Issue during Crystal web service installation

This issue occurs when you have not installed the pre-requisites required from the server manager. Please refer to the below details.

• Open the server manager and click on “add roles and features.”
• Make sure to select the below items from the “Server Roles” category.
  • Expand the role – Web Server (IIS) and select “Application Development.”
  • Select the below items to be installed.
    • .NET Extensibility 3.5
    • .NET Extensibility 4.7
    • Application Initialization
    • ASP
    • ASP.NET 3.5
    • ASP.NET 4.7
    • ISAPI Extensions
    • ISAPI Filters

  (The screen shots available on the documentation might differ based on the windows server version)

Apart from the above pre-requisites please make sure to check the additional requirements for SSL certificates and network policy parameters for the ifscloud-values.yaml for crystal web service for 23R2.
