Hi,

Since installing APPS10 UPD18 there is a problem with the night shift time tracking.

According to our settings the account date should be set to the date the employee starts the shift.

Before the update it always worked correctly.

 

Times are now also booked for the following day:

03.09.2023

Employee started his shift at 21:43 and took a break at 02:59

04.09.2023

He returned from break at 03:26 and stopped work at 06:00

Now it always has to be corrected manually to get the correct result.

We haven’t changed anything in the settings.

 

Anyone know anything about this?

Is this a bug or does something need to be changed in the settings?

 

As mentioned we are using APPS10 UPD18.

Hi @MZemp,

This is a known bug originating from APP10 Update 17 and the fix is scheduled for UPD 22. The bug ID is 167164 - Third shift clocking appearing on the wrong day.

 

If you already applied a Flex Day Rule and remove the Flex Day Rule, and perform the clockings, they will all appear on the correct day for the employee. Conversely, when the Flex Day Rule is removed, clockings will appear on the correct day by default.
