What would cause the error: Route departure date is not within current calendar? What calendar are they refferred to? When I try to create a new customer order I know it is using the route Id for the customer to calculate theWanted delivery date. Does this error mean I need to activate a calendar?  

Hi,With the SP4 SU4, we have an update for the MOE -10329. we can create a RA Inside Values : ▪ N=Return to Warehouse▪ O=Return to Whse & Create RA,▪ Y=Return to Whse & Create Inside RA. Could you explain the purpose and process for an inside RP ?For an inside RP, you don’t have a customer, but here the Technician is on the customer site and swap a component or installed item who belongs to this customer.Is inside repair provided for certain types of equipment (loan) ?Thanks and Regardsanthony

Has anyone figured out how to adjust the CSS for these tooltips? If I have a tooltip that is long it goes to the very edge of the page, so I’d like to change the width to make it more compact.  

Hello, Currently, I am building automation for blocked customer orders to get automatically unblocked when a payment is made to an account and their available credit >= blocked customer order cost. Since I cannot automate this via a workflow due to the commit limitation for customer order flow that prevents a rollback, I am attempting to accomplish this via an event action. Can someone please shed some light on the CUSTOMER_ORDER_API.START_RELEASE_BLOCKED call? I see that in the create statement for the procedure that there is a “release_from_credit_check_” variable which I need help with finding what value this is supposed to represent. Is this a boolean value?  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

Hi all,Often when we have created a shop order, we would like to change a work center.That is no problem, when there is no control plan.When there is a control plan, it seems to become a mammoth task, involving new control revision, new alternative/changing rountings, conflicting dates etc.What is best practice on this?

When the lot size is 100 pcs, but only 5 pcs is received. Shop order is not completely received. When the shop order status is Started in state products: shows Partially received.System is allowing to close the partially received shop order.  But how the state can show completely received.  When lot size is not completely received, How can show completely received? 

Hi, In the V15.4 SU2 we have a new functionality : Item Discovery Search on Mobile will now display the Site ID and/or Warehouse ID to indicate the source of the item being searched.Could you explain the page on mobile edge where we can find this option and if a setting (MOE) is mandatory.Is it in site detail ? or in a service order ?In my test : In mobile edge in a Service Order > Installed item card > Add new item > Scan and Search on Server an item  > I only have the message “Sorry no records found”Thanks and Regards anthony

Hello,I need your help please to better understand the RMA process: 1- I have a customer order line with discount that is invoiced.2-  I have created the RMA from the customer order line: The price showing on the RMA line is full price not including the discount.3- I have created a credit invoice from the RMA line: the credit also showing the full price not including the discount. My question is: should the RMA line retreive the price including the discount from the order line? Or we need to add the discount manually when we create the credit invoice? Thank you! 

If requirement is to populate LOV of 2 drop-down attributes on dependency basis , How to do that ?Say , if I select A from the LOV of first dropdown, I'll get 1-10 as LOV for 2nd dropdown , where as if I select B from the LOV of first dropdown , I'll get 11-20 as LOV for 2 nd dropdown. So, Could you please tell me how to achieve that ?

I’m trying to use the function Copy Selected rows (1) and Paste Rows (1)to copy only one row from one structure to another but it pastes the entire sub-structure of the part I’m copying.Does anybody know if it’s possible to copy only one row (the selected row) and not the entire structure?Or how to control if it’s only one row or structure that is being copied.(I get the same result when entering the part number manually in the new structure.)  Br, Patrick

Hi, we are using V15.4.2.0We have had a few users report that Service Orders that they created via PM Batch and have already allocated to an SA, have disappeared later.  They are not in history or cancelled, just gone from the system.  I thought perhaps they had made a mistake but we have had such accounts from several different areas now.In a recent case, they knew the exact SV number and we could not find it with Order Locator at all and when we searched similar numbers, we found that there was a gap in the numbering for this SV (i.e. SV2310230098 was missing but SV2310230097 and SV2310230099 were there).I know that you can get a gap in numbering if you start to create a new SV and then abandon it without saving but once saved, I don’t know any way to delete any order, without trace.We have not found any way to replicate this so far and it happens rarely.Has anyone else heard of cases like this?  Any idea why or how it could be happening? and of course, how we can stop it?Thanks, eve

I am trying to have a standard SOP attached or linked to every Purchase Requisition.  Essentially, when you create a new Purchase Requisition, you can access the Procurement SOP.  The below link explained how to do it in Apps8 but it does not appear to work the same way in Aurena Cloud 23.R1.Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately, this is the time most employees have entered their absences for the holidays. All absences for 2024 are connected to the old Org Code.Is there a way to update those absences at once? Hi, I setup Demand Server in IFS Cloud, connect it to host and then I wanted to check Advanced Server Settings, but there is just this one.I know that there should be much more parameters. I tried to Reset All to Default, but it doesnt help.What should I do to get all parameters? Should I do some correction in IFS cloud or in demand server?Thanks a lot Romana

Hi,With 15.4 SU3 there is a new option to add a digital signature. From the 3 dots menu, select Digital Signature. A screen opens for you add a signature. When you click Submit, the signature is attached to the service order. Could you explain the use cases for this option ?How can we use this digital signature (only for internal resources) ?Thanks and Regards  anthony 

Does v15.4 have the ability to call an external API when a perticular field has been updated in Alliance ? in this case wanted to push out the tracking number , once enterted by the user.

Hi, I was trying to create a new theme 1 week ago on the test environment. I made some changes in the themes.zip file. There was no problem until yesterday. Our partner pushed a delivery to our test environment. After that, this problem occurred. I can’t reach the application. There was a backup of themes.zip. I used the original files.
