Hello,I have the following syntax in a procedure, but it is failing to compile with the following : Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong please ?  

A customer has have group suppliers (same company, different VAT nrs, different ID's, but the total consumption is into the same contract. What is the best way to connect all Supplier ID's into the same agreement / contract. With the current setup of the supplier agreement, only one (1) supplier can be linked per agreement.

Hi .. I was trying to set-up new migration job to update CUSTOMER_INFO_ADDRESS View for changes in address and postcode values. This supposed to update around 17000+ records so i choose to use Procedure “INSERT_OR_UPDATE” from csv file.As soon as i run the job i am getting below error. I did investigated further into this and noticed actual issue is - Address column value holds multiple comma seperators, which seems to be root cause of this. Good day, Is it possible on IFS to have more than one approver on a cost center by adding a requisitioner on purchase requisition authorization rules? Depending on the requisitoner ID being used on the PR, the authorization rules of that specific requisitioner will be triggered. I hope I am making sense. RegardsSimon

Hi, Guys,I’m wondering whether there is an out-of-box solution for NCNR (Non-cancelable, no-returnable) order in IFS order module.  Basically I just want to add some extra control over an order lifecycle, blocking normal customer orders to be changed or cancelled, rejecting RMA automatically... Searching IFS documentation, it seems no such terminology yet…  I know we could have a customized solution by twisting the order flow logic, but really prefer to utilize an standardized solution from IFS if possible.  Thanks a lot in advance!Best,David Cheng

Hello,We want to do IFRS reporting for the first time in our company.How can I use the Internal Ledger to do IFRS reporting? At what stage and activity can I use Parallel Currency?Is there a document about this?The general ledger we keep in the country and the ledger we keep for ifrs will be separate for now.However, if we provide sufficient conditions in the future, we will be able to make IFRS reporting within the country. Can we keep a single ledger by removing the distinction between general ledger and internal ledger in the future?Asking for IFS 10 Apps

Below are few basic setups which are important with my question. Revaluation posting method has been set as Original to port with original account.Below is the voucher is created once I run the revaluation process. Application connects Industry and Location code parts with credit entry. My requirement is to connect Industry and Location with GP11/GP10 entry as well. Is it possible?Below are the available control types when I try to set Industry and Location code parts in posting controls. I don't think any of these options does not fit with my requirement. Hi!I used to access AQS using the url https://open.ifsworld.com/wiki/Wiki%20Pages/AQS%20Overview%20and%20Content.aspx but since the portal went offline I no longer have access to it.I suppose the new location for that information is somewhere here in IFS Community but I can`t find it anywhere.Anyone knows where it was moved to and how I can find it? PS: in case that wiki was split in many documents, I`m specially interested in the development topics (coding, naming and commenting standards, stuff like that). I already checked F1Docs and I couldn`t find that info out there except for some IEE topics that does not contain the same content that was available in AQS.   

Hi, Can anyone please elaborate me on how to generate carryforward absence limits for more than one year?For example, employee A got 20 unused days of earned leaves in 2021 and another 20 unused earned leaves in 2022. When we are generating Carry forward absence limits for 2023, I would expect to see (20+20) = 40. However, system shows me 20 days (that is the CF balance from 2022 only).

Hello Community , I am creating a no-part PO with Charges. Charges are connected to no part line. After performing GRN it only shows no part lines. Charges lines are ignored  in ARRIVAL entry. In purchase transaction history screen it shows M91, M92. Hi,I'm trying to implement a workflow in which I will be invoking multiple REST API calls to create a nested folder structure in SharePoint. To achieve this, I have used a GET API call to check whether the folder I'm attempting to create already exists in the path. However, using the Response and the Output variables did not yield the desired results in fetching the HTTP Status Code, as the workflow would not continue after the initial GET call.Is this the correct approach to achieve the desired outcome, or is there an alternative way to implement this scenario?   

Hello Community!I’m assisting with an IFS upgrade, and the topic of Lobby pages came up. Try as I might, I’m not able to do anything other than view IFS-provided Lobby pages in the post-upgraded instance. I’ve made sure to grant the related presentation objects (EE_LOBBY_DESIGN, EE_LOBBY_VIEW, EE_LOBBY_IN_CONTEXT_EDIT, EE_LOBBY_IN_CONTEXT_VIEW) although I would think just the EDIT and DESIGN POs would be appropriate by themselves.After confirming all 4 presentation objects were granted, assigned the permission set to the subject user, refreshed the security cache and then logging back in produces the same issue of not being able to perform any management nor modification of the any of the IFS Lobby objects.When I enter in the URL for the Data Source Designer in IFS IEE (bypassing the Navigator), I receive a security error and a more interesting one stating that the Lobby Designer Tools are not installed.Has anyone else encountered this sort of issue before, and if so, what was the reso

Dear Community. In 23R1, when adding Commands to Command Groups, there is a new option called CommandRef, however it does not appear in the Technical Documentation, nor anywhere on the Community. Is anyone able to shed any light on its intended function, it appears you can call certain Commands but I am not really sure how to use it. Many thanks,

Hello, We are using IFS9 and one specific user is getting the following message when opening the New Employee Wizard; If Ok is clicked, nothing happens.The Information Message disappears but the employee can not be created.We tried to clear cache, cookies,  tried connecting with multiple browsers, resetting the user profile but nothing seems to work. Users from the same organization are not having the problem so it is not something related to any VPN or Firewall.    Has anyone encountered the same issue? If yes, how can be fixed? Thanks,
