Does anyone have an automated solution for the twice-yearly time adjustments for daylight savings?It is not very convenient to have to manually adjust it at 2:00 am on a Sunday morning.

The delivery note is not being created when delivering lines in “Deliver Customer Order Lines.” It IS being created when delivering the customer order through “Quick Order Flow Handling.”Is it only designed to work when using quick order flow handling?Stop after Deliver Order is unchecked.Quick Flow Order Handling picks and delivers all reserved order lines. If we want to deliver a single line, We would want to use Deliver Customer Order Lines, correct? Why would the delivery note not be created if using Deliver Customer Order Lines? Thanks!Eric

Hi, When a new activity is created and date 1/1/2030 is selected, system reports an error that date is missing in project calendar. Dates in the calendar are created up to 31/12/2030. In the Aurena client, date shows as 1/1/30 and when calendar icon is selected again, date 1/1/1930 seems selected.Where can break year be set in IFS? Everything up to 50 should be seen as this century (2049). Every vaule above 50 shoud be seen as last century (1951).I selected 2030, but when I come back and select the calendar icon it shows as 1930 kind regards,Teeni. 

Hi Experts,I would like to have you input on following scenario.There is a situation where task gets completed from mobile with technician signature for some of the tasks randomly technician signature value comes as a negative value.As followsI have checked the server logs also but could not find any info on any error causing this issue.I feel like this can be a sync failure. It is really appriciated if you could provide any input on this how to track the issue. Thanks,Heshala.

Hi,What is the difference between “Initiated” and “State Date” fields of an application message. Can the values for these two fields be different by hours.  Any particular reason for this difference and what are the time zones applicable for these fields ? (Initiated time is behind 4 hours) Best RegardsThakshal

Hello Community,I am trying to transfer a fixed asset from one company to another. But i am getting the following error while create transaction in transfer object-progress. Please solve and help the whole operation.The error comes when I do create transactions operation 

We have a company set-up with MXN currency - no parallel currency:We write supplier checks in both MXN & USD in separate batches, using Supplier Payment Proposal & Acknowledgment, then Create Payment Order & Create Check Payment.  Once the checks are written & get populated into the Supplier Check screen, they show up differently.  The USD checks are automatically showing in Cashed state & the MXN checks are showing as expected in Printed state. We don’t have this happening in any other company & would like to understand what setting would allow the Supplier Checks to automatically show in Cashed state upon printing.

Hi for one of our customer we encounter an issue using the full web interface, when we try to run a report (standard or note) we have systematicaly an error werehas if we run the same report from the astea browser it’s working well . Have you lareadt encounter this kind of error ? if yes do you have some advice where to have a look ? RGdsChristophe 

Hello everyone,I have an issue with a BR that contains a list of clients and their details :I had to modify some values within the district field.   After changing the values, I deployed the new version of the report and created new scheduled reports by deleting the old ones and creating new ones.The report still shows old district values when received from the scheduled report, but not when ordered directly from IFS.I tried to refresh the cache, but no results appeared. Does anyone have an idea what could be done ?  Thank you ,Hanane

Hi! So let me explain my problem. I want to be able to register a gender on person. Normally I would do this by configuring a Entity field on the PersonInfo view. However, in IFS Cloud this view is blocked for custom entities so I've thought the following work around:I've made a complete new Custom Entity called CPersonGender with 2 fields Person_ID - Persistent -  String(100) Gender - Persistent - Enumeration I created a custom projection on Personhandling and linked this Entity to the Person Added the Entity on the page as a group Once I configure the binding however, the drop down list for Gender is unusable since no record is linked to the person_ID yet. How can I make the group Create a record if no record is present yet?

We use App10 for Supply Chain, Shop Order and Finance and we run MRP every day.What would happen if we turn of MRP?How will that affect us? RegardsAnna

Some fixed assets need to be transferred from one company to another company. But it is not possible to transfer because the object ID is the same in two companies. Shows the following  error. How to solve it ?Advance thanks for solving the problem.

Hi, I have created a refill putaway zone remote warehouse which I have attached to my user. I have then created my remote warehouse assortment which creates my Purchase Req. When I convert this to a PO I see that it has a destination warehouse which matches my users remote warehouse. Why do I then have the following problems:I see all PO’s in that site, it is not specific to my users remote warehouse Only certain parts appear in my stock when receiving it in. I can see I have multiple parts in stock in IFS but not in MWO.Thanks,George.

Hi, I need to add a line into the Header of the SEPA file. it’s a constant, like company name. Please note SEPA is working fine - we just need to add a header line.We can’t figure it out.There is no “File Template ID” associated with it. Client Mapping is only columns. I’m stumped. Obviously, there’s a place where this information is added to the file, but where or how?Thanks!    

Hi Experts,We would like PSO to display the Resource current location on the map. We can capture the current Lat and Long (GPS) of the resource then I am not sure how to feed this into PSO then under which parameters?Normally we keep/change fixed location details like Resource Start and End location but how we can handle the resource current GPS location data? Thank you,KM

We often find that when customizing Astea Mobile, certain out-of-the-box fields are implemented with control sections (Unsure of the terminology but they are essentially reserved areas):Control SectionThis allows us to delete fields within this section, however it doesn’t allow us to add fields to these areas, or remove the area itself. Meaning that if we don’t utilize the fields in those regions, it will leave large areas of unusable space on the view.I’m wondering 2 things:Is it possible to add fields into these regions via mobile customizer? Is it possible to delete the control region?Thanks!

Hi!We deployed IFS Cloud 23.2.0 into our environments. We see a new Kubernetes deployment named "ifsapp-docman-esign". We tried to find out if we need this component or not. If not we would like to disable it in config file "ifscloud-values.yaml".I couldn't find any documentation in TechDocs (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/) or in IFS Community.Can someone provide a link to docs or some docs for this component?What is it for?RegardsTobias

Dear Colleagues.I’d like to gather your opinions how to solve the below issue:My company uses inventory and non-inventory parts to buy certain products. Sometimes we face the situation that the delivered and consumed material is invoiced (matched) and paid, but after some time (even 6 months) we receive correction invoices. How to deal with such situation to correctly update the delivery quantities, cost and warehouse weighted average/unit cost??I suggest using Return option, but it does not affect Invoice anyhow. We cannot match the Correction Invoice with any transactions for this return, because there is none. Doing it manually is wrong.Any ideas will be precious. Thank you
