I am trying to log time for a Shop Order Operation through Time Registration in our development environment (note that this environment has not had a data refresh since March 9, 2023). I am trying to log time for this past Monday (4 days ago) but I am receiving a “The Date Applied of the transaction can not be a future date”. It seems that I can only enter time for todays date but I should be able to enter time for past dates.
 

I noticed that this error is triggered when the current date (depending on the site) is less than ‘Date Applied’ during a creation of a Operation History record. Does anyone know where the ‘Date Applied’ field value is being pulled from when a Operation History record is created after a user has logged time successfully?

I logged a support ticket but somehow the issue resolved itself before IFS Support did anything in our environment.
