Hello,I set up a supplier invoice payment authorizer- User : Tarek_Abdelhedi, can authorize until 50000€ (supervisor = DF)- User : DF can authorize without limitsWhen i try to approuve the invoice with user Tarek_Abdelhedi, i get this error message which is normal.When i try to approuve the invoice with user DF (which is the supervisor), i got the same error which is not normal. In IFS page help, as a supervisor, i am supposed to approuve above the maximum amount defined.Can you please let me know about this issue ?Thanks,Tarek

Dear Community,  Maybe you have some ideas for our small issue. We are using Apps10 UPD14.We have some email sending event actions, but not all the time we have “To:” email addresses (coming from substitution field: &EMAIL_SENDER_ADDR). If there is no value in the &EMAIL_SENDER_ADDR the Application message status will be Failed because no To: address. Question is: how can I tell the event action, it should perform the event only if the &EMAIL_SENDER_ADDR IS NOT NULL? Can I use e.g.: = ‘%’ or LIKE ‘%’ or do you know any trick?   Thank you very much in advance for any suggestion!Kind regards, Balazs

I have a upgraded Maintenance Purchase Order Requisition from apps 9 to cloud.In the Part Requisition Lines, when I try to create a Requisition to Order on one of the lines I get an error that the Maint_Material_Order_No is mandatory for Jt Task Mat Line Pegging and requires a value.  Does anyone know why this error pops up when trying to process the Requisition to Order.   

My users are looking for a way to add collection notes to a customer and/or invoice lines.  How are other people tracking their collection notes for collections?I think I need to create custom fields for them to add the data. IFS APP10 UPD9Thank you,Elaine

Hi, we are using V15.4.2 currently.We have found that when creating new Installed Items, we are able to select a Product ID even if set as Obsolete, which we were hoping would not be possible.Also are able to clone an existing Installed Item that has an Obsolete product.BUT if we go to an Installed Item and try to change the Product ID to something that is set as Obsolete, it does not show as an option, it only offers active Products.This seems inconsistent, so can anyone define how this is supposed to work please?  And is there any way we can prevent users from using certain Product ID’s?Thanks

In the Page Designer, I tried adding a Command button for ExecuteWorkflow action in the B2B supplier portal page “Order Lines to Confirm”. In the Purchase Order page, is it possible to turn off the message that appears when you modify the receipt date of a line on the PO? See attached image. We have PO’s with dozens of lines, and if they are modified, the user has to answer the message for every line. Is there a way to just ask this one for the PO or have it defaulted to a certain answer, or choose to turn it off? 

Good Day.  We have been attempting to remove the ability to unconfirm time registrations for employees in our company.  We would like them to be able to register time and confirm their time.  However we do not want them to be able to remove confirmation once complete, we only want supervisors to be able to unconfirm their time.  We have attempted to set this up through Access Attribute but can’t figure out the correct configuration.  Does anyone know how to set this up so employees can not remove confirmation? 

Hi All, I have PM actions set up in one of our test environments. What a work order is generated from the PM action the work order and work tasks are at status of released.  However when I have duplicated this in another environment the work order and work tasks stay at status New.  can any advise if there is a parameter that i need to update to get them to go straight to status released  We are using IFS Cloud 23 R1

The described issue is part of Human capital management. More specific it is part of the employee file and the communication methods in the private contact information page.In this page I can enter the private address of the employee and I can enter different contact methods (like phone number, mobile number, e-mail-address and so on).Those communication methods have their own validity periods in a submenu where I can get by pressing Edit-button and choose “contact method”.This leads me to the Contact Details Submenu: When comparing the validity periods of the different contact methods with the today-date (here 22.12.2023) you can see that all those contact methods are valid.When changes are done to the Contact methods validity periods they are still shown in Private Contact Information Page, even if they are not valid anymore (for example if employee gets new mobile Phone number.The starting situation is shown in the screenshot above. Hello all,After aggregating inventory transactions, some parts have 0 quantity with some inventory value. The setup for inactive days is set to 0.  When I review per details, I see that 2 of posting cost group IDs are generating balance. What do I need to do in order to have ROUNDIFF transactions? There are a lot of parts with 0 quantity and with 0 value or some small values.    

Hello,I just created a BT from a customer order and I don't see my BT linked. I don't understand why on the cloud because on Aurena it works like this.  I created my BT 546 from my *1976 sales order and I don't see any Connected work orders. thank you for your help  

I was wondering if there was a way to display the whole record of a column if it has multiple lines in table in Aurena?For example, in IEE we have a large field that can display multiple lines: In Aurena. it is set up as a table and I can’t seem to find a way to expand the column to view the whole record: I noticed that if you hover over a regular field and it exceeds the size of the box, there is a pop up that displays that whole record and I am wondering if there is a way to do that with the table view:

Our client which establish IFS Cloud expects us to use RESTAPI which has BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] functionality.Is there anyone who know how to convert from BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] to RESTAPI in IFS Cloud ? Previously, client was using Soap Gateway to import XML file which has BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] information by sending from external system.

Hi,1/ Is there a way to use the knowledge base with process flow  ?For instance, we could use a process flow SQL to generate a list and then another one to send / to put the list in the knowledge base (directory used by the knowledge base) 2/ Could we  linked the knowledge base to a sharepoint ? if yes could you share the prerequisite to do that or something that help to implement.Thanks and Regards anthony

I’ve created BizAPI and custom API for import XML file.The custom API will call Register PO Receive standard procedure (ex. Receive_Purchase_Order_API.Packed_Arrival__). After I put the XML file in filerep1\<instance>\in folder, the file is imported correctly.But the custom API raise error “Error: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called” when call other module’s standard procedure. I’ve tried re-execute the same procedure which is called in custom API via PL/SQL command with different users (ifsapp, ifsconnect, granted users), the error is not found and can be processed correctly. Could you please suggest me to resolve this problem correctly?

Hi,I wonder how we can set the way a Y/N value is displayed on the scroller.For instance in Activity Tracking module, if field “Accepted” is Yes, it is display ticked whereas if Management is true, “Yes” is displayed ( no if false)..
