someone help me or share thoughts if you have experienced this issue? 

We are using master schedule level 1 to maintain forecasts for finished goods, but we also have some forecasts for semi-finished goods. We found once we maintain forecasts for semi-finished goods, the requirements from finished goods for the semi-finished goods will be not considered.Is it possible to have both forecasts for semi-finished goods and requirements genereated from finished goods forecasts?Thanks a lot.

We’re trying to automate a process and need to create a SalesCustomerAddressArray record in a CustomerInfoAddress. The signature of the API call is below:CustomerHandling.svc/CustomerInfoSet(CustomerId='{CustomerId}')/CustomerInfoAddresses(CustomerId='{CustomerId',AddressId='{AddressId}')/SalesCustomerAddressArrayWhile the IFS Projection Call task can create the CustomerInfoAddress record as a Nested Entity easily, the SalesCustomerAddressArray record is a Sub Nested Entity which doesn’t seem to be available….yet. Has anyone ever run into this issue and what is the workaround for overcoming this issue? Was hoping there was a CustomerInfoAddressHanding projection but that’s not exposed.TIA,

Subsequently, the other party is required to sign the document and return it to IFS.We are currently exploring integration options with a digital signature solution similar to DocuSign. I understand that this integration is under consideration.Could you provide information on whether a similar functionality will be included in the upcoming release?Additionally, if we intend to integrate IFS with DocuSign as a customer modification, are there any available resources or details that we can refer to?Thank you very much!

​Hello everyone,I have a tricky problem for you.As part of a go live project with IFS APP10, we migrated the financial data, including the ledgers. We went through external assistant and everything went smoothly.Later, the finance team realised that for many rows the E code was the wrong one. So we modified the E code using Excel Add-in with the GEN_LED_VOUCHER_ROW_UNION_QRY view.This worked well, so the E code has been modified. In the view GL Voucher Rows Analysis, the CODE E is good. All the CODE E are ‘EXTERNE’ But when we look at the view GL Balance Analysis different results from 'EXTERNE' still exist.  When We look at the SQL Query Tool :It is therefore clear that the 'accounting balance' view has not been updated.This table is used to summarise the balance. The balance has therefore not been updated.So I tried to recreate an excel add in to update the values using the ‘ACCOUNTING_BALANCE’ view tu update the balance.But when I want to execute the excel, an error message occurs :

In IFS Cloud we use SSO and have a business unit that just changed their Active Directory information as part of a renaming.  Once the AD domain name changed, users were no longer able to log in to IFS using the new domain name.Looking at the User Details screen in IFS we can see that although the Directory ID and email for the user were updated to the new AD values, the IAM User account associated to each user did not change.  This value does not appear to be changeable.When we delete the IAM User and the user logs in again using their new domain details it then works, and a new correct IAM User account is automatically created and associated with the User.  The new IAM User account is then included in the User Details screen.Is this the correct approach to align/fix IAM accounts for users after a domain name change in AD? Or is there something else that should be done instead (or in addition)? Thanks in advance,Nick

I have prepared a file type URL that is prepared for VIEW:I followed the first option in the thread:This option is to prepared a file locally with .url as file extension.I am able to upload and connect the URL to an object, but the view icon is not presented. Only Edit, which makes no sense for this type of file.Doc Revision is as above.Anyone an idea how to get the View icon?

Hi, In the Activity Codes transaction, for dependencies we have 2 options: Pre requisite and Successor (not co requisite in this transaction).I didn’t find a way to put an activity as successor.  (only pre requisite)1/ Could  you tell me if there is a setting necessary to do that for an activity ?2/  If we put an activity in a Service Guide (problem code) with Auto load : Should we have aslo the successor activity load to SV as sucessor without put it in the service guide ?Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi,In a service order, for instance, in zoom mode, we have a “counter” to indicate which record it active of the total number of records.eg : “1 of 3” if we are on the 1st record of the 3.In french version, the translation is “ 1 de3”, but it appears space is missing before the final number.In the case where there is only one record, display is “1 de1” and one customer complains that it is confusing as he read “1 del” (final caracter is ‘l’ instead  of ‘1’ in their mind).Is there any chance to add this space or replace by / ? If so how can we do that ?  Thanks

Hi all, me and  my Team are coming from Alliance 15 and currently working on the Field Service Management (FSM) Part of IFS Cloud, but I think this can be seen as general Data Logic or Mapping Question. I’m having troubles to find the correct references to match an entity to another. This actually holding me back on API’s and also in the Query Designer joining e.g. SrvRequest with JtTask. Is there any guide or documentation describing the Data-Structure and/or References, something were I can get the idea of how entities are working together? Thanks,Michael

Salute, I was working a couple of years with IFS 75 and IFS 10. For failure investigations, Quick Reports, custom attributres, I used to using the SQL Developer. I’m not bad to handle it.Also, to combine it with the debug console, to find the right API and find the function or process. Now the BUTSince November, I work as an IFS Consult for Arcwide. To use my known approach is not more possible.I have installed SQL Developer and am using it to build my scripts. Without access to a database. The buityfier supports me as it only does it nicely if the syntax is correct.I test the scripts in the quick report and than I copy it and adapt it in the customer attribute. Sounds complicated, it is complicated.Today, I got the course Query Designer. Brilliant.  MY QUESTION:Is there a tool lilke Query Designer from IFS to support my work.With API Explorer, I have my problems to find the right information. Process/ function, necessarry parameters, what is must, what is optional. Or is there a cours

Our collegue did bad debt management process to some customer invoices some years ago (Invoices were sent to debt collector) and now debt collector  informed us that customer has been insolvent. That is why,  we decided to do “account: 6351=Confirmed losses on AR” However, account 1515 is Ledger account, so it is not permitted for manual vouchers. How can I book for this? Thank you for your help!
