BPA Workflow - Navigate to Page

Dear Community. 

Does anyone know if it is possible to navigate to another page from the workflow tool, 

For example, could you do a purchase order receipt from the Register Arrivals screen, and get the Workflow tool to navigate you to the Purchase Order Receipt(s) detail page that had just been processed?

Page navigation is not possible from Workflows.

Thanks for the clarification @Lahirumala de Mel . As an alternative, do you know if you might be able to display a web url link or similar in the editor pane that appears on the right hand side, that a user may be able to navigate from?

You can display a URL as a text but not as a clickable hyperlink
