I am looking to implement the supplier delivery reminders from the supplier record and have a few questions:what email address will the system send to?  how does the reminder get triggered?  can we specify specific sites or companies that would use this function? I am using apps 10. Thank you

Hello Community, would you kindly advise if it is possible to perform ‘Create Correction Transactions’ RMB option on Activity records which are in ‘Completed’ state?We are having a few Time transactions where not have created records in the ‘Project Connections’ window. Due to this Hours tab is showing a less number of Hours than ‘Activity Hours’ tab.But even i have created the correction transactions and perform ‘Refresh Project Connections’ functionality, it's not getting updated.Would you kindly share your kind thoughts and advice? Hello.  When an advanced invoice is created and is in preliminary state, is there a way to change the delivery address? Below is a preliminary advanced invoice. I can change the invoice address but I can’t seem to change the delivery address ID.

Is it possible to use sums on fields in workflows? Here’s the SQL query for what I am trying to get using workflows:select sum(quantity)  ,activity_seqfrom SCH_OF_WORK_EST_RES_SUMwhere project_id = <<project id here>>and resource_type_db = 'PROJECT_RESOURCES'group by activity_seq So I would like to get the sum of the PROJECT_RESOURCES values for each particular activity sequence and then insert this value at the activity level to a certain field.  Trouble is, I don’t know how to get the sum using workflows.  I’m sure it’s somewhere in the documentation or examples, but I’m not sure where. This is the entityset I’m pulling the values from currently: ${Reference_SchOfWorkEstimateResourceSummary_Set[0].ActivitySeq}$[Reference_SchOfWorkEstimateResourceSummary_Set[0].HoursQuantity}  

I am trying to create a before workflow that will change the MchCode value entered by the user to something else.  At first, I was getting a recursion error by calling the FunctionalObjectHandling projection for the create.  That obviously didn’t work.   Does anyone know how to have the workflow just change the variable on the way to the original projection call?  I tried just using a workflow with a script component to make the change and I can see the change in the observation but that isn’t actually what is saved. We are in Cloud 23r1.

Using DMM, I have setup a migration object for Customers.  I’ve added all the target tables and performed some of the mappings.  I then realized I forgot a specific target table, so I created it and added it to the Migration Object.  You can then go to Mapping where you can add it to Legacy Tables With Locked Loads no problem.  However, when you go to mapping detail, it never shows up in the list of target tables.  I always have to create a new migration object separately to do the mapping and migration of this.  Anyone else run into this?

We are currently calling IFS REST API CustomerOrderHandling.svc/CustomerOrderSet from our external tool to create customer order.The Customer Order Set POST method allow to creat one single order, is there a way to pass multiple order information in the same call? like an array of orders to create.

An employee accidentally made the operation status closed, I want to undo this operation.To do that, right click on the relevant line in Cancel Operation Reports and the error shown in the picture see below. I cannot solve this error.  

We are pushing a lot for using the  CRM Panel because the best place for Salesmen to interact with the CRM is within the context of an email.But we found some basic limitations.When creating a Lead in CRM Panel, the only available fields are (Name, Title, Phone no, and Mobile No); how can we add these basic fields from the lead master data (Stage, Potential, Source, Market, Notes) 

I had this working once and now it has stopped working.  I am not sure what changed between 22R1 and 22R2.  Even trying to run manually does not work.Once a purchase order is authorized, we would like the PO to go to released status.  We had this working with Automatic Order Processing.  Any ideas based on my settings?  One thing I did notice after deleting the job and trying to rebuild it, it is asking for something in the coordinator field.  We have 60 coordinators, so tried using % and it will not accept it. 

Hello to everyone,We’re looking to work with mobile devices and found that when the Work Task is trasferred to the mobile, we cannot anymore update the status from IFS Cloud (even if we use the APIs, please see screenshot below). Does IFS have API/Projections that updates Mobile (which will update later IFS Cloud)?  

I have 2 dropdowns in mass update screen. I want to disable one of them based on a condition. How can I achieve that? 

Hi experts 😊,Hoping for a resolution for the following issue.Created a Kanban Circuit for a Part with Replenish Type: Location Next, created a background job via Kanban Reorder Point Request; However, the background job does not execute and gives a warning as “Replenishment request failed to create a transport task for the kanban circuit xxx. Verify inventory exists to transport.” Hence the transport task cannot be generated.Waiting for your valuable insights on what would be the reason and how to resolve this issue. Thank you 😊
