Create New Service request from mobile

Hi All,Can you please help me to resolve these questions regarding creating new service requests from mobile (IFS Cloud mwo - ServiceEngApp).What’s the difference between creating new through work assignment and through new service request?  In mobile, when creating the new service request, there is a mandatory lov fields named ‘Service’ and ‘Service Organization’. In Aurena from where I can setup this data. After creating the Service request from mobile, will it be transferred to back-office? What is the page in Aurena that is possible to see created service request.Thank you very much!Best Regards,Nethmi

Column not showing in column chooser

Hi,I have a field called stat_grp on the view in question but I am unable to select in column chooser - why would this be please ? select stat_grp from PURCHASE_RECEIPT_STAT_UIV

Cost postings

HiDoes T voucher postings created using trans code PRJC1 & PRJC2 create any cost postings which add that as a  Project actual cost?

Make toast messages longer visible

In IFS Cloud, if a toast message appears on the right side of the screen, it disappears very quickly if the cursor is not hovered over it.Is there any possibility to change the duration of these toast messages, so that they will be displayes longer?

IFS Developer Studio hints and guidance

Working in earlier with IFS Developer Studio using Marble, I do remember that I could get hints and guidance when writing code. For example, if a added an attribute to projection entity, I could easily see (by a tool tip or something alike) which settings/preferences I could use for that object. Like a reference documentation in the editor.Is this still possbile to switch on? What do I miss in my setup?/Fredrik

Astea - Contract Lines import - ITF

Hi Team, We have an ITF (created by us) that tries to import data installed item (item) data into contract lines (ccontrl_xref).we mapped item.item_id to ccontrl_xref.table_key, ‘item’ to ccontrl_xref.table_name,also other mandatory fields like ccontrl_xref.to_date,ccontrl_xref.from_date,ccontrl_xref.cc_serial_no_for_import,ccontrl_xref.bpart_id,ccontrl_xref.company_id,ccontrl_xref.priceare all mapped to proper fields in excel sheet data. However, for few lines of import data it works perfectly fine.But for most of the lines it gives “Could not locate item with serial number” even though the serial number is correct and can be found in installed item module if we do a search. let us know how to make this import work so that we can complete a data migration activity.

ISO20022 Debtor Account Setup for ACH

Community,We are setting up ISO20022, and we would like to borrow your mind to understand Bank Account Opening Statement. We are Canadian Company, and we have suppliers from USA. We would like to set up ISO20022 ACH payment. We are wondering which info we should use to set up Debtor Account information, Section II or III? I think it would be section III, correct?

How to set up expense rule for a specific employee having individual set of rule

hello, We try to take travel request function in use, we have one scenario that someone have business trip by driving private car, which company will pay reimbursable per mileage and need to assign/connect their car information into travel request. Kanban purchase order did not pick up PO authorization rule

Hello TeamWe start processing supplier Kanban circuit, when scan Kanban ID, the Kanban purchase requisition will be generated, then transfer to purchase order, after release PO, the purchase order did not pick up relative authorization rule as expected. Custom table not synchronized

Hello.I’m working on a custom logical unit.For a reason that I cannot understand, I’m now facing to a synchronization issue, the model displayed in IFS doesn’t represent the datable model, eg, I added a column, I ran the synchronization. I deleted it and then, I ran the synchronization, but this column still exists in my datatable.While I was writing my message, I noticed that the “create projection” is currently checked, can that explain my current issue? Thanks

Counting Values on Custom Page

Hello experts,I created a new custom LU with couple of fields. One of them is checking duplicate values.These are my custom LU columns. Please see the SQL code for DUPLICATE column. When I run query on SQL query tool I got the number. Please see below  But on custom page the number is 0 although the query is the same. What could be wrong.  thanks

IFS Cloud Excel Add In 23R1 - Connection Issue

Hi IFS Community,  I face an issue with the connection of Excel Add InIn the config, Excel is installed on a rebond machine hosted by the customer.  Version of Excel is MS Excel LTSC Office Long Term Servicing Channel Microsoft® Excel® LTSC MSO (16.0.14332.20546) 64-bit  I managed to set up everything manifest, permission set … but when i try to connect Excel Add In i have the following message.ADD-IN ERROR Content blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate. Any idea how this can be fixed ?  Best Regards, Eric

Send Document File By E-Mail in Document Revision is not working

Hello, everyone!Anyone familiar with IFS Cloud 21R2's Send Document File By Email feature in Document Revision window? I have installed the Aurena Agent and when I am trying to send the document, it neither opens the email nor gives any errors.I hope somebody can give us a word of advise on this matter.Your help is much appreciated.Thanks

Deploying Middle Tier: Error deploying db-init

Hi Everyone, Context: 3 Azure VM’s (Management - Windows, Database & Middletier - Linux) all in one Virtual Network. Issue: When trying to Deploy Middle Tier, I get the following Error,  10.80.50.5 is my Database server’s private ip address. And I couldnt find a port 10250 in the Database Server either. And when I googled it seems the 10250 is a port of Kubernetes. Would someone be able to clarify:Should the dial tcp command actually be trying to reach <<db_host>>:10250?And if soShould the DB server have a port 10250? When does it get configured and opened? PS: I was able to do ‘prepare database’ and ‘deploy ifs application database code’ steps without any issues. Log files were okay as well. Any help in this regard is appreciated. Thanks.
